Overall, the experience was good. The product is good, overall. I use it every day in my business and it indispensable.

I was happy with the way the issue was resolved. The resolution was more than fair and better than I expected. I was quite satisfied.

It took a day or two longer than expected, but I was kept abreast of the delay. I received a prompt notice that my complaint had been received and notice that there would be a short delay.

As I said, great software at a very competitive price. I will remain to be a loyal user. After the bugs and featured requests are resolved, you will then have an awesome product.

I like that it does almost everything that adobe sign does, PDF Architect has an easy to use interface. As pdf software, I have always loved its features and the read aloud is super handy.

I have noticed a few bugs and I have made some featured requests. This can always be expected. You guys welcome any feedback.

The issue with not being able to select a font size in ‘request a signature’ mode makes this excellent feature unusable . Something to tackle for you guys.

Molly was fast and accurate, she did a wonderful job. I she was available , she could work for me that attitude.

Molly just went to work, got the idea that i relayed to her and figures it our and fixed our problem in about 10 minutes

Usage of PDF Architect is user friendly and overall features is enough. But pricing is quit expensive.

PDF Architect Support Team prompt reply by email. Help us to soft our problems (about the computer operation system upgrade to Win 10. need to reinstall old version of PDF Architect.)

License of PDF Architect 9 need to renew yearly, the cost is quit expensive.

Just pay for Adobe Acrobat instead - you will receive a much better product and a better service for you to use.

Cheaper than Acrobat and is a basic version of this. It looks like adobe acrobat just to remind you of the service you should be buying.

This is the worst configured product I have ever seen. If you are planning on using this for a company or multiple users, STAY WELL AWAY. Do not purchase this product under any circumstances - you will regret it when you have to start troubleshooting this incompetent product. Even assigning licenses is an absolute pain because nothing works about it. This product and service has had about 5 minutes put in to it during the design process. PLEASE DO NOT BUT OR WASTE ANY FORM OF MONEY ON IT!

Always quick and correct support. All support staff seem to know what they are talking about and give correct instructions.

Friendly tone from chat and in mails. Very well functioning software, easy to use, when you find where to look.

Nothing more than sometimes difficult to find exact what I want to do and how.

I had a problem with the printing menu, wrote to the support and got a helpful mail within 48 hours.

Easy to apply, I find the printing menu helpful. Many features for editing, quite universally for different documents.

I find it difficult to open old PDFs to find them in the file folder.

Hate it nowadays, just does not work, is the worst program I ever used after the update 9 version, just like that, asks for password for every document, documents that do not have this feature, it is making me crazy.

I used to like very much the features, but after the 5 version the new one' s change not only the design but presented bugs over bugs.

Nowadays the pro version is not working simply like that. I paid to much money for this product and would like to continue the free version, because the pro ones are useless.

I feel my prior comments express that I am extremely pleased with my overall experience using their products.

No matter how good software may be, there will always be a reason at sometime to need customer support. That is why I put a lot of importance in that area. PDF Architect excels in that area and have no problem recommending all of their products.

I have not experienced any issues that I could classify as a con.

After years of being a customer, and having chronic problems with both ordering and billing, I have concluded that this is basically a dishonest company, and I will no longer purchase their products.

They have no accountability, and there is no way for a customer to resolve a problem, even after weeks and weeks of trying. No tech support or customer support either. No phone number to call... just

Strong 'Don't buy' recommendation!

This product does everything I need it to do, and at a competitive price. I switched from Adobe Acrobat Pro primarily because of Adobe's price gouging.

I have not discovered anything I need to do that can't be done with PDF Architect (except reach their customer support!)

Terrible customer support, virtually non-existent. My order was screwed up and the company cannot be reached to fix it after numerous tries.

Also, the ordering process added things (features), I didn't want to my order, which doubled the price, and you couldn't tell until after committing to the order payment. After the fact, no one at the company can be reached, or is wiling to respond.

I upgraded to PDF Architect Pro after using the free product for many years. My work product has become more sophisticated and the features available in this model addressed those needs.
I had to upgrade my MS platform after purchasing the Pro version and had some problems. Angela of customer service was instantly available and guided me through all the necessary adjustments. She was courteous, diligent and thorough. I highly recommend PDF Architect Pro and the customer service that accompanies this pdf viewer/editor. Many thanks.

Features in the Professional version offer a greatly expanded range of options than the free version of PDF Architect at a very reasonable price.

I never had a problem with the free version but it was limited in its application.

it is a little cumbersome to try to line up the text to overwrite. For the price, I guess it is okay, but as an editor, it is sub quality.

You can modify an existing file by using text boxes and overwriting the document's text areas you want to change.
Price is better for the infrequent user.

Can't do any copying of the PDF, text or otherwise. Only with the OCR version can you do this. Adobe Acrobat offers this with their free version. Disappointing that they can throw in at least what other free PDF editors can do.

I'm using PDF Architect Standard to produce my documents because the pdf format is universal. Really easy to produce and distribute documentation with this tool.

Simplicity of use.
In the PDF Standard version I often use the "Edit" and "Page" features.
That allow me saving a lot of time when producing new documents regarding the same subject.

Only one wish: Having the Forms features in the PDF Standard version. That will be great!

Looking for a free program what will merge pdf files offline. PDF Architect claims to support merging with their free version - but it hasn't worked for me - so far.

If there's something I'm missing, please let me know, and I'll update this - and apologize.

Per their website, PDF Architect the Free Version supports merging PDF files. And the merge interface is relatively easy to use.

Attempting to merge PDF files with the Free Version requires "activation" - and payment. It appears to be impossible to save a merged PDF with the free version.

Very satisfied from previous experience in another company. Now I have installed for my own company.

Good value for money, technical support, excellent features and design, easy to use, e-sign feature.

For the purpose that I am using this products there are no cons.

It was running a service or a check at login - which displayed a rather large nagging screen that I needed to "resolve issues" with it - by buying a licence. That is just too much nagging for me!

The paid version was quite limited in its commenting & marking up tools. You also need to watch out for the automatic subscription renewal which may catch you out if you are not planning to renew. Once it renews, good luck trying to get anything back.

Generally similar to all other pdf editing tools out there & may do the job for most people if you only need it for simple editing & commenting tools.

Marking up tools are limited.
Generally pdfs can be slow to load so if you are dealing with numerous pdfs all the time, is probably not the product for you.
Watch out for automatic renewals.
