    I like that it does almost everything that adobe sign does, PDF Architect has an easy to use interface. As pdf software, I have always loved its features and the read aloud is super handy.

    I have noticed a few bugs and I have made some featured requests. This can always be expected. You guys welcome any feedback.

    The issue with not being able to select a font size in ‘request a signature’ mode makes this excellent feature unusable . Something to tackle for you guys.

    Cheaper than Acrobat and is a basic version of this. It looks like adobe acrobat just to remind you of the service you should be buying.

    This is the worst configured product I have ever seen. If you are planning on using this for a company or multiple users, STAY WELL AWAY. Do not purchase this product under any circumstances - you will regret it when you have to start troubleshooting this incompetent product. Even assigning licenses is an absolute pain because nothing works about it. This product and service has had about 5 minutes put in to it during the design process. PLEASE DO NOT BUT OR WASTE ANY FORM OF MONEY ON IT!

    Hate it nowadays, just does not work, is the worst program I ever used after the update 9 version, just like that, asks for password for every document, documents that do not have this feature, it is making me crazy.

    After years of being a customer, and having chronic problems with both ordering and billing, I have concluded that this is basically a dishonest company, and I will no longer purchase their products.

    They have no accountability, and there is no way for a customer to resolve a problem, even after weeks and weeks of trying. No tech support or customer support either. No phone number to call... just

    This product does everything I need it to do, and at a competitive price. I switched from Adobe Acrobat Pro primarily because of Adobe's price gouging.

    I have not discovered anything I need to do that can't be done with PDF Architect (except reach their customer support!)

    Terrible customer support, virtually non-existent. My order was screwed up and the company cannot be reached to fix it after numerous tries.

    Also, the ordering process added things (features), I didn't want to my order, which doubled the price, and you couldn't tell until after committing to the order payment. After the fact, no one at the company can be reached, or is wiling to respond.

    I upgraded to PDF Architect Pro after using the free product for many years. My work product has become more sophisticated and the features available in this model addressed those needs.
    I had to upgrade my MS platform after purchasing the Pro version and had some problems. Angela of customer service was instantly available and guided me through all the necessary adjustments. She was courteous, diligent and thorough. I highly recommend PDF Architect Pro and the customer service that accompanies this pdf viewer/editor. Many thanks.

    it is a little cumbersome to try to line up the text to overwrite. For the price, I guess it is okay, but as an editor, it is sub quality.

    You can modify an existing file by using text boxes and overwriting the document's text areas you want to change.
    Price is better for the infrequent user.

    Can't do any copying of the PDF, text or otherwise. Only with the OCR version can you do this. Adobe Acrobat offers this with their free version. Disappointing that they can throw in at least what other free PDF editors can do.

    Looking for a free program what will merge pdf files offline. PDF Architect claims to support merging with their free version - but it hasn't worked for me - so far.

    The paid version was quite limited in its commenting & marking up tools. You also need to watch out for the automatic subscription renewal which may catch you out if you are not planning to renew. Once it renews, good luck trying to get anything back.
