Daylight robbery. This company and Paypal are in cahoots together. I do not recommend them whatsoever and a PayPal account will be deleted soon as far as the PDF company are concerned. They are being sued for breach of contract.

Accompanied that set you up takes your money by fortunately setting up a direct debit through PayPal then subsequently cancelled your account leaving you with nothing

Absolutely nothing. Horrible experience with deceptive business practices and "customer service " .uniformed interface to make cancelation a difficult process.

Company purposely made the cancelation process a pain, but has no issues withdrawing money from your account, even if you've used the service once.

Unrealistic if you need a few documents( theres alot better platforms that dont rob you)

Price goes from $ 1.95 to $49.95, no matter if you dont use the platform. And they prey on people that way, because you have to sign up and have a card on file besides having a option. So dont forget about a subscription, because they will take full advantage on it and not return your money.

Started out ok.
Bur after canceling and talking to their customer team and getting sketchy explanations as to why this happened and why I cant see my own cc on my own account it seemed their main objective is to get your money.

It did translate my 1 page paper, so that was ok.
Other then that I realy have nothing positive to say about them.

I signed up for the "free" account, which I used once, but they charge you if you need to print anything. It was a small amount so I was ok with it. I canceled the account within the 14 day trial period to avoid their automatic renewal ! However as soon as I cancelled I received 2 emails, 1 that my account was canceled and another to thank me for purchasing a subscription for $ 47.95 US
( $ 65+ CND ! ) and for a successful processed payment of $ 18.95 US ! ?!
I called customer service and was told I canceled the account but then apparently signed up again a second late, and was told they had proof of me doing this !! I am working with my cc company to block any payments and get my money back.
Important to note is that you have no access at all to your cc details on your account, no option to erase it !! Very, very sketchy !!

Appalling, this is a straight up money trap website. They may have bought the software and website from another company, but are using it to illegally scam users out of recurring subscription fees. They are sophisticated and know who to work the Paypal resolution system to their advantage.Please avoid at all costs.

The Software worked fine and absolutely did what I needed however the rub and kick in the proverbials comes a few weeks later when they extract you hard earned money!

The Shady Auto Renew Subscription, they will take the money and not honour their 30 day cooling off period. They Lied to Paypal when I raised the dispute to get the case closed. I've spent hours bouncing between their support team and Paypal an neither are accepting responsibility (because guess what, they both get paid regardless) These are straight up grifters using a very useful and well designed website they probably bought from someone else.

It works good with pdf. Document was ready for download but then they wrote that i need to pay for downloading document. Question: why do you write that it is FREE online editor?

It was written that I payment is just for 2 weeks, but in reality they wanted to save my card and use it for subscription. Bank declined operation

I was not aware of the service being added to my business by a former employee, and when I asked for a courtesy refund for the three months charged, I was immediately denied. I understand their refund rule, but certain circumstances should be an exception.

This service was useless to my needs and no better than PDF Pro.Plus their business practice of refunds should be negotiable.

Update: I made a dispute with PayPal over this and immediately PDFSimpli emailed me saying that would refund me in full if I ended the dispute with PayPal. I did and then they sent an email refusing to refund me. F*ck this company. I’ll be making this a legislative issue now.

They auto renew your subscription without any clear information. So you sign up to complete a singular PDF task for $2 and they will sneakily then role your subscription over @$49.95 per month.

Report this company to the authorities, they bill you 50 USD a month without telling you, then refuse to refund you. Con artists at the finest

They are literally criminals, they trick you into a cheap 1-2 dollar plan then bill you 50 USD a month with claim of some small print you agreed to. Then they refuse to refund the money they stole from you.

There is probably some fine print somewhere, as shady companies often do. Even if what they’re doing is technically legal, it feels very dishonest and sneaky.

I filled out one PDF file and paid honestly for a one-time service, which cost around €2. After that, money started being automatically withdrawn from my PayPal account for a subscription. I never agreed to any subscription — only to a single-use service.

Tricks you into saying you do not have to make an account and after you edit your document it makes you do an account and you have to pay so you can download your document.

I used the paid service once and was charged for a subscription later automatically. When I contacted the support team, they immediately refunded my payment to the card and cancelled the subscription and no question was asked.

Do not trust this company, I set up a 14 day account and cancelled after 2 days, I was billed for 4 months without any email notifications. Their records showed an account since 2020! Only support was via chat bot or off-site automated responses. Would not answer any questions. Very basic UI, UX, not a good product, no support, deliberately evasive.

This is a shameless company with lemon product. When I realized they charged me I immediately contacted them but they refused to refund the money.

I used the "redact" feature, it actually doesn't really redact the information you want to protect. If you search the information you've redacted, you'll find you can still find it.
Also I paid the service and I was pretty sure I didn't agree to auto renewal, but they still put me on automatically monthly renewal plan, and charged me 20 more days after I stopped using it.

Why pay $600 a month when you could get it for only $24 a month....because they are deceptive and hide this little gotcha in small print below everything. If you're going to disclose it, simply disclose it. I'm sure people will still screw up and they'll get their $600 a year. But I can't work with a deceptive (lie) and sneaky company.

If I could give 0 stars....advertises as "Free". After they deceive you into creating an account and providing your information they tell you there's a fee. If you sign up for their free trial and don't cancel timely it's $49.95 a month, whereas the normal annual fee is only $24 a month.

I haven't used this system since the free trial. Shitty company. Employees need training. Not sure if they have more then one person working there. They never return calls, and avoid responsibilities at all costs. They make you choose a time frame that you use this system but they don't offer a "NEVER USE" option. They force you to claim you use and like the services.

Nothing PRO about this lack luster company. Find somewhere else to spend your money. They are very shady.
