Never again will I be using your services especially with rude customer service. Don’t have nothing good to say about the services that clearly were not met to my needs.

Nothing was good about the services didn’t even use it when I thought I needed too. False advertising.

I got charged 40 dollars within 13 days for a piece of paper, that said one charge for 2 dollars. I didn’t read were it said I will be charged 40 dollars. Nicole from customer care was rude and whoever hanged up on me before didn’t take care of my needs just told me to email customer support. What’s the point of having a number if you can’t resolve over the phone. I’m still waiting for my refund I don’t know why it would take two days or longer to figure out when I will get refunded.

Complete dishonest. Reading other reviews, though I have immediately canceled a subscription which I had never even agreed to anyway, I'll cancel my credit card tomorrow so to avoid any potential fraudulent charges.

This company advertises free of charge service with optional upgrade for pay. After spending 2 min to edit a pdf, I only then found out that I could not get the edited document downloaded to my computer unless I paid for the service. Even at that, the message was hidden amidst multiple prompts to pay for the service a $29.95 per month. The tool was confusing to use, and did not always save my changes, even when I typed the "save" button. The monthly price turned out to be jacked up to $39.95 instead.

It advertised as OPEN software, free of charge, but instead they asked for 14-day trial fee of $1.95. There was a tiny fine print of $29.95 for 12 months before I made the online payment. It's a scam & a lie, because the email I received showed something else instead - $39.95 every 4 weeks, that would make it over $479/year, twice as much than what ADOBE charges!

I'm still fighting for my refund. I may take them to court!!!!

I don’t recommend PDFSimpli to any one because they are totally unprofessional and not helpful for legit customer.

There is no pro what should I say else they just have the info and they don’t even try to help you.

This site has a very misleading subscription process. BEWARE. If you aren't careful, you will end up with their highest tier pricing with no recourse.

Needed a quick edit to a PDF so was looking for something cheap to do a one time edit. Oops was that a mistake.

I paid the $1.45 for my one PDF but didn't know that it subscribed me to the highest tier unlimited subscription until I checked my credit card and found TWO months of charges. I never signed up for this and would never have given the email they used for my "account". It's my backup account only used for job searching so PDFScammers must have scraped it from my chrome browser to get my gmail account. I never check that account so I never knew I was autosubscribed.

They have refused to refund both payments. They refunded one only. This site has a very misleading subscription process. BEWARE.

Of course, I contacted the support manager again, and according to her, I should contact my bank because PDF Simpli has processed the refund. I haven't received any confirmation document for the refund or anything similar to explain the situation to my bank. After all, my bank has no involvement in this matter; it's solely the responsibility of the company. Communication ceased after the last email from the support manager. Please be cautious with your personal information and bank accounts.

Converting my word to pdf, it was easy for me to do that.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the communication with the support manager. After using the application on July 4, 2023, to convert my final thesis from Word to PDF, I tried the free conversion option. However, a month later, I forgot that I was logged into the application and had provided my personal information, including my card's IBAN. I didn't receive any warning email about the application becoming chargeable, and I was charged $39.95 on the same day. I immediately deleted my account and contacted the support manager.

Following her instructions, I was told that the refund would take place within 7 to 14 working days, but unfortunately, the refund didn't happen. I continued to communicate with the manager, who suggested that there might be some transaction issues and advised me to wait for another few weeks. It has been over a month since the application was charged, and the refund has not occurred.

They either refund my funds or I will cause them some financial pain by sending this plus more to every review group and anti scam group worldwide, plus of course every outlet that flogs their scam.

Incidentally, the last entry $78.10 comes via Nicosia, where many scum hide out.

I will give them one week before I start.

Overall I would not recommend or ever use again. Really bad service and I was ripped off. They don't know what they are doing.

It was very hard to use anything on here. They draw you in. Making you think its all easy. But they screw you over in the end.

Absolutely nothing. I spent $1 to create a PDF and have being charged $39.95 USD per month for the past 7 months unknowingly. They have no complaints department and when emailing them about it, they refunded only the last transaction and cancelled the account. If you're considering using PDFSIMPLI, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. I've been hung up on multiple times while trying to resolve issues—talk about unprofessionalism.

When I attempted to cancel my subscription, the cancellation confirmation email conveniently arrived only after the renewal payment had gone through. This is not just a system flaw but a shady business practice designed to lock you in financially.

No Receipt or Payment History: To add insult to injury, there was no way to pull a receipt or payment history from my account. They didn't even send a payment confirmation via email. You're basically left without any proof, making it impossible to dispute any charges with them.

I tried calling their customer service countless times to sort this out, but it seems like they've made themselves intentionally unreachable.

In light of this awful experience, I cannot stress enough how much better Adobe is as an alternative. Not only is it cheaper, but it also offers reliable and efficient service, which is the complete opposite of what you can expect from PDFSIMPLI.

Terrible business and seems to be a recurring charge scam. Getting people to enter their CC info and then doing the recurring charges and not cancelling when they state they will.

It is a scam. Although I cancelled the service nearly a year ago (never used it past the trial period), I found from my accounting department that they are still charging the $40 per month. They have stolen hundreds of dollars from me since. Today I cancelled again via phone rather than chat. It claimed to be sending me a notice and never did. I went back to the cheat chat and they said they had no prior record of the previous cancellation. But said they cancelled it and I would get an email. I did not get that email. I am going to turn them in to every agency I know. It will cost them far more than they stole from me.

Nothing. Any amount of times or ways I tried would not allow the PDF to be accepted. I classic scanner did the job after a trip to the pharmacy to print some photos. I was hoping this application would save me from that extra work. It did not.

None of the documents I attempted to convert would get accepted, no matter how many times or ways I tried. The only solution was to go to my local pharmacy, let them take & print the photos, then get them scanned. I used PDFSimpli first to save the trip (to no avail). Attempting to get a refund, we will see how that turns out.

Absolute bloody nightmare. Referring to an email address we never had even though 14 day contract cancelled, we were charged the full whack thereafter, and no hint of 30 day money back guarantee. What a bloody joke. Never ever use them again, but do they give a toss - no they do not they've had an annual sub and now cancelled so they are quids in. An absolute scam.

Their desire is to charge the users with out letting the user know at least a day before. When I called the customer care they did told that I am irresponsible. Very rude customer care. I was asking politely to refund my money $39.95 for PDF conversion. Why would I pay $39.95 only for conversions. These guys are simply mentioning that they let us know on the website where we have to find and look for it. I was asking to send us an email to remind us about trail period. In return she was mentioning that I should be responsible for that.

Well, avoid using.

Works like any pdf editor online. Nothing very special about it.

Cheap pricing tactics. They ask for payment after showing it's a free tool. Really misleading, won't recommend.
