The worst app, they professionalism is 0, I use the app one time, never get any email about subscriptions or any payment, just one day they took from my card around 50$, I contact them and send them email and never get any respond. Customer care is 0, so so bad.

Nothing, compared to Adobe the are 0, also they professionalism is below zero. Never ever again, choose any other app.

Needed to convert a complex PDF document to Word docx. I have not found any free products that do it well and easy. Found PDF Simpli "sponsored" by Google and seemed to be free. Went to their site and converted my document that seemed to be free, but to download it I had to pay. SCAM I say! But I really needed the document and a trial was only $1.95 so I paid. I was very surprised but the quality of the conversion was excellent and saved me days worth of extra work. It was easy to cancel the trial too. I'd def use this app again and highly recommend it.

Free-ness was misleading in the beginning, but no big deal to pay a small amount for a good product that saves massive amounts of time.

Try UDPF.com and see a comparison of services. PDF Simpli is not as accommodating as they want the public to believe. But it is serviceable.

I got my intended work done which was short, brief, and 3 pages. Easily converted to Word. I would have stayed with them if it wasn’t for the extremely poor, disrespectful, and rude customer service.

Rep was rude, loud and aggressive in voice on the phone. Hung up on me as a full paying customer. Inexcusable. Never hang up on a customer, pass the call to a supervisor. But hanging up on the customer was the only childish way he knew how to handle the conversation.

dishonest company. I would never continue with a company that used dishonest tactics to get money out from me. As far as I can say, that will be the last money they see from me again.

you can edit pdfs which is what i needed so it did the job..... BUT its not worth £49.00 being stolen from your account under the guise of small print.

Horrible-this is a truly crooked company-- got caught on a trial, then charged for the subscription. Awesome business concept--take peoples money for no service.

Good at misrepresenting charges. Purchased a trial and then got caught in recurring charges. My credit card alerted and then the company refused to refund me.

Scam--they will begin charging card for monthly subscription. The pdf was ok, nothing great.

I don't recommend this platform. I hope they will make their submission plan clearer and less scammy.

The PDF editor is powerful and user friendly, easy to download. But I needed it only for a specific project and paid for it.

They tried to charge me the full plan the next month without any notification by email or clear agreement. It looked very scammy.

Nothing. Why isn't it free to edit PDFs??? It seems like such a straightforward task, I'd even be happy if I could drag text boxes onto the PDF. But no.

I saw this site advertising saying that you could annotate PDFs "100% free". Just a straight-up lie. They try to charge you for what should be a super simple and free service after you've already gone through the work of annotating the document.

I think it's a scam because I pay for this crap.

To change the text in a pdf document I lost an hour.

The text was not changed by me but by an employee through the chat. The application/website doesn't do its job, you waste time, modify and when you save you see that nothing has actually changed.

Horrible overall experience, zero interaction with refunds or cancellation, website continues taking money long after they were meant to stop.

Nothing absolutely nothing what so ever absolute con do not use they will steal your money and continue to do so despite asking for a refund.

I have had 2 lots of $60 AUD stolen from my account by them already. This website needs to be shut down.

There is no such pros of PDFSimpli. They just want to grab money for doing nothing special. I will call them cheaters.

Just ask for money before doing any compression of pdf.

I didn’t receive any service yet I got charged several time & when I gave em a call they laughed in my ears both customer service team members hanged up the phone on me.

Nothing at all. They unprofessional I was better calling my bank than reaching to these jokers.

I just found out when seeing my credit card billing statement. They have charged me twice on Oct 2023 and Nov 2023 for USD 24.95 each... Damn. It's scam!!!

The feature is okay. Especially for editing PDF online. It's fast. But they just do not honest on the subscription scheme for the user.

It's a kind of trap. I just used it for editing one document on July 25. I paid them 1.95 dollar for the 14-day free trial. But, what they do not tell us is that they will automatically change your 1.95 dollar free-trial charge to subscription.

Set up an account and when I tried to access the website nothing worked. I tried to connect with IT to help me with this issue and it was pointless. They asked me to send them a picture of my bank statement... I just cancelled my card because Customer service was completely useless. Don't waste your time or money!

This is a rip off and a scam site they lure you in saying it is a free tool via google ads but once you work on it and want to extract the file they will ask you to pay. They know you spent significant time so you will definitely pay.

The tool is powerful for editing and converting PDF documents and ease of adding texts to the pdf or even their convertor but there are other free tools available.

They advertise as it is a free tool but once your work is completed (I spent two hours editing document) once I wanted to download they asked me to pay for it. They say editing is free but downloading the doc is paid, what will I do with just editing?

Once you are completed with your document, you are led to a page where you can pay anywhere from 14 days to longer. The 'free' option is buried as a link at the bottom of text , and even then to get your free download, you need to wait 24 hours and provide your credit card information. I would look elsewhere, I understand businesses need to make money but be honest up front with your customers that there really is no "FREE" use. you need to jump through hoops to get the 'free' download you were advertised.

Easy to use, self explanatory, does what other competitors do as well, they place better keywords into Google search for adwords...

This software is the second time i have been burned with them, they show up on google as free to use to simply fill out information but that is wrong.

I selected one time fee to convert a document but was charged $39.99. they would not refund and we're condescending.

PDF editing. I got the job done. However, the resulting experience was so disgusting, I can barely remember anything positive about PDFSimpli.

They charge you for your service (very low fee), then surreptitiously enter you into a subscription (much higher fee). Of course you didn't want a subscription. But it will show on your credit card. Of course you will contact them and they will stop the subscription. Of course you do not get your money back.
