Why pay $600 a month when you could get it for only $24 a month....because they are deceptive and hide this little gotcha in small print below everything. If you're going to disclose it, simply disclose it. I'm sure people will still screw up and they'll get their $600 a year. But I can't work with a deceptive (lie) and sneaky company.

If I could give 0 stars....advertises as "Free". After they deceive you into creating an account and providing your information they tell you there's a fee. If you sign up for their free trial and don't cancel timely it's $49.95 a month, whereas the normal annual fee is only $24 a month.

I haven't used this system since the free trial. Shitty company. Employees need training. Not sure if they have more then one person working there. They never return calls, and avoid responsibilities at all costs. They make you choose a time frame that you use this system but they don't offer a "NEVER USE" option. They force you to claim you use and like the services.

Nothing PRO about this lack luster company. Find somewhere else to spend your money. They are very shady.

I canceled my free trial in the 14 days and their system kept claiming there was an issue. This company is stealing money from me and they refuse to make it right. I will continue to do what I can so this doesn't keep happening to others that use their services.

Really disappointed by their slimy subscription tactics. It presented as free (not free trial), but only after signing up and editing do you see there is a 14 free trial. But if you want to download anything, you need to pay a single price, or sign up for subscription. Even if you make the single payment they automatically sign you up for monthly subscription (no notification). I really don't mind paying for services if it is communicated properly and honestly beforehand. But these guys are really slimy.
Call centre support (Jenifer) only gives attitude and drops the call.
No respect for them. Will not use again, even if the product itself is good. I don't like their dishonesty.

Product worked reasonably well, but hate their dishonest strategy to sign you up for subscription if you only use it once, and was willing to pay for the single document download. Slimy payment tactics DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!

1) Advertised as free, but only see that you need to pay after signing up ad editing a doc.
2) Payment options are presented as one time payment for immediate download, or sign up for monthly subscription.
3) Even if you make one time payment, you are placed on 14 day free trial, and automatically charged monthly subscription after that. No option for refunds. No email notifications to state this as they claim.

Difficult to use. Constantly got messages “file to big” or something similar. After hours of trying, my manual failed to upload and convert.

No pros. I tried to convert a manual to a pdf document. All my efforts were met with “file too big” or something to that effect. I abandoned all efforts. Two weeks later they scammed $59 off me

Took $59 out of my PayPal account without authorization. I never signed up for any subscription service. As a principal, I never do. Now I have problems getting my money back. Many others suffer are in the same boat. Their service also failed to convert my document even after I paid for it.

The fact they only rob you for $1.95, if it was anything more substantial, I'd be making an even bigger stink.

There is not a single "pro" to this application I can think of after using it for AN HOUR to edit FOUR sentences in a PDF.

This editor will cause you nothing but frustration. If it wasn't bad enough they do a bait and switch at the front door of "you can edit your thing for FREE" but they don't tell you they are going to make you pay in order to keep or do anything worth a dang with it.

their manipulative - but above that, the product itself is total trash. it will delete random stuff off your document that you haven't touched with their editor. It only has 3 font options (and not even the most commonly used fonts, for that matter) and it wont allow you to put anything overtop of where you've erased in the document - it shows up as big white squares. There is so many bugs and issues its a SHAME they actually launched this piece of garbage and are taking peoples HARD EARNED, REAL LIFE MONEY to use.

Don't waste your money or time. spend the extra couple bucks for a product that ACTUALLY WORKS.

On August 4 2024 their site popped up to me as a free pdf service. Nevertheless, to edit some files and download them I had to create a free account and pay 1,45 euros which I paid.
2 weeks later I received a PayPal charge for an automatic payment of 39,95 euros. I found out that if I hadn't discovered it early and canceled I would be charged every month.
On their Facebook page there are numerous complaints by other deceived victims with a similar experience.
I emailed them and they refused to refund me because I closed my account. I hope I don't get any other surprises from them.
Stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money.
It isn't only about the 39,95 euros that I lost. It's because of their unethical, unprofessional tactics. How do they sleep at night knowing that they feed their kids with money they have stolen from other families?

It was glitchy, Wayyyyyy too expensive ! Does NOT give you options for different highlighter color which is CRAZY for the price of $49 per month.

A good pdf editing platform is completely marred by what can only see as dishonest and misleading info.

Easy to use. But beware.....the fine print which they very purposely made fine print to "disclose" and yet conceal, is what makes this a crappy deal. If they could just run an honest business!

If you aren't careful they will SOAK you with a recurring "subscription" for ~$39 USD.

You MUST affirmatively communicate with them to cancel. Otherwise they deem that as permission to charge you $39 per renewal period without any further notice.

Their website is designed to downplay that fact and make it seem you are able to do what they highlight (one trial use for $1 or $2).

Never use them, they will charge you a small amount for the first document and then when they send you an invoice (which was lost in spam in my case), they will mention that they will charge 39,90 usd starting from the next month.

They will charged your cc for the "free trial" period and automatically charge for a month even i tried to cancel a day before the expiration. They said they will issue a refund and sent a message that the refund has been issued but no refund transaction found and my bank confirmed that no other transaction from this company after my cc was charged. The just response my feedback that i need to contact them to resolve the issue, but it's been almost 2 months no but they did not response my messages.

After you realize what they are doing, they won't close your account. I tried to close my account but I was able to log back in after 24 hrs - I don't know if they are every going to close my account or not.

They bait you in with offer of free pdf to word conversion, then collect your info, then ask you to pay.

I used their service to convert one document, one time, paid the $1.50 fee, that should have been the end of it, then two weeks later, a $40 charge showed up on my credit card. I never agreed to this. Apparently, your "plan" (like I ever had one) renews automatically at the end of the "trial period" and you're charged. I'm sorry, but any company that uses this tactic where the consumer is charged when they take no action is deceptive, sneaky and dishonest. As a consumer, I should be required to take some action to trigger a transaction. They are taking advantage of the probability that people won't read every last line of text in their terms and conditions, particularly the fine print. Companies that do this are SCUM. They are thieves. The only reason they got one star is because giving them zero was not allowed. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company and any others that use this auto-charge/auto-renewal GARBAGE. LIARS, CROOKS AND THIEVES IS WHAT THEY ARE!

It's a scamming application which they attract customer with the fact you can use it for free for a free trial but you are still getting charged and even after you inscribed for the 14 days you will still get charged monthly without notification, permission or invoice. The support invoke all sorts of reasons and even after I show them with screenshots I did not receive any emails or notifications from them they still bluntly ignore it and straight up refuse to refund your money that was taken without permission. Simply scammer practice.

Very good in helping you modify the PDF. Easy to use and it gets the job done that's how they get you to pay for the 1.95$ "free trial"

The free trial is not free you are still getting charged $1.95 and after if you pay with your debit card/credit card they charge you without your permission or notification and they don't even leave you an Invoice for what they are charging you.

I worked on the pdf 10 -15 pages long I made changes after I saved it to my desktop I found out all the jobs I did were not saved I repeated them again and again and again, same thing same results.
Waste of precious time.

Near as I can tell, this is their business model... Provide a $2 service and then start charging for a subscription that nobody wanted

I paid $1.45 for a one-time PDF editing service, only to later discover they had sneakily signed me up for a subscription. The small print at the bottom mentioned it would become a subscription, but I didn't notice it. Fourteen days later, they charged my card $39.95 without sending an invoice or reminder that the trial period was ending. They seem to rely on customers forgetting so they can continue charging monthly. Fortunately, I regularly audit my credit card transactions and caught it. This is a very shady business practice. Customers, beware!
