Total Scam. Needless to say.

The only pro is that it does generate PDF files. So that you can get tricked into paying them.

They trick you into signing an auto-renewing contract. Same as everyone has complained below!

This "company" is nothing but a SCAM. The fact that on average there are multiple complaints about this merchant on different website is astounding. Quick search of "Pdfsimpli scam" or "Pdfsimpli complaints" tells you all you need to know.
This predatory and fraudulent business practice is one i have never encountered. For starters it is a one man show based out of Puerto Rico. He is also the CEO. When you call you are always speaking to someone in PR who really could care less about listening or helping customers resolve their issue

I was charged $39.95 monthly totaling $1300 by these scammers on a dormant acct. Charges I never authorized. I spoke with a lady named Mily at first then a disrespectful illiterate named Natalie and then a guy named Ray attempting to resolve this issue. I hit wall trying to get my money back. According to Mily i signed a contract in Oct 2019 that i did not cancel. So i demanded a copy of this contract i agreed to. If i don't have a copy the merchant should have a copy right? I am still waiting on that contract......

For individuals who have been scammed by this business please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission; phone 1-877-382-4357 they investigate shady business practices and fraud cases like this also contact your State Consumer Protection office and file a complaint with the attorney general of your state. The more complaints generated, the quicker we can get the scammer behind this company investigated and put out of business.
I intend on getting every penny taken fraudulently from me back and also looking at small claims court for litigation. Please don't just sit back and do nothing. Report, Report, Report! This business has multiple complaints monthly. On other sites; daily, we all can't be wrong. This morally bankrupt "company" has ripped people off for far too long. Report PDFsimpli. It is a sophisticated scam.

Do not sign up for this company. It is total bait and switch for a product that does not work. They just hope you don’t notice that they keep taking your money.

There are none. It presents itself as free. Once you make the account you find out it is just a free trial. The product does not even work as well as free ones on other sites.

They don’t provide any email communication. When I signed up, I did not receive account creation confirmation. When I cancelled after one use, I did not receive email confirmation. I did not think much of it because they didn’t send account creation confirmation either. 1 year later I found out they’ve been charging me 40 dollars a month every month. They have never once sent an invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation. When I contacted them, they are refusing to refund it even though I clearly never used the product in my account history and despite the fact that they never communicated with me. I have a feeling I am not the only customer this has happened to.

Dishonest practice and poor quality product. Simply a fraud. Please be aware of a scam! They will bill you with our warning.

Stay away, they are not honest with their plans and pricing. My free trial cost me $82.00.

I really don't think that there is one.

I used this site for 1 document and had to pay $1.99 for the document. 2 month later I checked my account and they had debited 2 x $39.99. The personal I spoke with was quite rude and reluctantly agreed to cancel my plan and refund 1 x month.
It's just a scam to get your bank details.

They are not set up to allow PDF editing, they are set up to suck you into a FREE tool and then sneakily charge you $40 a month. they have no morals, be nice if they were arrested.

They charge you 1.95, and then without telling you anything they start to charge you 39.95. They put in some part of your account a message that said but you never really check that because you for a temporally account. And then they start to charge you and if you complain they told that they tell you that. With lucky you get one refund but if you did not notice the charge and you have more than one they only refund you one because they said that they have another policy that only refund a last 30 days payments. It is so frustrating. They are a white collar thief.

This company should not be allowed. I don't use it often because it does not work. Shameless scamming of people thinking they can just do a bit of editing and instead are sent on an endless journey.

It worked for a while. Then the eraser stopped working. Next text could not be edited. Support was useless. They said to use the eraser. It does not work after the first twenty minutes.

It is advertised as free. It is not. After you edit your document payment information appears. I paid. About twenty minutes later the pdf editor stopped working. Support suggested I send them my email address. They outright lie about being free, and then don't deliver.

A confidence trick. Am forced to say that I used the free trial, which I didn't, and forced to say I used yearly (no I didn't even use it once in the year, then forced to say I'm a user (which I never have been) just to be able to write this review

I used this facility not even once, and was charged an outrageous £75 for 3 months before I noticed it on my credit card statement (yes, I know I should have looked more carefully) and realised that I didn't recognise PDFSimpli. When I tried to get a refund was told that I can't after 30 days, so now I have the palaver of getting the credit company to refund me

Charged for a bad service, didn't do as it said, I wouldn't recommend this. Also you cant get a refund.

The file is saved all jumbled up. It looks good while you're working on it but doesn't save that way 👎

Advertises as 'FREE' but requires you to pay just to download a simple pdf. A lot of websites do this for free! If you're going to make it a paid service at least be honest about that so people don't waste their time!! I don't write reviews but couldn't hold back my frustration this time. If you didn't falsely advertise you could be getting money instead of bad reviews right now.

Easy to use and good quality documents. Exported several documents from pdf to word and layout etc was very good.

Keep taking money from me. Impossible to cancel. They give you instructions but the tabs they describe don’t exist.

I'll never use again. I really need my document but Im real nervous about providing my credit card when they aren't honest upfront. The chat helper said I can pay the 1.9 an5d cancel straight away and wont be charged the 39.95 every month. Because if you do pay the small fee, every month after they charge 39.99 to your card (small print).

The program was great, easy to use, but the lack of transparency lets all the pros go down the toilet.

This company are not transparent to deal with. They state free editing, which I suppose technically it is. BUT, they let you load your document, they have access to your info, when you try to access your edited document, they try to charge you. Otherwise say 'see ya;' to your edited document as you will never see it again. Their charges are reasonable, why not be upfront? Because holding your document ransom works for them. If you truly want free steer clear of them. They are not honest!!!

They say it's free, after you gave them your email you will now its not. Every time a business need to trick you to use they service, you know that's not a good business.

Terrible, dishonest business practices, scammers. I hope the Better Business Bureau shuts it down. If a customer makes a claim for a refund it should be taken very seriously. As a first time customer this leaves a very bad impression. I do not recommend this as the customer service is terrible.

It edits PDFs. That’s about it. Does what it says it will but totally not worth the price of getting ripped off. You’re better off printing something and using a red pen to cross out mistakes

Consumer beware! I was charged $39 for a trial that was supposed to be free. This is extremely dishonest business practice. I will never recommend this site to any of my colleagues ever. Extreme rip-off! Not honest at all

Awful communication with customers and awful service overall. I know that if I signed up for a free trial to use the service that I would’ve canceled it right away when I was done because I always do that. My guess is I signed up for what was advertised as a one time fee (found a small charge in my bank statement from them) and in the small print I signed up for the 40 dollar every 4 weeks membership! Awful company who just wants money.

No pros. Couldn’t even get the thing to work! Would upload my documents and then none of their features would work. All I wanted was a free website to breakup a PDF for a school project. Ended up using small PDF instead.

Charged $39.95 membership fee by them 2.5 weeks after I used their service literally once! They need to send emails to customers confirming memberships or reminding about the $39.95 withdrawal. I’m a broke college kid who just wanted to do a school project and that unexpected $39.95 charge really set me back!
