Charged for a bad service, didn't do as it said, I wouldn't recommend this. Also you cant get a refund.

Nothing, really when I saved the file its didn't look like the document I was working on. Just a waste of money.

The file is saved all jumbled up. It looks good while you're working on it but doesn't save that way 👎

Advertises as 'FREE' but requires you to pay just to download a simple pdf. A lot of websites do this for free! If you're going to make it a paid service at least be honest about that so people don't waste their time!! I don't write reviews but couldn't hold back my frustration this time. If you didn't falsely advertise you could be getting money instead of bad reviews right now.

Nothing even remotely good about this. Don't waste your time like i did and save your self from frustration.

Falsely advertises as FREE. Wastes your time when you could be using ACTUAL free websites that work better.

Cost me a fortune not worth it. Dishonest practice. A shame as it is a good app. They may be better off charging per document.

Easy to use and good quality documents. Exported several documents from pdf to word and layout etc was very good.

Keep taking money from me. Impossible to cancel. They give you instructions but the tabs they describe don’t exist.

I'll never use again. I really need my document but Im real nervous about providing my credit card when they aren't honest upfront. The chat helper said I can pay the 1.9 an5d cancel straight away and wont be charged the 39.95 every month. Because if you do pay the small fee, every month after they charge 39.99 to your card (small print).

The program was great, easy to use, but the lack of transparency lets all the pros go down the toilet.

This company are not transparent to deal with. They state free editing, which I suppose technically it is. BUT, they let you load your document, they have access to your info, when you try to access your edited document, they try to charge you. Otherwise say 'see ya;' to your edited document as you will never see it again. Their charges are reasonable, why not be upfront? Because holding your document ransom works for them. If you truly want free steer clear of them. They are not honest!!!

DO NOT USE! They're lying saying its free. But It is NOT free. They will collect your email information then you will know you need to pay.

They say it's free, after you gave them your email you will now its not. Every time a business need to trick you to use they service, you know that's not a good business.

Terrible, dishonest business practices, scammers. I hope the Better Business Bureau shuts it down. If a customer makes a claim for a refund it should be taken very seriously. As a first time customer this leaves a very bad impression. I do not recommend this as the customer service is terrible.

It edits PDFs. That’s about it. Does what it says it will but totally not worth the price of getting ripped off. You’re better off printing something and using a red pen to cross out mistakes

Consumer beware! I was charged $39 for a trial that was supposed to be free. This is extremely dishonest business practice. I will never recommend this site to any of my colleagues ever. Extreme rip-off! Not honest at all

Awful communication with customers and awful service overall. I know that if I signed up for a free trial to use the service that I would’ve canceled it right away when I was done because I always do that. My guess is I signed up for what was advertised as a one time fee (found a small charge in my bank statement from them) and in the small print I signed up for the 40 dollar every 4 weeks membership! Awful company who just wants money.

No pros. Couldn’t even get the thing to work! Would upload my documents and then none of their features would work. All I wanted was a free website to breakup a PDF for a school project. Ended up using small PDF instead.

Charged $39.95 membership fee by them 2.5 weeks after I used their service literally once! They need to send emails to customers confirming memberships or reminding about the $39.95 withdrawal. I’m a broke college kid who just wanted to do a school project and that unexpected $39.95 charge really set me back!

You are not good period you don't offer help.

You don't offer help plus your PDF is complicated especially signature and even if you pay and get your document finish.

"No question asked" refund policy with in 1 month is one of its kind I have ever seen.

Ease of Use and customer support is excellent. So very responsive. Unlimited Storage , security , and design are my favourite of all the software that are available in market.

I would also like to have have mobile app, apart from it I do not think I came across any thing else.

But for the most part it can be accessed on any device.

Used this website for one project and one project only,
Costing $1.59, to later find out I signed up for a membership. Couldn't be any more shady as I would never have. And they proceeded to charge me $44/Month for the next 8 Months until Error was caught.
And basically told me to shove it. And did nothing to rectify the issues, as they could see out of the 8 months i paid for it , Never logged on or used it once! Satisfaction guaranteed my ass!
They have a refund / cancellation page that guarantees customer satisfaction, that couldn't be farther from the truth!

Converted a pdf for $2. One time need.

Signed me up for a $39.95 recurring service. I never agreed to this. They are either full on frauds or use deceptive practices.

Absolutely none. The review site has now asked me to lengthen this text to over 100 characters. So I will say again. There were absolutely no "pros", for me, to this dreadful business.

Horrible, and they're going to charge you 40 dollars every two weeks unless you cancel your account and then you have an attempt to get your money back but who knows if that's actually going to happen as the script is very robotic.

I did not like a single thing about this product as it was not easy to use or user friendly and support is very robot like.

Nothing, they will charge you $40 after a trial for paying a dollar for the trial and it seems like automated bot responses once you've tried to communicate with them on their support. They instantly reply with human names but nothing other than a script that seems to be automated.

Horrible. They have the worst customer service ever possible. They also lied to my bank and PayPal that they had no record of my cancellation. After I provided documented email proof of my cancellation they still refuse to honor my refund which was made in accordance with their own refund policy.

The program itself can be useful to someone who truly need to use it to do functions with PDFs. However, canceling the service is a real problem and a hassle.

They refuse to issue a refund EVEN AFTER canceling BEFORE 30 DAYS is up. I ordered Dec 4th and canceled Dec. 19th they refuse to issue a refund contradicting their own refund policy. If this has happened to you, I would like to initiate a class action suit against them for theft of customer funds.

It's a very good software.Their customer service is very good and patiently answers your query at times they will do what you ask for if the changes are difficult for an old man.

Very very easy to use for an oldie like me.I can find all my files I can edit any of them at any time access it from anywhere.

I wish they had a postal service as well.At time sending physical documents becomes a task in these hard times.

They know most people only need this tool temporarily so they get you in with the 2 dollar payment and then hope you forget or don’t see they charge 40/month and they do not send any emails or anything to confirm or let you know they’re going to charge you. After explaining to them and seeing how I clearly never used it again after the first day of my TRIAL period they still refused to help me. I would NOT recommend using them.

The tool itself does what it says. But I will never recommend someone to use this shady company.

The company is has shady practices. They know what they’re doing in regard to billing and not informing you by email or anything. They’re hoping you forget you signed up for that $2 trial and then they start charging you $40 without any notice.
