It's an intuitive and well-organised system with many possibilities. Registering packages via mobile is easy, and picking up packages makes us feel like we have control.

There are no particular downsides to mention. It took a little time to set up exactly as we wanted, but with good help from support, it worked out. Good training is also essential, which we experienced.

Overall, Parcel Tracker has been nothing short of amazing from beginning to now. Working with me step by step to make sure everything is going as smoothly as possible. Any issues are dealt with immediately. Couldn't ask for a better service. I also appreciate the accommodation when it came to my particular business which is outside of there normal operations.

Very easy to use, the videos and explanations as well as the training are simple and understandable also for people with less technical experience, the OCR feature works mostly very well but if not it is easy to find the recipient.

German language is not perfect translated and sometimes we have to reset.

We have had only great feedback from our staff and customers re this product. We would not go back to our old system and would highly recommend parcel tracker to anybody who handles many parcels as part of their work process.

Very easy to use. Very easy to train staff on. Very reliable and very speedy. It has cut down tremendously on the work required to handle our parcels. Compared to our old system which was highly manual it is a no brainer.

Parcel Tracker has made processing student and staff deliveries much quicker and has reduced the number of errors significantly. None Significant: Based on your feedback, there don’t appear to be any major drawbacks. If anything, the only “con” might be that once you start using it, you won’t want to go back to managing packages without it!

Much better than the system we were previously using. Very easy to use as the system automatically generates a QR code which residents can scan and show proof of delivery. System automatically sends confirmation once they have signed and collected the parcel which helps to manage lost parcels.

Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

Really good app to use, easy to train staff with. Less likely of losing parcels on site. So easy for the residents to show a QR code and scan to locate the parcel.

The digital log of each parcel for residents is really useful, knowing if we still have a parcel or the resident has collected it is a great feature especially when we are queried about them. It's really simple to use and fast compared to our old process.

We had a bulk upload of main residents which is great, although when we have one off short stays it can be a little bit annoying as these residents won't be on the system and we would only know by human knowledge (only criticism).
