    Pipedrive is a good sales channel that has allowed me to have a good sales channel within my company. With this platform, a large window has been opened by having different functions that provide solutions to customers. I have kept track of all the clients of the company very easily and I have also been able to cover the monthly quota of the sales by exceeding the sales of last year. I loved that it didn't require a lot of effort to understand how this platform works, although what still bothers me is its price and that the API fails too many times, I can put up with bad support, but the two problems that I just mentioned They are a critical point for my company to achieve a good development and also obtain a good return based on the investment that I am making within this platform.

    - The response time that Pipedrive takes is a very long time regardless of the plan you have. I have waited up to 3 days for answers when I had problems with certain tools within this platform. In general, my company has multiple SAAS products and many of them have good technical support available almost 24 hours a day. However, Pipedrive is one of those platforms that take time to provide solutions, causing certain operations within my company that have to do with the problem that was being had to be paused, as well as losing money after days go by without having a quick solution.

    - Despite the fact that the mobile application is available for both iOS and Android, it is not very complete and stable, I cannot deny that it receives constant updates, but there are very few new things that have been seen in the mobile application and also not all the functions of the web version are available in this version, so it is not very useful to say that I can have the correct CRM management through my smartphone. If they improve the stability it would be nice since at least I can work with my phone without it closing or freezing from time to time when I handle a large amount of information.

    - The API is very good and complete, but it tends to hang a lot, so it could take time to respond when there is a problem and this is a problem when you have automations through your API. I don't like that the workflow is interrupted and that many manual entries have to be made when they were already automated, this causes a bottleneck having to manually fix what the API is not doing correctly or simply not doing. I have contacted support several times and their only solution is "we are doing maintenance".

    - The price per user is extremely expensive, it will not be cheap to integrate the entire sales team if that is what you want, since the bill would be expensive in each monthly installment. It is not like other platforms that include a certain number of users who can manage CRM at the same time with a single account. Tracking communication between our team and other suppliers, key figures, entities and even other people in the organization can be very difficult. I can call Pipedrive instead of calling my teammates to check project status. It is worth noting that although the tool is only used by a few team members, the product can still be easily used throughout the organization. Pipedrive is well suited for small and medium-sized businesses that need cost-effective customer relationship management tools. If an entity's users are struggling to maintain communications between their organization and external (or internal) entities, the tool will provide a lot of easily accessible visibility. Someone told me that some more powerful platforms would be better suited for large companies. For example, a large commodity company may be better off compared to one of Pipedrive's stronger competitors. In other words, my team and I are very satisfied with Pipedrive.
