I can't say I have any cons yet. Still waiting to see how the payout works

So far, so good. I may use it again! It could have more features to include combos of tickets for example, but I like how easy it is.

The app is easy to use; we have the option to scan the tickets, and we can connect to Stripe to receive it in our regular account.

Taxes are expensive, and seems to me that we are losing some money from the transaction from PromoTix to Stripe, and then to Stripe from our account.

I experienced success throughout my process using PromoTix and I am able to control the PromoTix ticket sales option.

I really love PromoTix because it has helped me to save my time in selling tickets for concert to buyers.

I haven’t seen what I don’t like except there’s bug.

I recommend to everybody if hosting an event or party !! Get your money upfront before the event !!!

I like how easy it was to set everything up for my event. Adding a photo and putting the different offerings.

At first it was hard to find how to add a photo but that could be because I’m doing it on my phone and not a computer.

The process is long a bit longer than other sites but it does ensure there are no flaws in your event.

Best overall experience and easy transition navigating the site. Some other ticketing companies give you the run around with there site and customer support but PromoTix is simply different its one of the top ten sites.

It's smooth and easy to navigate and purchase your tickets. All detailed show description is listed with show times and dates, ticket fees, who's all involved and a blurb from the producing companies or event hosts.

There isn't any with PromoTix! There is nothing negative about this site. Its overall best than others i used in the past.

PromoTix is user friendly and allows you to easily create events and promote it with a personalized link. Your options when creating an event are straightforward, and as you “save & continue” it takes you to the next step. I like that you’re able to clone a previous event, and then just change the name, dates, and a few details (when the rest of the information stays the same.) The support team is efficient and helpful with responses in the few times I have had to reach out. I have, and will continue, to recommend this platform for promoting events.

When filling out your ticket name, price, and max amount, there is a place to input the start date & time you wish to start selling tickets. However, you have to click on “options” next to that to get to the area where you put the date & time you want to STOP selling tickets. I didn’t know this until I reached out to the support team, and wish it were more visible right in that first screen when inputting the ticket information.

Overall I'm very satisfied to have a quality service that costs a fraction of the cost of competing services.

The whole experience of setting up and event with PromoTix was positive. I was able to pretty quickly get it up and running.

The interface was slightly convoluted and I think those less technical than myself my struggle a little. Emphasis on a little. I think there's room for improvement when it comes to the user interface and user experience.
I wish there were more options for customizing the design and how the event page looks.

The ere was a bit of confusion as I navigated the site but I was able to figure it out. Wish I could add my full event flyer versus the dimensions provided.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience as a first time user of the app and can say with confidence I will absolutely use again for future events and would highly recommend this app to any organizer looking for an outstanding event platform.

Ease of use has got to be one of the best things about this platform. It has so many capabilities and you don't have to be a computer genius to figure it out. Setting up the event was a breeze. The sister navigates you step by step and it really covers every detail you could think of addressing before you publish your event. I love the front facing customer view and how easy it was to embedded into our website so people can easily purchase tickets without being rerouted to another site. This is a HUGE plus. Generating coupon codes and guest lists are also super easy to do. And the app keeps track of everything. Additionally the app gives you the capacity to scan tickets in for entry. This is a true one stop shop for your even ticketing needs. There was a couple times I needed to call to ask a question and each time I was greeted by a friendly person who was able to answer my questions. I like that you also have the ability to create your own app for the event! I didn't use this feature for my event but I look forward to when I do for a future event. Lastly, I am very pleased with the pricing options and what all you get in exchange. I think it's an incredibly good deal. I did do a comparison between this platform and 4 others before making my decision and price wise they beat out like 95% of the competition AND In comparison has substantially more feature available for use which made choosing PromoTix an easy decision.

The only thing I have run into is that sometimes I have to reload the organizer app multiple times to get my event to appear to be able to use all the features but that could be an issue with my actual phone, not sure.

User friendly and if you hit a glitch or have a question, they are quick to respond and help. Would highly recommend.

As a newbie to using this type of ticket selling, I had lots of questions and concerns. Every representative from this company patiently and quickly answered all of my questions and concerns.

All staff that I have interacted with had been professional and knowledgeable. Very quick responses to any questions or concerns.

Overall experience was great way better then Eventbrite! I don't have to have a laptop to edit or manage an event

I like that i can manage my event right from my phone! It gives you different ways to market your event to ensure its successful!

I didn't like how i couldn't figure out how to go in and add more pictures or change something after publishing my event.

I have used another ticketing app before and it was very expensive for the customer. I will continue to use PromoTix. There are features I look forward to using.
The program interacts with Stripe flawlessly.

Its easy to set up for a non-techy person.
And if it isn’t, there is excellent support available!!
The fees are very reasonable! No one complained about fees like they normally do! More bought tickets online than through our in-person location.
Can sell other products with tickets!

I actually don’t feel this app has any drawbacks! I have little tech ability so, to do anything beyond the basic selling of tickets was difficult for me (but I was helped by support)

Great, would use again. I didn’t need to use the assistance from support so I’m not sure how helpful they are but I didn’t need them anyway.

i found PromoTix easy to use for my first time, I like that I had to set up the card before selling tickets, simple to understand, I would recommend his website and I will likely use again.

My only struggle would be viewing emails of customers. I have to individually find it on my emails and not sure if there’s a place within the website for this.

For a management handling point of view this was very efficient.
