    Summary

    I have used another ticketing app before and it was very expensive for the customer. I will continue to use PromoTix. There are features I look forward to using.
    The program interacts with Stripe flawlessly.

    And if it isn’t, there is excellent support available!!
    The fees are very reasonable! No one complained about fees like they normally do! More bought tickets online than through our in-person location.

    I actually don’t feel this app has any drawbacks! I have little tech ability so, to do anything beyond the basic selling of tickets was difficult for me (but I was helped by support)

    My overall experience was interesting due to the fact that I used my IPhone for most of the event setup. I recommend using a laptop or desktop to complete the setup to have a better view of the platform. I definitely will be using PromoTix for my Pro Boxing event in a few months.     After completing some research, I found that PromoTix was rated the top platform to date. I was able to navigate through most items without any hangups. The streaming option was a surprise gift. It will make the pay-per-view setup much easier. To test the system I purchased the very first ticket to my event, which was verified via email with a QR code that I am able to scan at the door to check-in attendance using just my iPhone. (How convenient?) I am happy I selected PromoTix for my April 6 event!!

    The only glitch I encountered was when I created the tickets to my “paid” event, I selected “make tickets private”. I wasn’t aware that this actually hid the tickets from the public.
