Great product, great support, fast and easy to set up and use. with support option for payment, quick live feature showing what is live and what needs work. So simple.

Being a non computer guy, within an hour I had it up and running. very easy instructions and I'm making money everyday.

Wasn't told they had an upgrade option in the beginning, which i will be purchasing soon. the free option is great as well.

Everything was well set up. It was proper. It has everything that I needed and it works smoothly. Everybody was happy that it was very easy to buy a ticket for my event and the emails were sent to me right away every time somebody bought a ticket.

I like how everything was set up, it's super easy to use. I overall loved everything. Everything was well put together and the links to access the ticket worked perfectly fine.

There was nothing I didn't like. I loved everything. Thank you for this lovely website and app.

It was an easier setup option than Eventbrite and easier to set up. I hope to continue using the platform for all my events.

A better alternative to Eventbrite. It was easy to set up as well and I am definitely looking forward to using PromoTix a lot more.

There are no cons with this product. It’s set up so you can’t fail.

This site has just enough integration with other apps to make it worth it. But the cost is the main thing.

Can't believe how much money this has saved me as a small business putting on small events. Other sites have fees that end up eating into huge percentages of your profits when you are starting out. If you are only charging $15 a ticket and they are taking $3 in fees, it just doesn't work. PromoTix is the best site I have found after researching about 40 different sites.

I have used PromoTix to ticket an event we are holding. Setting up the event was super easy, and the website and app has a nice interface to work with. The whole experience has been easy to follow and understand, and I am able to see ticket sales , and type of tickets sold easily in my dashboard.

I have also noted the ability to check people in via scanning the QR code, or a simple click of the button!

10/10 would recommend!

As there are multi hosts we all have to share a log in for the event which is frustrating, however this was our only con!

Couldn't set a service fee dollar amount, just a % that wasn't straight forward.

I'm really impressed by PromoTix and very happy I decided to chose them over other paid competitors. I just started a new entertainment company and don't really have a budget since I'm self-investing so I really appreciate being able to have a professional ticketing software that doesn't cost me anything to list events. I also really like the ability to charge for Livestream events, which is a feature I still need to look into.

I’m loving this product when it comes to ticketing an event. I think the app could use some tweaking but overall great.

It’s easy to set up and guides you through with no issues! The ease at which to make my event live is great.

Inability to edit on tickets and prices on the app.

Love that you can just sell tickets for no commission based as most apps take so much commission I love the qr system too.

I needed to create a ticketed event quickly and this site was everything I needed. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but I was able to figure this site out without any trouble.

This site was quick and easy to use! Exactly what I was looking for in a pinch. I liked that I could clone my event and make a couple of tweaks as I am doing the same event twice but at different locations.

I wish I could add photos to my event page. This is a feature a previous event site had and it really helped my clients get a feel for the type of event I'm promoting.

So far I am quite impressed with PromoTix and the ease of getting started on an event. After our October event we’ll definitely be looking forward to using PromoTix for our upcoming festivals.

We’ve used several ticket services over the past 17 for our film festivals. And without a doubt PromoTix is top notch. This is our first year with them but I’m completely impressed with the UI, and ease of setting up our event. The follow up emails with tips and suggestions are a great bonus as well.

We will definitely be using PromoTix for our future events!

Very easy to use, on both sides (selling and purchasing). Our fans are able to get tickets on the go which makes it easy. Dashboard as a seller works well too!

Weren’t any real cons. Set up process can be a bit lengthy but that’s it.

Easy to use, and it got the job done as far as what i needed to do. first time using it so will give official view afterwards.

No real direction, lack of support and design format

The site was easy to use and I was able to get my event posted quickly. I would mostly use this as my first choice for my next event.

I like using the site but unfortunately I had already started with Eventbrite next time I will use PromoTix I believe the fees will be less.

At this time didn't have any issues since this was the first time I have used the site.

PromoTix was super easy to use for a first time user of any online ticketing platform like myself. I was able to create the tickets for my event and have it published and shared within minutes. Not only was the creation side of things easy the purchasing side of the platform was incredibly efficient. There were no hiccups with any of the tickets during purchasing or redeeming and it made managing the event and guest list precise and the event more structured. Using PromoTix smoothed out the entire administrative side of event planning.

I have no cons! I will be using PromoTix again and again!

Ease of use and the look of it. Easy for both the customer and administrator. Keeps everything I need in 1 place. I can change all my fees and have no cost to myself as a ticket seller which is a huge bonus.
