    Customer Support is responsive and knowledgable. Very close to a plug-n-play setup. Most of what is needed to sell tickets is ready to wire up and go.

    No option for allowing customers to decide if they want to pay the per ticket fee. A little difficulty initially setting up Stripe but Customer Support was ready to help. The service is geared towards music events and our event was a dinner fundraiser for a charity.

    Amazing tools to sell the tickets!

    I'm in love with PromoTix! So glad I found it. We used to use Eventbrite and had some successful ticket sales, and it means... yes, we ended up paying so much $$$ to Eventbrite!! Which made us really disappointed. When the sales was small, we didn't noticed, but once we started to sell more, then it became so obvious that so much money was gone to Eventbrite. That's why I was in charge of finding the better solution, and I found PromoTix! Found other ticket sales platforms too but none can come close to PromoTix's deal, so it was easy for me to convince partners to switch to PromoTix!!
