I love this website please please give it a chance I guarantee it will change your life like no joke it saved my life cause I was at my lowest point but this website will give you lots of experience that would help you a lot financially :))

I really love how the price is affordable when you first subscribe to ticket service fees like it’s so easy & it’s hard to find something that I can understand fully but this website is so simple that you would have 0 problems with!! It helps you with marketing as well and it helped me a lot with my clothing business !! Honestly I had more buyers because of how well this app was to help me find the tools to engage with my customers !! And did I mentioned there’s no credit card required ?? Like how freaking cool is that.

At first I was skeptical about it and I felt like it wasn’t gonna change my life cause every website I went to is the same thing but honestly I can’t find a single thing that’s wrong about this website so I’d say don’t judge a book by it’s cover !! You must try :))

Glad I moved over to this software and will look forward to using if for many years to come. Im quite excited.

After running events for many years I just haven't found a solution that ticks all of the boxes till now. So easy to set up and get the event live.

The only cons I have found is the need to upgrade for certain features before being able to test it.

Overall I would highly recommend this to a friend and I will for sure be using PromoTix again for any upcoming events and I sold.

I would just like to say that PromoTix is a very useful website. It helped me put my website together very easy and in terms of online promotion it's doing very good.

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I first set out to use a ticketing site for my show.
I was completely lost and just threw myself into researching what sites might be best for beginners like myself.
PromoTix won by a landslide in all of the sites that I considered and I feel very thankful for finding them.
I couldn’t have asked for a better first time ticketing experience!

PromoTix has the most easy and straightforward set up of any ticketing site I’ve considered using.
They thoroughly walk you through every step of the event creation and ticket sales process.
They have a sleek, professional look and tone to their site.

There is very little that I can say when it comes to cons for the site, since I have honestly been extremely impressive so far.
The one thing I could say is that I wish the Stripe credit card processing fee (the one that gets taken out of ticket sales), was easily available on the site. A quick google search tells me what it is, so I had no issues finding it on my own. But it would be nice not to have to do that small amount of extra research,

Literally took me 10 minutes to create an event with ticket prices and merch add-ons. Setting up the payment option was painless and fast, I really thought that the process of setting up an event with ticket prices would have took me at least two or three hours. Not with PromoTix! I did not try out the marketing add on feature but I'm sure it is worth the extra cost. I have already recommended this service and product to all of my friends who do music and events. Instead of printing out all those tickets and handing them out and keeping track now they can go digital with ease and at a low price. Thanks for the service.

Quick set up less than 10 minutes, easy payout options, ticket pricing and merchandise pricing easy setup. Low cost per ticket, ticket scanning makes entry a breeze, and so much more well done guys.

I'm very pleased with the PromoTix platform. I will continue to utilize it for my webinars and live speaking engagements/professional learning seminars.

So easy to fill out information for my event step by step. Payment was directly deposited into my bank account. Lots of options for ticketing. Love the dashboard view to see all of my events. Love the email notification, so I know when someone has registered. As an option for virtual events as well..can use their platform or add my own zoom account link. Responsive customer service.

The site did go down once, but the response what quick and professional.

Overall it's better than any other option I've found. I haven't seen anything out there that's cheaper.

The creation process was smooth and easy. The whole process only took about 10 minutes from start to finish.

The fees are decent, but I still wish they were smaller.

For my first experience, I was proud of the outcome. I was able to keep track of the attendees and look professional while do so. I can't wait to try my paid event.

After navigating the site a few times I got the hang of things. It was fun creating my first ticketed event. I felt very professional even though I didn't use the paid portion of the site.

Great product, great support, fast and easy to set up and use. with support option for payment, quick live feature showing what is live and what needs work. So simple.

Being a non computer guy, within an hour I had it up and running. very easy instructions and I'm making money everyday.

Wasn't told they had an upgrade option in the beginning, which i will be purchasing soon. the free option is great as well.

Everything was well set up. It was proper. It has everything that I needed and it works smoothly. Everybody was happy that it was very easy to buy a ticket for my event and the emails were sent to me right away every time somebody bought a ticket.

I like how everything was set up, it's super easy to use. I overall loved everything. Everything was well put together and the links to access the ticket worked perfectly fine.

It was an easier setup option than Eventbrite and easier to set up. I hope to continue using the platform for all my events.

A better alternative to Eventbrite. It was easy to set up as well and I am definitely looking forward to using PromoTix a lot more.

There are no cons with this product. It’s set up so you can’t fail.

This site has just enough integration with other apps to make it worth it. But the cost is the main thing.

Can't believe how much money this has saved me as a small business putting on small events. Other sites have fees that end up eating into huge percentages of your profits when you are starting out. If you are only charging $15 a ticket and they are taking $3 in fees, it just doesn't work. PromoTix is the best site I have found after researching about 40 different sites.

I have used PromoTix to ticket an event we are holding. Setting up the event was super easy, and the website and app has a nice interface to work with. The whole experience has been easy to follow and understand, and I am able to see ticket sales , and type of tickets sold easily in my dashboard.

I have also noted the ability to check people in via scanning the QR code, or a simple click of the button!

10/10 would recommend!

As there are multi hosts we all have to share a log in for the event which is frustrating, however this was our only con!

Couldn't set a service fee dollar amount, just a % that wasn't straight forward.

I'm really impressed by PromoTix and very happy I decided to chose them over other paid competitors. I just started a new entertainment company and don't really have a budget since I'm self-investing so I really appreciate being able to have a professional ticketing software that doesn't cost me anything to list events. I also really like the ability to charge for Livestream events, which is a feature I still need to look into.
