PromoTix was user friendly and competitively priced. It our needs for selling approximately 200 tickets to a class reunion. I already had a Stripe account which made the whole process even easier.

Scanning tickets at the door was SO easy! Tickets sales were also easy. They had an option for me to create a guest list and issue free tickets.

A lot of the tickets didn't show up in people's in-boxes.

I just published my first live music event and chose to use PromoTix because of the better pricing than competitors as well as the excellent customer service. Getting to speak or message with a human being, and quickly, is not common these days and when you are trusting your business into someone's hands you need that reassurance before committing. PromoTix went over and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and had all of my questions answered before locking in. The software & website is easy to manage and my ticket purchasers didn't have any problems purchasing tickets nor checking in at the door. Highly recommend.

I’m looking forward to using this site for my future events, it’s been simple and easy to use.
The payout method could be a little sooner but it’s okay that it takes a little while.

I was looking for a website to set up my tickets and I landed on PromoTix.
The set up was easy, they asked all the important questions and the features are much better than other websites.
I intend to keep using this site/app as I put on more shows and events.

It’s my first time using the site and so far, there isn’t anything I don’t like.
Everything looked relatively simple.

It's great! so helpful for organising large events and really easy to navigate, track and edit events.

I love this website. I just recently started using it and I already know all the ins and outs which is much better than a complicated facility that I might never use. The app is also really useful to track the event on the go!

I find it frustrating that I cannot edit my events on the app but i'm sure that this is something that you might already be working on since its a new feature.

Absolutely amazing! Best website / app to ever sell tickets or host events. They even offer to have other people promote your events to spread the word, it’s very helpful and I’m enjoying it.

I really liked the user friendly software of this platform, and the options to add details! As well as the pricing & fees are way lower than other platforms.

It a straightforward platform that needs a little aesthetic tweaking. Overall decent and I love that it’s free if your tickets are free.

The prompts through each phase to create an event were straightforward and simple. I also like the Google maps link on the events landing page.

The overall layout once on the landing page, once the event is published could be criped, punchier and modernised.

I give promo tix, 5 stars, 3 lightsabers and a half a baberuth candy bar for being the coolest way to collect ticket money for small and large events!
