Absolutely amazing! Best website / app to ever sell tickets or host events. They even offer to have other people promote your events to spread the word, it’s very helpful and I’m enjoying it.

I really liked the user friendly software of this platform, and the options to add details! As well as the pricing & fees are way lower than other platforms.

Sometimes it was hard to use on my mobile device, but I figured it out!

It a straightforward platform that needs a little aesthetic tweaking. Overall decent and I love that it’s free if your tickets are free.

The prompts through each phase to create an event were straightforward and simple. I also like the Google maps link on the events landing page.

The overall layout once on the landing page, once the event is published could be criped, punchier and modernised.

I give promo tix, 5 stars, 3 lightsabers and a half a baberuth candy bar for being the coolest way to collect ticket money for small and large events!

The transition from website to app was smooth. The app in itself was compact but easy to pick up without having to read online for instructions. Great process!

I liked that everything was straight forward and the fees are not as high as the other guy. Ease of use was great.

I had to rewrite my event details a few times because they didn’t save. It was the only frustrating thing.

So far so good. My event is this Thursday. Hoping everything goes off without a hitch. I'll keep you posted.

Didn't need a ton of information from someone to issue a ticket. Not having to input phone, email, and address is a game changer.

Guest list not in alphabetical order, but in how I input the tickets into the system. Wish I could view it in alphabetical order.

My overall experience is I would suggest if you have an event that you want to sell tickets for, you should use PromoTix!

What is there not to love about this website!? I love the ease of creating an event. I also love how they have all these stats available. The different types of tickets you can create and it is reasonably priced!

There's nothing I didn't like. This website is absolutely amazing hands down!

Easy experience and for less money than other solutions. Much simpler to coordinate than physical tickets with fewer risks of scams, counting errors, money going missing with multiple sellers etc. loved the ability to make different tiers of tickets!

Super easy to setup, very friendly for the buyer as well. Makes selling tickets easy especially with different bands in different cities.

Could use more customization in the purchasing portal.

I've set up a new theatre company in Ontario Canada. I have a website but I didn't want to have to look after ticket accommodation on my site. I'm all about "appearance and professionalism" being a new Artistic Director for my Theatre company and Prom Tix will suit me and my audience in purchasing tickets online!

I've checked a few other sites that they have a social media plan and can use video to promote one's event. I don't see these links, however will try a few things.

Overall this has been my best experience with an app to get information out about my business. I really appreciate at easy this app is to use.

This app was very easy to set up and use, it took less than 20 minutes to create my posting and get it up and running.

I can't any problems with this app, it really met my needs.

So far, we haven't fully been able to completely use their services as we haven't made our first ticket sale using the app, but overall exceptional service!

The ability to easily create events and sell tickets immediately without a hassle makes life so much easier.

The fact that they are willing to give you the service fees they charge on top of your ticket sales is even more amazing!

They only thing I wish promotix did was offer some sort of program to incorporate the entire event budget and invoices right into the app so you know exactly how much you've made for the night.

If that's already a thing and I just haven't discovered yet, then forget what I said.

If not, then that would be an awesome feature for us promoters!

I'm new at organizing private events, and I went through two other software programs that promised ease before trying this service. I don't have time to learn a whole database system, and I just put together personal and seasonal events. This was perfect. It was so easy to figure out how to set up a ticketing system for my seasonal haunted house- a sole proprietor business that didn't require a bunch of people signing in and out. I needed simple- go in, buy a ticket, get out. PromoTix is great- I'll be using them for everything I do from now on.

The ease of the system is exactly what the company maintains. I don't have time for learning curves, and I didn't have to worry about that with the online system.

I haven't found anything I didn't like, because I was comparing against software systems that were much more complex to learn. I'm fully satisfied and haven't run into issues.
