Overall this has been very simple easy and straightforward to use with my live events that I have going on in my life.

I love how easy it is to promote, share and sell tickets for my events. Also merchandise can be sold for my events. I love it.

I don’t really have any cons besides I wish it was less complicated using it through a mobile device.

Easy to use user-interface with all the required functions one would need for ticketing events. I was also able to add collaborators very easily too!

PromoTix really helped me in the ticketing of my concert, without me having to pay any additional fees or charges. It was easy to use and I really appreciated this site.

I did want to remove the requirement of having phone numbers for the checkout form for tickets, but I was not able to uncheck that option.

I used PromoTix for my bday event. Everyone thought it was a cute cool idea! It was easy to use. Had cute themes and getting the payout was a breeze.

My overall experience was interesting due to the fact that I used my IPhone for most of the event setup. I recommend using a laptop or desktop to complete the setup to have a better view of the platform. I definitely will be using PromoTix for my Pro Boxing event in a few months. Thank you for creating such an awesome platform!

After completing some research, I found that PromoTix was rated the top platform to date. I was able to navigate through most items without any hangups. The streaming option was a surprise gift. It will make the pay-per-view setup much easier. To test the system I purchased the very first ticket to my event, which was verified via email with a QR code that I am able to scan at the door to check-in attendance using just my iPhone. (How convenient?) I am happy I selected PromoTix for my April 6 event!!

The only glitch I encountered was when I created the tickets to my “paid” event, I selected “make tickets private”. I wasn’t aware that this actually hid the tickets from the public.

We like that we can use a link to see tickets directly on our SquareSpace website. Quick to use, does not require knowledge of coding.

I can't change background colors; It would be nice to be able to match it to the backgrounds/color palette of our website.

Overall, I'm happy with PromoTix so far and I have high hopes for the event! Increasing payout should have a hugely positive impact for small and independent gigs.

Fees are so much less than other platforms. My last event used Eventbrite and the overall fee they took was around 35% which was a massive blow. My current event on PromoTix hasn't happened yet but I'm hopeful that we'll notice the difference. This is extremely important for grassroots music.

Setting up the event was a bit confusing as you had to manually save every step and these adjustments would disappear when you tried to preview the event. It wasn't a huge issue though.

After I learned what I was doing this was very easy. I will definitely continue to use for my small business.

I haven’t used the check in yet since our show is in the future so I can’t really give an overall review. Hopefully it will be as smooth as the creation and publishing!

The program was easy to use and publish my ticket sales. I am notified quickly when a new ticket is sold and they partner with Stripe for easy and prompt money transfer. We are a small venue so getting the most value for our money and not spending high fees for a ticket seller is important to us. I shopped around and Promo Tix had the lowest rate of any that I found. Our show is a small dinner show and for some reason I had a hard time creating a second group of tickets (for those wanting to play a character for the night) with variations so they could choose their meals.

Beautiful easy to use. Hopefully my first event goes well. Nice set up and my guess can use it properly with a no complaints.

Both, the website and the phone app, are very intuitive and easy to use. It provides cool features such as adding discount codes, pictures to the tickets and that you can download reports for the events.
Having the chance to scan the QR codes at the entrance and seeing the amount of tickets that still needed to check in, made the start of the event smooth and fast. Furthermore, PromoTix has one of the lowest prices in the market.

I didn't like that the balance of the event didn't include the costs of Stripe, so that has to be calculated aside (the Net price only discounts the cost of PromoTix). The website doesn't provide the possibility to register other company for digital payments and doesn't provide the cost of Stripe for each transaction in advance, which felt like a hidden cost. On the other hand, adding both costs (Stripe + PromoTix service) still makes it a good option in comparison with other platforms. Still, information connecting both costs can be improved.

It's a good experience and a good opportunity for people who can't get out and do booking or for promoters.

So far looking good advertising wise and the opportunity to showcase myself in a show online without having to worry about booking a space.

People have to pay to see you but in the end it's worth it because it's nowhere near like a real loud show ticket.

Overall, my experience has been excellent and I look forward to seeing what else it can do. if I were to give me the score on a scale from 1 to 1010 being the best, I will give it about an eight, I have seen other platforms on the market and I would be lying. If I said that this would be the best one it has room to grow.

I love the simplicity of its use an application for every day events parties venues your name it.

I love that the app comes with a ticket scanner already integrated, and it allows for fast look up of purchase tickets. It gives you a graphic that shows tickets and have been sold compared to tickets that have been sold at the ticket box.

Even though PromoTix has a partnered card processor, I feel that having the one completely integrated into the app would be better than having to go to two separate websites.
