Easy to use and create tickets. This has helped my home business a lot. I started with the free trial but will now purchase.

At first it was a little hard to navigate and understand.

I haven’t used the check in yet since our show is in the future so I can’t really give an overall review. Hopefully it will be as smooth as the creation and publishing!

The program was easy to use and publish my ticket sales. I am notified quickly when a new ticket is sold and they partner with Stripe for easy and prompt money transfer. We are a small venue so getting the most value for our money and not spending high fees for a ticket seller is important to us. I shopped around and Promo Tix had the lowest rate of any that I found. Thanks PromoTix for helping us market our Murder Mystery Show!

Our show is a small dinner show and for some reason I had a hard time creating a second group of tickets (for those wanting to play a character for the night) with variations so they could choose their meals.

Beautiful easy to use. Hopefully my first event goes well. Nice set up and my guess can use it properly with a no complaints.

Webpage design could be a little more modern and less blocky.

Would be more useful for us if we could place more T&Cs on the ticket it self and customise the ticket to show our logo.

Both, the website and the phone app, are very intuitive and easy to use. It provides cool features such as adding discount codes, pictures to the tickets and that you can download reports for the events.
Having the chance to scan the QR codes at the entrance and seeing the amount of tickets that still needed to check in, made the start of the event smooth and fast. Furthermore, PromoTix has one of the lowest prices in the market.

I didn't like that the balance of the event didn't include the costs of Stripe, so that has to be calculated aside (the Net price only discounts the cost of PromoTix). The website doesn't provide the possibility to register other company for digital payments and doesn't provide the cost of Stripe for each transaction in advance, which felt like a hidden cost. On the other hand, adding both costs (Stripe + PromoTix service) still makes it a good option in comparison with other platforms. Still, information connecting both costs can be improved.

It's a good experience and a good opportunity for people who can't get out and do booking or for promoters.

So far looking good advertising wise and the opportunity to showcase myself in a show online without having to worry about booking a space.

People have to pay to see you but in the end it's worth it because it's nowhere near like a real loud show ticket.

Overall, my experience has been excellent and I look forward to seeing what else it can do. if I were to give me the score on a scale from 1 to 1010 being the best, I will give it about an eight, I have seen other platforms on the market and I would be lying. If I said that this would be the best one it has room to grow.

I love the simplicity of its use an application for every day events parties venues your name it.

I love that the app comes with a ticket scanner already integrated, and it allows for fast look up of purchase tickets. It gives you a graphic that shows tickets and have been sold compared to tickets that have been sold at the ticket box.

Even though PromoTix has a partnered card processor, I feel that having the one completely integrated into the app would be better than having to go to two separate websites.

Overall, I didn't have an issue in setting up although it was a bit of a longer process than Eventbrite.

I like how straight forward this website is. I feel that it is more professional to use than Eventbrite.

It took a bit long to set up because it is connected with Stripe which I was not familiar with but I do believe it's for safety reasoning.

The site was super easy to use, I had it all setup in 15 minutes. The suggestions on the site were incredibly helpful. Up and running and selling free tickets for free! Unbelievable! My cheer squad has never thrown an expo before and this made it so easy!
