SINC has been easy to use and very beneficial for tracking our part-time employees’ hours. Once the employee is added, the hard part is done.

The software is very user friendly and easy to edit if changes need to be made to a shift. Downloading custom ranges is very handy.

The initial set up to get a new employee added to the software can be a little difficult at times.

Serves the purpose that I need. Helps my employees stay on track. Overall a good app.

Sinc is a great alternative to punching a time card. The transition was pretty seamless and our employees learned to use it rather quickly and easily. We have just a few hourly employees and it makes it easy to track their hours. It is user friendly for both the employees and the employer. It has all of the features we need, without complication, Customer support is top notch. I would highly recommend.

There's nothing that I do not like about Sinc. It has worked very well for us.

This app has become essential to keeping track of my employees hours. I dont need to do a thing, my employees provide their hours themselves.

Excellent app, does what it is supposed to do. Continuously improving, even so we are not using the full spectrum of features. Would highly recommend. Tried others but not as good and easy to use as Sinc. Great app.

All the basic features are there and intuitive to use. Even easier for employees to use on their cell phones.

I love SINC, have used for years. Accurate time punches, easy to manage, adjust times, add breaks. Only had one issue and they resolved it quickly with a personable touch. Highly recommend.

This has resulted in a significant reduction in payroll costs while improving tasks efficiency, the best part is overall there have been no moral changes to the new time clock system

I wish the notes could be printed out with the shift summary and the data for whom the time was to be billed to more clear

Sinc is very easy and intuitive to use. I love how you can manage your employee's time and other features without the hassle or adds. after trying what it felt like a million apps to do the same, this one felt so good and was definitely worth keeping.

I find hard to say something negative after all the ad blasted, quirky and awful lot of apps I tried, sinc seems perfect to me.

Overall it has been great. It is easy to use for everyone.

Sinc has been a great addition to my business. The website and phone app are both easy to navigate/use for both myself and my employees. Customer service was also helpful when needed.

No real complaints. Sometimes the phone app doesn't update the website immediately but I think that is a wifi/signal problem on my end.

I use the app for time tracking my employees for my on the go catering business. This app is everything I need as a small business to track employee hours.

Excellent way to be mobile with my time tracking. The app is easy to use and the response time for any issues I have is very fast. Much cheaper than most time tracking apps and is easy to use for a multitude of employees. If employees forget to track time, the app has a simple edit and approval system.

Not able to sync with my payroll app, this feature would be great since I don't want to pay for the time tracking built in with applications such as Quickbooks

Great app!! I use this app on a daily basis to manage over 15 employees.

I like that I can manage my staff on the go. I'm able to see their GPS location upon clocking in and out of each job. I can also provided staff with weekly scheduling and messages as well.

When offline the accuracy is not a well and may cause you to have laps in service.

I would highly recommend this app for timekeeping and employee management. Been using for over 2 years and couldn't be happier.

When I just got it a few years back, we had some minor issues promptly corrected.

I've been using SINC for about a year now. It was recommended to me by my bookkeeper because she had a client who was using it and seemed happy with its ease of navigation and concept. I have to agree! I own a small business and only have a couple employees, so we don't use all the available features, but my employees love it and I do too - super easy to understand for those of us who may not be that tech savvy and I always receive notifications for clocking in/out and my bookkeeper can have access to it which means I never have to send her the weekly hours. That itself is a life saver! Highly recommend!

Great interface, easy to understand, great for both small and large businesses

There is a great feature that only allows employees to clock in/out while at your establishment, however, I don't see anywhere that it says the employee has accepted that feature (they have to approve that feature for it to work, which make sense, due to privacy issues). Otherwise, love it!
