The process of getting a virtual number is easy with Sonetel. Yes, you are required to submit some document in order to go through verification, but the review process is done professionally.

So far, I have no complaints. It is easy to use, the interface is user-friendly.

Forwarding mobile calls to your country PSTN can be pricey.

Had quite a good experience, support was slow at first but got only better over time, also good connection when calling.

I contracted 1 Swiss phone line.
After 2 days I got contacted to provide information that the local company needs to register the phone.
Sajida was a charm, she explained what I needed to provide. She covered local numbers as well as toll-free.
In our final email I realized I could not get the service due to missing documentation. A full refund was done.

The web page is very good.
I only had trouble creating an account, an error was showing in the app and the web page. Most probably a service was down.
Eventually I was able to create an account.
Finally, the web page could be better structured. I had to navigate all sections to know the different products. Maybe a wizard or main page explaining the services.

Sonetel is pretty easy to use. We've rented a US number to receive SMS OTP messages. It works great almost all the time. Customer support is also responsive and works beyond office hours to resolve issues. Above all, it's cheap.

I'm yet to encounter any issues worth complaining about.

So far pretty unreliable, 7 out 10 times I can't use it because there is a different problem. The user interface is extremely basic. I can't even create a contact list.

When it works you can receive or make an international phone call for an attractive monthly rate. the sound has been pretty acceptable when the communication become established.

Fix the architecture once for all. Perhaps you can't handle the volume of customers you have. Stop receiving new customers until you fix your issues. Skype never performed this bad, it had a couple outrage that I remember that affected me but that was in 15 years of use. The user interface is extremely basic. I can't even create a contact list.

No regrets in the move and I look forward to setting up the IVR system. Highly recommend this product to all.
