PositiveThe customer service for this company is THE BEST! Always response, they always find a solution. even if it takes them hours. This incident did not!
NegativeThere are a few things I wish could change, but they are too minor to worry about. Basically, anything that has been a point of frustration has been fixed or worked around by this amazing team.

PositivePatrick is the best, each time I've contacted him I get an immediate response, and each time its been fixed in under 5 mins. Not saying it will be that easy all the time and for everyone, but in my case its amazing! Makes my job easier to have a great person on the other end fixing what is not due to Time Tracker! Best customer support I've dealt with in years!

eBillity Time Tracker/QB sync problem resolved!
Date: Mar 05 2024SummaryI've only been working for the company I'm working for for less than a year, therefore only have used this program for that same time. I'm an administrator and use it to review timecards, then sync with QB and run payroll. So far, so good!
PositiveI was having a problem with QB and eBillity Time Tracker syncing to run payroll and Kelly (via online chat) was able to immediately identify the issue, send me a link to solve the problem so I was able to finish processing payroll timely.
NegativeNone at the moment. I use this as the administrator to review timecards and run payroll in QB. I have not heard any complaints from the other users, either.

PositiveGreat product for time keeping and the recent updates and reporting capabilities have really helped. I can see the company doing future expansions and adding features.
NegativeOne thing I wish was an option would be the ability to print all timesheets at once rather than having to go to each employee and print them. Another feature would be to move the worker access tab to the same tabs available when creating a new job. It is cumbersome to set up a job then save and close it and then open it in a different section to allow worker access. If it was all part of the Add a Job tabs, it would simplify the process.

Unable to sync TT and Reckon Hosted

You get what you pay for
Date: Apr 05 2024SummaryOverall the software works for the most part. There are all the bugs and issues we have had but it is working for what we need at the moment and is affordable but as soon as I can find another option to go with we may make the move, even if it costs us more money
PositiveThe price is great and it says it is DCAA-compliant. It works to get setup for tracking time and as they say, you get what you pay for.
NegativeConstant issues with billing where people who were removed as employees and had their seat/license revoked are being added back into a seat/license and still being billed for.

Constant software updates and patches that are pushed out that overwrite your settings like adding new employees and the defaults aren't applied, adding a project in QuickBooks and when it syncs, it is pushed to people who don't have access to all customers. or like what just happened, Auto-Sync has always been enabled since day 1 and now all of a sudden, it hadn't synced for 15 days.
Chatting with customer support on the phone or through the chat feature can be a chore as they don't always listen to what you are telling them. This has been an issue on multiple ocassions
