Support was great and I have recommended a couple of clients to eBillity through the years because it works so well with QBO. Just wish set up was smoother.

Flawless support session! eBillity is a bit confusing to me at times, the flow seems slow and clunky.

Easy software to use, efficient - good reporting.
Kelly was especially helpful when we lost our sync access with Reckon Hosted - process to get it fixed took a while and was definitely not something we could have done on our own.

Overall the software works for the most part. There are all the bugs and issues we have had but it is working for what we need at the moment and is affordable but as soon as I can find another option to go with we may make the move, even if it costs us more money

The price is great and it says it is DCAA-compliant. It works to get setup for tracking time and as they say, you get what you pay for.

Constant issues with billing where people who were removed as employees and had their seat/license revoked are being added back into a seat/license and still being billed for.

Constant software updates and patches that are pushed out that overwrite your settings like adding new employees and the defaults aren't applied, adding a project in QuickBooks and when it syncs, it is pushed to people who don't have access to all customers. or like what just happened, Auto-Sync has always been enabled since day 1 and now all of a sudden, it hadn't synced for 15 days.

Chatting with customer support on the phone or through the chat feature can be a chore as they don't always listen to what you are telling them. This has been an issue on multiple ocassions

I'm glad I tried again and was able to get Kelly's help because I was starting to give up and get upset for not getting the help I needed.

I was struggling with syncing QB and eBillity and she was able to help me in 10 minutes with ease. She heard me and executed.

I chatted with someone else (Patrick) and he left the chat with no help.

My overall experience is very good. I have not had the opportunity to use the product for more than five weeks, but everything is working well.

The natural language search has become even better than before. The colors and the design are attractive to the eye.

I would move some of the icons around just for ease of use.

Ease of use, web based and iOS app are good. has geolocation tracking. syncs w/ QuickBooks. Great tech support, responsive, knowledgeable and always solve the problem - no long wait times.

Sometimes wonky on desktop but keeps getting better.

Overall our experience has been a lot of promises with very little follow through. The only reason we keep this program is because they hold our data and we like their spreadsheet-like entries. If we ever find another program with similar entry features we will transfer our business.

I enjoy the simple time entry interface and per-day/per-week time entry viewing options. I appreciate the LawPay statement credit.

For the last year or two we've been trying to secure a credit that was promised to our account but never applied. We've been asking for a few improvements but they have not been addressed. For example, changing $0 to NC on our invoices, automated text entries are not working, and we cannot add the LawPay payment link to the PDF Invoice. We have been told those improvements were possible and would be implemented, but they have not.

Overall this time tracking is easy to use and understand. Set up for the company and employees is easy as well.

It keeps track of hours with ease. Easy setup to add and remove employees and the reports you can pull up are great.

Could make the reports pull more like what you get from quickbooks.

I had an issue with my QB and called Time Tracker to see if they could collaborate with me and get the issue resolved. Although the issue was on QB, Joann G. heard my concerns and went out of her way to help me! She was amazing and personable!! She cared so much and made me feel like she was a part of my team and cared about the success of our daily operations!

Anytime I have an issue with Time Tracker.....which is rarely, I call in to their tech support and have my questions answered within minutes by a live person!

There are no cons to using this product. It is user friendly!

It is good. It allows everyone in my office to enter their own time. Also, I can enter time from wherever I am. Not on my cell phone. I just don't have it in me to even try.

I like having the week up on a tab and being able to put in time as soon as I do something. I like bills being organized.

It would be nice to be able to add an invoice or an expense, etc. in a new tab without having to leave the weekly sheet. Also, every time I edit entries in a draft invoice I end up starting over from the beginning of the entries instead of staying where I was in the draft invoice. Picky, I know.

I have been using eBillity for the entire 11 years of my practice and never doubted my choice to use it.

It is very easy to use, the interface is well designed and intuitive. I provide professional services in billable hour increments to dozens of customers and eBillity is invaluable in organizing my time and allowing me to quickly generate monthly invoices through QuickBooks. The fee is also very reasonable.

eBillity is ideal, I don't even use many of the features as a solo practitioner without employees but I can see how useful it would be if I scaled up. I have always used it as a QuickBooks plug-in so I don't know if it has any functionality as a standalone or with other programs.

Our small firm has been very satisfied with Time Tracker. It's ease of use, coupled with with its functionality, makes it an effective tool for small law firms.

Time Tracker is a "soup to nuts" time and billing software product for lawyers and others who bill by the hour. It's simple to use to record hours expended and the services provided. It's also an effective tool to keep track of recoverable expenses such as travel and the like. Invoices are also simple to generate and are highly customizable.

I find it is sometimes difficult to edit daily time entries after they've been input.

We have had a good experience but could be an excellent experience if time entry descriptions were not lost and had to be re-entered several times.

Our employees and staff have given their feedback that the time entries are easy to handle, the program easily tracks number of hours, and you can use desktop or mobile versions.

We have experienced loss of description entries many times and this issue continues.

Once it's set up, it works really slick! Hours come directly into QB and I can invoice the clients with confidence

Employees can record billable hours. It syncs with QuickBooks and makes it easy to invoice clients.

Set up could be a little more intuitive. Each time I add an employee I need to revisit the process.

Just that the product has become more expensive than a few years ago, but that goes for most products and services nowadays.

I have been using this support service for many years when encountering some issues. Without exception the follow up was quick and successful.

So far I haven't really encountered any cons. If there was any issue this was able to be solved quickly enough for me not to consider this a real con.

Overall works fine, as we are looking for more detailed ways to report the work done we are encountering few problems.
I hope they are really working on adding a new field.

The compatibility with QuickBooks, and it's user friendly, it's easy to add items and employees, Not much to say.

Luck of flexibility or to add new columns, to us the opting to make standards notes . We uses phases for our projects and would love to have specific note to each phase.

Customer support was very good at helping me integrate back with my accounting software when they could not support me.
Over the years of use, I find the reports very helpful for evaluating project profitability and estimating future projects. Indispensable.

The ability to have multiple people track their time and download it to the accounting software automatically. Every minute counts and every minute gets billed properly with Time Tracker.

None. I really can not think of any, it does what I need and then there is more use with reports.

I have had eBillity for many years and i recommend to other accountants and attorneys when i have the change.

I can always merge eBillity with QB with my host provider without issues.

I recognizes new customers and deletes the old customers based on my entries in QB.

Cannot connect some of my workers.

The workers seem to have an issue finding the site and then logging into the weekly timesheets.
