    Overall the software works for the most part. There are all the bugs and issues we have had but it is working for what we need at the moment and is affordable but as soon as I can find another option to go with we may make the move, even if it costs us more money

    The price is great and it says it is DCAA-compliant. It works to get setup for tracking time and as they say, you get what you pay for.

    Negative

    Constant issues with billing where people who were removed as employees and had their seat/license revoked are being added back into a seat/license and still being billed for.

    Constant software updates and patches that are pushed out that overwrite your settings like adding new employees and the defaults aren't applied, adding a project in QuickBooks and when it syncs, it is pushed to people who don't have access to all customers. or like what just happened, Auto-Sync has always been enabled since day 1 and now all of a sudden, it hadn't synced for 15 days.

    Chatting with customer support on the phone or through the chat feature can be a chore as they don't always listen to what you are telling them. This has been an issue on multiple ocassions

    Overall our experience has been a lot of promises with very little follow through. The only reason we keep this program is because they hold our data and we like their spreadsheet-like entries. If we ever find another program with similar entry features we will transfer our business.

    I enjoy the simple time entry interface and per-day/per-week time entry viewing options. I appreciate the LawPay statement credit.

    For the last year or two we've been trying to secure a credit that was promised to our account but never applied. We've been asking for a few improvements but they have not been addressed. For example, changing $0 to NC on our invoices, automated text entries are not working, and we cannot add the LawPay payment link to the PDF Invoice. We have been told those improvements were possible and would be implemented, but they have not.

Although the issue was on QB, Joann G. heard my concerns and went out of her way to help me! She was amazing and personable!! She cared so much and made me feel like she was a part of my team and cared about the success of our daily operations!

    It is good. It allows everyone in my office to enter their own time. Also, I can enter time from wherever I am. Not on my cell phone. I just don't have it in me to even try.

    I like having the week up on a tab and being able to put in time as soon as I do something. I like bills being organized.

    It would be nice to be able to add an invoice or an expense, etc. in a new tab without having to leave the weekly sheet. Also, every time I edit entries in a draft invoice I end up starting over from the beginning of the entries instead of staying where I was in the draft invoice. Picky, I know.

    I have been using eBillity for the entire 11 years of my practice and never doubted my choice to use it.

    Positive

    It is very easy to use, the interface is well designed and intuitive. I provide professional services in billable hour increments to dozens of customers and eBillity is invaluable in organizing my time and allowing me to quickly generate monthly invoices through QuickBooks. The fee is also very reasonable.

    Negative

    eBillity is ideal, I don't even use many of the features as a solo practitioner without employees but I can see how useful it would be if I scaled up. I have always used it as a QuickBooks plug-in so I don't know if it has any functionality as a standalone or with other programs.

    Time Tracker is a "soup to nuts" time and billing software product for lawyers and others who bill by the hour. It's simple to use to record hours expended and the services provided. It's also an effective tool to keep track of recoverable expenses such as travel and the like. Invoices are also simple to generate and are highly customizable.

    Customer support was very good at helping me integrate back with my accounting software when they could not support me.
    Over the years of use, I find the reports very helpful for evaluating project profitability and estimating future projects. Indispensable.

    I have had eBillity for many years and i recommend to other accountants and attorneys when i have the change.

    I can always merge eBillity with QB with my host provider without issues.

    I recognizes new customers and deletes the old customers based on my entries in QB.

    Cannot connect some of my workers.

    The workers seem to have an issue finding the site and then logging into the weekly timesheets.
