Mobile App Sync not working
Date: Aug 16 2023SummaryIf ever I have another issue, I hope I'm able to get Joanne again to help or at least speak to someone like her.
PositiveMy rep was Joann Groninger. She was awesome!! My mobile app was not syncing, and it was stuck in the syncing mode for two days. Joanne immediately assessed the issue and got the technical team to look into it and she followed up with several phone calls to make sure she has all the information she needed to help move the issue forward. The next day when she called back and had me login to the mobile app it was fixed. I was more than happy with the attentiveness she gave this entire issue.
NegativeNone really - just the syncing issue which I believe they said was a bug.

I can't imagine running my consulting business without Time Tracker
Date: Aug 15 2023SummaryI used to used timer that came with QuickBooks and it got corrupted and discontinued. I searched and found Time Tracker. It pairs seamlessly with QuickBooks and makes invoicing a breeze. I really can't run my business without it at this point.
PositiveKeeping track of every minute for every client/project and allowing my subcontractors to due the same. Makes invoicing and paying so easy.
NegativeI don't like that if I forget to hit stop it will go on forever. I wish there were a threshold and if it goes over that time, I could get a text and the timer could be stopped somehow.

PositiveTime Tracker is very easy to understand for the worker who is electronically challenged. We have thousands of Service Items and they have filters so that users only see what they need in the drop down screen and nothing more. It's easy to add and remove workers. I never have trouble getting a person on the phone when I need help. The engineers are willing to upload large data files of new Service Items and that is a big time saver.
NegativeSometimes the server can be slow but I call and ask for help and they work to improve performance right away. Service Items can not be disabled in mass. You have to remove them one and a time and that is very time consuming.

Once you remove a worker period reports do not include their time. It would be helpful to be able to retrieve data on past workers without continuing to pay the monthly fee for them.
When you have a lot of worker turnover you can't really utilize the annual discount they offer. -

Date: Aug 09 2023SummaryLike the title says, TimeTracker is OK. Frankly, though, if there was an easy path to transition from TT to something that looked comparable, we would be receptive to changing. The cost of change is really the only thing that keeps us from trying something else.
PositiveI like that it "integrates" with our QuickBooks accounting software.
I like that it is web based and accessible to our employees whenever, wherever.
I like that it is straightforward and easy to navigate.
Customer service is responsive.NegativeWhat I don't like is that the integration with QB is quirky. Things get "lost in translation" and take a lot of time working with the development team to get straightened out.

PositiveAs an independent psychologist, sole practitioner, it gave me the flexibility to consolidate my billing and the flexibility to do my monthly invoices remotely from home. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years, and prior to using your product I would spend an entire day traveling to my two offices to construct my monthly invoices. This product has made my monthly billing a more tolerable process. Initially, when I first began with your company, I had wonderful customer service people who were available and help me get up to speed in a relatively quick manner. I have not needed your customer service in over 10 years as I have not had any issues with the product. I have recommended eBillity Time Tracker to many of my colleagues, who feel similar to my sentiments.

Employee Time Troubles - Great Service Fixed that

This application makes it easy for the employees to enter their time, it constantly saves (huge plus) and it gives you warnings when you are entering something incorrectly. It definitely helps out with those employees that are not all that knowledgeable about technology.
PositiveIt is not that hard to navigate once you give yourself a minute or so to look it over. Not to mention, the great support you receive when you have questions.
NegativeEverything has glitches. lol The design could use some tweaking but it is still ok and manageable.

NegativeLocks up often and often requires restarting the app. Sometimes timers run and can't be stopped by the employees. All users are using a desktop computer and no phone apps. We often run into employees not being able to login and start timers.
