Wonderful, it has help me stay ahead with my billing and increase my income. The clients also love the format.

I'm a solo practitioner and the ease at which I am able to bill my clients, I save so much time.. and make more money.

There is nothing I don't like. As I stated above the program is easy to use.

I highly recommend to small businesses on a limited budget.

Joann, the technician who went above and beyond to ensure the seamless functioning of Ebillity. From the moment Joann was on the phone, her professionalism and expertise were evident. She took the time to understand my unique needs and challenges and worked tirelessly to resolve any issues. Joann's knowledge of the product was exceptional, and she patiently answered all my questions, leaving me with a comprehensive understanding of how to make the most of eBillity's features.

I like the product - We thought of looking to switch since QB has their own now. But the price is about the same and the Customer service is just so much better than QB.

It is very user friendly - not difficult to use or figure out
Every time I have had to call the customer service - it is easy and useful - not on hold forever and I speak to someone that speaks good English that I can understand.

A few little quirks - such as:
- You don't know if it actually saves changes to Employee management area
- Managers can see everybody's time card - not just who they manage.

If ever I have another issue, I hope I'm able to get Joanne again to help or at least speak to someone like her.

My rep was Joann Groninger. She was awesome!! My mobile app was not syncing, and it was stuck in the syncing mode for two days. Joanne immediately assessed the issue and got the technical team to look into it and she followed up with several phone calls to make sure she has all the information she needed to help move the issue forward. The next day when she called back and had me login to the mobile app it was fixed. I was more than happy with the attentiveness she gave this entire issue.

None really - just the syncing issue which I believe they said was a bug.

Pleased with the software and overall support when we have an issue, the chat feature is really helpful.

Syncs with QBO efficiently, easy to use on a phone, team is able to navigate the software with ease.

Creating the sub categories is cumbersome and the overall design of the software is pretty basic.

I used to used timer that came with QuickBooks and it got corrupted and discontinued. I searched and found Time Tracker. It pairs seamlessly with QuickBooks and makes invoicing a breeze. I really can't run my business without it at this point.

Keeping track of every minute for every client/project and allowing my subcontractors to due the same. Makes invoicing and paying so easy.

I don't like that if I forget to hit stop it will go on forever. I wish there were a threshold and if it goes over that time, I could get a text and the timer could be stopped somehow.

It has been great. We have used it since it came out. They raised the price and did not let me know which I did not like. I understand the need to raise it but tell me!

It serves our need to track our time. That is the way we bill in our office. I have used for years.

I do not like having to talk to support overseas. I ask to be transferred and they do but it is a pain to have to do that.

Very good, saves me a lot a time every month and creates a smooth flow from timesheet to invoicing in QBO.

Mobile app does not allow cut/paste in description text box, makes copying data between entries impossible.

I had a good experience with Kelly; she was easy to work with and gave great instructions. I can now add vacation time.

Kelly helped me set up vacation time for my employees; it was very simple to follow her instructions.

I had to ask how to add vacation time as I did not find it in help.

Positive time and billing software, used by me daily for all billing needs, have used for several years and quite happy.

Cost efficiency, ease of use, short learning curve to fully implement, quick response if technical questions.

Nothing significant, some complexity in initial use but quickly resolved.

This app is great for businesses/companies who have employees working onsite especially because you can track GPS accurately.

It helps us track hours accurately and monitor locations accordingly. It also gives us an overview of the members'/users' hours for the week.

There are times that the system takes time to load or isn't accessible.

It has amazing detail, it has help with billings with clients. to see the time spent on client helpful.

It is very easy to use. My staff loves it. We have set up to fit our business and we love that.

Sometimes hard to find where to set up a new employee.

Overall, we are very happy with Time Tracker by eBillity and they are listen to our request and are working to enhance their system all the time.

Time Tracker is very easy to understand for the worker who is electronically challenged. We have thousands of Service Items and they have filters so that users only see what they need in the drop down screen and nothing more. It's easy to add and remove workers. I never have trouble getting a person on the phone when I need help. The engineers are willing to upload large data files of new Service Items and that is a big time saver.

Sometimes the server can be slow but I call and ask for help and they work to improve performance right away. Service Items can not be disabled in mass. You have to remove them one and a time and that is very time consuming.
Once you remove a worker period reports do not include their time. It would be helpful to be able to retrieve data on past workers without continuing to pay the monthly fee for them.
When you have a lot of worker turnover you can't really utilize the annual discount they offer.

Like the title says, TimeTracker is OK. Frankly, though, if there was an easy path to transition from TT to something that looked comparable, we would be receptive to changing. The cost of change is really the only thing that keeps us from trying something else.

I like that it "integrates" with our QuickBooks accounting software.
I like that it is web based and accessible to our employees whenever, wherever.
I like that it is straightforward and easy to navigate.
Customer service is responsive.

What I don't like is that the integration with QB is quirky. Things get "lost in translation" and take a lot of time working with the development team to get straightened out.

I've been with Time Tracker by eBillity for many years and it has always been reliable for my PR Firm. Our employees and contract workers say it definitely makes it easier for them to enter their time, website or app, and I can pay them quicker. In addition, the integration with QuickBooks for us, is also a big time saver. I definitely would recommend it for any business who needs to keep track of their hours in order to bill clients.

Ease of use, adding our time via an app, the transferring of data from eBillity to quickbooks is wonderful.

Sometimes client names don't come off right away when you delete.

As an independent psychologist, sole practitioner, it gave me the flexibility to consolidate my billing and the flexibility to do my monthly invoices remotely from home. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years, and prior to using your product I would spend an entire day traveling to my two offices to construct my monthly invoices. This product has made my monthly billing a more tolerable process. Initially, when I first began with your company, I had wonderful customer service people who were available and help me get up to speed in a relatively quick manner. I have not needed your customer service in over 10 years as I have not had any issues with the product. I have recommended eBillity Time Tracker to many of my colleagues, who feel similar to my sentiments.

For my needs, I cannot find any negative aspects of your product or my interactions with your company. Keep up the good work.

I am a very satisfied customer. This application makes it easy for the employees to enter their time, it constantly saves (huge plus) and it gives you warnings when you are entering something incorrectly. It definitely helps out with those employees that are not all that knowledgeable about technology.

It is not that hard to navigate once you give yourself a minute or so to look it over. Not to mention, the great support you receive when you have questions.

Everything has glitches. lol The design could use some tweaking but it is still ok and manageable.

Interacts with QuickBooks. Price point is on the expensive side but the employees like the ease of adding descriptions of the daily work.

Locks up often and often requires restarting the app. Sometimes timers run and can't be stopped by the employees. All users are using a desktop computer and no phone apps. We often run into employees not being able to login and start timers.
