This is a fail-safe product for me. I couldn't do my work without it.

No cons, really. I would happily pay for this. I would prefer a little more customization but I haven't tried much to customize. If it disappeared suddenly, I'd be in trouble. Maybe there's a way to back it all up and I just haven't explored that yet.

My tech guy Patrick overall was a great help to me and my fellow co-worker. He was easy to work with.

Patrick did a wonderful job with helping me out with my clock in and out times for one of the employees.

There isn't a con that I can think of during this experience. He was extremely helpful with the technical issues I was having.

This has sped up our invoicing process and we no longer have to manually input tickets into our clients invoices.

We use QuickBooks to invoice our clients. Our techs are able to input their tickets and time from their computers or phone. It easily uploads into QuickBooks.

Outlook add-in is sometimes a little temperamental when syncing.

As a single user I can not speak to using this for multiple employees; however, for my consulting LLC this technology fits my needs.

Super easy to use and appreciate the ability to run specific reports. I also appreciate any time I can interact with an intuitive technology that doesn't make me work hard to figure it out.

Have had trouble between the app and my online portal.

Overall been using eBillity since 2014, I am satisfied with the ease of use, their customer service is outstanding and would highly recommend if you are using QB Desktop.

Customer service goes over and beyond expectations. Rarely have issues but when an occasion does arise mostly due me moving the QuickBooks files, support is easy to reach and able to fix promptly. Easy to use.

No cons. This product saves me so much time and makes my billing less painful. My staff seems to like the program as not major issues.

I like Time Tracker because it is very simple and easy to use. They also have GREAT customer service. Anytime I have a question, I just pick up the phone, get in touch right away and problem solved.

They keep raising the price. As a solo practitioner, I am very careful with every cent I spend. I purchased Time Tracker because it is very affordable, but they keep increasing the price.

For the most part it syncs well with QuickBooks and I can pull the reports I need for it. We are definitely going to continue to use it because it fits our needs and our clients needs.

We use Time Tracker to tracker our time billed for our racing clients. For a while, I was using the basic product and just importing the time but then needed something more in depth to track expenses. It is a bit of an expense every month and I wish there were some discounts offered for the product.

I don't like the expense every month for what I use and get for it. Sometimes the syncing from our employees devices does not always go through and we have to refresh everything.

Time Tracker has made my practice more efficient and aids in projecting an up-to-date and professional image.

Time Tracker by eBillity is a powerful and up to date time an billing solution. It allows me to capture my billable time, review and manage associates' billable time, send bills in a variety of formats, and manage my client escrow accounts. The ability to access Time Tracker remotely allows me to make time entries and even render bills on the fly. I have used Time Tracker for over 5 years and am a happy customer.

This is a well designed product. I have no complaints.
