Visual Visitor is good source for contact data. I don't know where they're getting it but it's thoroughly researched and up-to-date. In addition to emails, their database also stores cell phone numbers. Very cool resource to have on hand.

Their data is properly vetted. I haven't had any emails bounce so far. They automatically reimburse contact credits if they aren't confident the data is accurate.

It works really well, I haven't had any problems.

It has a lot to offer for salespeople. The contact data and website visitor ID software are great for lead generation.

I can't imagine prospecting without a database in 2022. With everyone working remotely, I rely on the contact data more than I did before. What really sets Visual Visitor apart is the granularity of the data and the fact that it contains cell phone numbers. Most data providers I've demo'd only include company lines.

When you click on a company in Who to Contact, it gives you a snapshot of its industry, location, workers, etc. This is a great feature if you want to quickly evaluate leads. I usually start with a company and then work my way through its employees but it also lets you do the opposite (i.e. search for your preferred workers and then go through various businesses).

Nothing to report so far. They keep adding new functionality. I hope this continues.

Visual Visitor has an incredible amount of contact data. The other big plus is the design - it's really easy to use. I just wish the standard plan had unlimited contact data.

This app integrates well with others and was easy to install and use. I appreciate its straightforward design.

They enforce a limit on contact credits and do not permit the rollover of unused credits.

Downloading Visual Visitor is a no-brainer. It's a lot cheaper than other data providers and it offers the same features. Their sales rep called it a "one-stop-shop" for sales intelligence software and I think that's a fair assessment.

It tells you which businesses are in the market for your products. Knowing which businesses are investigating our products online is invaluable. Plus, it compiles info about the businesses so you know where they're located, what they do, and which employees have signing power.

I'm a firm believer that the first vendor who contacts a buyer is usually the one that gets the sale. Visual Visitor gives you the info you need to be proactive and make first contact with buyers. I've closed more sales this year than ever before and it's the middle of a pandemic!

Who's shopping is my favorite tool. Knowing who's looking for my products online before they contact a vendor is huge. It even tells you which term they searched online that the system flagged as pertinent to your business. You can use this to guess what products they're interested in which helps you personalize your sales pitch.

The email tracking tool tells you where a recipient is located but it's not very accurate. It thinks one of my clients is based in North Carolina but they're actually in Virginia.
