Been using this weekly for the past two months for different document-related tasks. The arrangement of things in this program never causes me confusion, and I'm able to accomplish my tasks in just a couple of clicks most of the time.

All things are logically kept in order on the home page, and finding the tool that I want takes just seconds without any cluttering menu and nonsense navigation.

Some tool descriptions might be more detailed, since users not familiar with PDF-specific terms might not understand what the feature does.

Signed a dozen freelance agreements this month using the signature function. It only took about 30 seconds per agreement – just had to open the PDF, place the signature where it needed to go, and download. Clients ended up with properly signed agreements without me having to print, sign, scan, and email back. The only small pain is having to recreate the signature each time, but it's still much easier than the old way.

The electronic signature feature is clean and simple to use. Used my trackpad to draw my signature, and it looked professional enough for client agreements without having to use a stylus or scan a physical signature.

Would be great to have the ability to save multiple signature designs so I don't have to recreate it every time I sign a different agreement.

I photograph all my business receipts and needed them in one PDF for reimbursement. zen docs combined them quickly and the quality was good enough for accounting to process. Only hiccup was making sure photos uploaded in the right order.

Converted multiple receipt photos to a single PDF for expense reporting. Image quality remained clear and readable. Batch processing handled 15 images without issues.

Image ordering in the final PDF followed upload sequence but no preview before finalizing meant I had to redo it once when photos uploaded out of order.

I needed to send a large proposal and used ZenDocs to compress it. The final file was small enough to email and still looked clean. It saved me from having to split attachments, which was a relief.

Compressing large pdf files reduced size enough for email without making text unreadable. The process was quick and didn’t require tweaking advanced settings.

Compression level options could be better described; did not know what the effect of each setting was until I had to experiment.

A pitch deck for a vendor presentation had to be sent as a PDF. The conversion was perfect, and the PDF looked exactly the same as the original presentation on all devices.

Converting PowerPoint to PDF maintained all transitions, fonts, and image positioning. Embedded charts were also displayed properly in the output file.

Slide notes were not preserved in the PDF conversion, which would be helpful for presentation copies.

The ability to drag and drop to reorder before combining would improve this feature because currently, I have to click arrows to move each file up or down.

PDF to Word conversion preserved tables, header styles, and paragraph spacing almost perfectly. Output opened in Word without layout issues and required only minimal cleanup before it was ready for editing and sending out.

Some bold formatting dropped off headings during conversion, which meant a quick manual pass to restore styling before sharing with clients.

A scanned document of 60 pages contained approximately ten blank filler pages. It took less than three minutes to remove them, and the resulting file size was reduced.

Deleting unnecessary pages from a scanned contract took only one click per page. Viewing the pages in a thumbnail format allowed users to quickly identify blank pages or duplicates.

Adding functionality to delete multiple pages simultaneously would be helpful.

I use this for combining reports and splitting documents regularly. Most of the time it's fast but occasionally I'll wait longer than expected without knowing why. Functionality is solid and results are reliable, just wish performance was more consistent. Still gets the job done.

Merge PDF combined multiple documents accurately with preserved formatting. Split tool extracted page ranges effectively. Core functionality covers most common PDF tasks.

Processing speed varied – some operations completed in seconds while others took noticeably longer without clear explanation for the delay.

I used ZenDocs to merge several reports into one file for a client delivery. The process was fast, and nothing broke in the formatting, which is usually my biggest concern. I spent less time fixing issues afterward, so it fit well into my workflow.

I would like a few more visual cues when dragging pages, since it took a second to notice the exact drop position. Not a blocker, just a small usability tweak.

Sign PDF had a smooth and natural feel right from the beginning. Drawing my signature with the trackpad worked well, placing the signature on the right line took only one drag, and exporting everything kept everything sharp and in the right position.

Adding the option to include initials as another element, in addition to the signature, would speed up the process for multi-page documents that need both on every page.

I converted multiple PDFs into JPGs for presentation slides. ZenDocs did a great job of maintaining the quality, processing batches really fast, and making exporting that much easier. It would be nice if there were a compression option, but it worked well.

The conversion process successfully maintained excellent image quality throughout, the batch processing function performed flawlessly for handling multiple files, and the available export options provided commendable ease and flexibility.

Could allow compression option for smaller file sizes.

The problem was, I have a huge company document, but for this presentation, I only needed three pages. It took me only about two minutes to get these three pages from this software, and these pages were just perfect. There were no losses or discrepancies in format.

The PDF splitter was able to extract particular pages from a 200-page document. I wanted to extract particular pages, and I was able to do so. The output files were clear and required no further editing.

While navigating between several split operations might have been made simpler while dealing with multiple documents, in the case of individual tasks, it is completely efficient.

I protected several tax documents before sending them by email to my accountant. I think the encryption is quite secure, and it was only maybe 10 seconds of typing in passwords for each file. Some of the clients, however, were unsure of how to enter the password when opening the documents, but overall, it was okay, and it is better than sending the documents unprotected by email.

Setting up password protection for important documents is easy — just upload, password-protect, and download. It gives me peace of mind when I need to share financial documents via email.

Instructions to recipients on how to open password-protected files could be better; I had to explicitly explain it to a couple of my clients.

A lease renewal came through at the last minute, and the entire signing process took only about two minutes from upload to download.

The PDF sign feature made it very easy to sign a document in the exact spot that I wanted the signature to go. There were many ways to sign, including drawing, typing, and uploading.

The signature pad could be a little more responsive on mobile browsers.

I sign several contracts per week and this service simplified the entire process. Instead of having to print it out, sign the document, and scan the signed document back to the sender, I just had to upload the document and send it back. The clients had no problems accepting the returned documents. It definitely saved me time and paper.

Electronic signature solution is absolutely useful for signing vendor contracts. Simple interface with convenient placement of signature and date fields on the page. Final document is of good quality, accepted without objections by all parties.

Could use a bit of customization regarding signature display, such as options for varying the signature style or font.

I needed to add some notes in a client's brief before forwarding it to my team. The edit feature allowed me to highlight the key sections and add comments directly within the browser. Super convenient and the changes saved correctly. Fonts didn't quite match, but not a deal-breaker for internal use.

This PDF editor allowed me to add text annotations and highlights directly in the browser. No download was required, hence it saved time. Changes were applied cleanly without distorting the original document layout.

Text editing has some limitations in font matching: the added text does not exactly match the original document's font, and this may be apparent in formal documents.

dividing a training manual into sections for various departments was easy. it took maybe five minutes total for the whole process, which is pretty quick.

the split tool allowed me to divide a 90-page document into chapters according to custom page ranges. the output files were labeled correctly and ready to be shared.

the part where you input the page range could benefit from a more graphical interface rather than having to type the numbers.
