    Got the lease renewal notice, and no printer in sight. Uploading my PDF, placing everything in the right position, and sending it right back took only five minutes. ZenDocs took care of everything for me.

    Sign PDF had a smooth and natural feel right from the beginning. Drawing my signature with the trackpad worked well, placing the signature on the right line took only one drag, and exporting everything kept everything sharp and in the right position.

    Adding the option to include initials as another element, in addition to the signature, would speed up the process for multi-page documents that need both on every page.

    Received a 20-page scan from a vendor, and half the pages were in landscape and the other half in portrait. Rotated all the pages to the correct orientation, and this process took less time than writing this review. Simple program, perfect execution.

    Rotate PDF Pages fixed an entire batch of scanned documents that came in sideways. This program selected all the sideways documents at once, rotated them 90 degrees, and exported them with no quality loss. This process took maybe thirty seconds total.

    Bulk rotation works well but selecting non-consecutive pages requires clicking each one individually. Shift-click multi-select would speed that up.

    The problem was, I have a huge company document, but for this presentation, I only needed three pages. It took me only about two minutes to get these three pages from this software, and these pages were just perfect. There were no losses or discrepancies in format.

    I protected several tax documents before sending them by email to my accountant. I think the encryption is quite secure, and it was only maybe 10 seconds of typing in passwords for each file. Some of the clients, however, were unsure of how to enter the password when opening the documents, but overall, it was okay, and it is better than sending the documents unprotected by email.

    I sign several contracts per week and this service simplified the entire process. Instead of having to print it out, sign the document, and scan the signed document back to the sender, I just had to upload the document and send it back. The clients had no problems accepting the returned documents. It definitely saved me time and paper.
