It is so easy to annotate assignments within ZenDocs. The markup and pen functions are quick and well-positioned.

Zoom does not persist after turning pages now and then

Could use a small visual indicator for total pages selected when splitting; helps prevent accidental omission of pages in large files.

I regularly have to email large quarterly reports to customers and ZenDocs compressed them flawlessly. No blur, no delay, just smaller files that email servers will actually take. The interface is lean and fast, so it's now my first choice for rapid document sending.

Interface could use a darker theme for long hours of use. That’s the only small tweak I’d suggest.

I deal with sensitive client information, and therefore security is important. ZenDocs gives me an easy way to add a layer of protection to documents without necessarily having to invest in expensive software. It is surely a part of my monthly file management routine now.

For me, it is essential to be able to protect sensitive PDFs with a password. I use it for financial statements that I archive in the cloud afterwards. The encryption appears to be strong, and password protection is set easily in an instant.

More than that, I would like to set different permissions instead of having one single master password to unlock anything; for instance, allowing printing but not editing. That would provide more granular control on sharing protected documents.

Merge did a good job in handling big PPTX files without lag and it maintained formatting; batch files are handled well, too.

I'd appreciate having a quick keyboard shortcut map for heavy annotators to speed up common actions like highlight, strike-through, and creation of comments. It is a small request for power-user improvements.
