Scammers
Date: Feb 21 2026SummaryI have not had access and they kept saying I didn’t have an account yet. I’ve been charged twice now and have 19 emails confirming this along with 14 of those promising my money back. It’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t returned my 4988. They’ve charged me twice and all I get back is empty promises by an AI robot telling me to provide my information that I’ve given them six times do not do it save yourself. This crap has made my bank account bounce and I miss my daughter‘s doctor appointment due to it don’t do it. They won’t stop charging your account and give you empty promises of refunds.
PositiveNothing!!!! They are the worst! Do not do it you will be charged over and over again and lies to about refunds
NegativeUnable to access, charges that are promised to be refunded and are not, lies, scammers

PositiveConverting images into a single pdf kept resolution high and alignment consistent. Uploading multiple images was smooth.
NegativeA progress indicator for large image sets would be helpful, especially when uploading many files at once.

quick invoice scanning
Date: Feb 19 2026Summarydigitizing expenses for the week took minutes. scanning fuel receipts in the truck saved a lot of headache later.
Positivescanning receipts with the camera was lightning fast, and the ocr scan was perfect even with some dirt on the paper.
Negativeauto-crop sometimes misses the corners, and i wish there was an option for flash in dark storage units.

Merging made simple
Date: Feb 19 2026SummaryHad to combine a pile of vendor invoices into a single file before a deadline. The entire process took less than three minutes.
PositiveThe merge feature allowed me to merge 12 scanned documents into a single PDF file without any issues. The drag-and-drop functionality made the entire process seem extremely easy and fast.
NegativeThe icons on the toolbar could be a little bigger, had to squint at them on a smaller laptop screen.

Positiveconverted a photo of next week's rota into pdf and merged it with a training note for a manager. the steps were easy, and uploads moved along fast.
Negativethe rotate pages control works, but it took a pause to be sure the icon meant the right thing.

Clean interface overall
Date: Jan 08 2026SummaryI spent an afternoon converting and editing files using ZenDocs, and the interface never got in the way. It stayed simple, which helped me focus on the work instead of the tool itself.
PositiveThe layout stayed uncluttered even with multiple tools available, and switching between convert and edit functions felt seamless. Everything loaded without lag.
NegativeMore color theme options would be nice for long sessions, since the default look can feel a bit flat after a while.

Signing documents got way simpler
Date: Apr 28 2026SummarySigned a freelance contract without needing to print, scan, or install anything. Opened it on ZenDocs, placed my signature on three pages, downloaded, and sent it back within five minutes flat.
PositiveDigital signature tool lets you draw, type, or upload a signature, then place it precisely where needed. Alignment guides made positioning easy, and signed files downloaded instantly without watermarks or limits.
NegativeFont options for typed signatures could use a bit more variety. Current selection works fine, but having a few additional handwriting-style fonts would make typed signatures look more natural and personal

Converted pptx to pdf perfectly
Date: Jan 26 2026SummaryI needed to send a pitch deck but didn't want recipients editing it. The PPTX to PDF converter preserved everything perfectly – animations obviously don't work but all the visual content came through clean. File looked professional and was ready to send immediately.
PositivePowerPoint to PDF conversion maintained all slide formatting, images, and text alignment. File size remained reasonable after conversion. Processing was completed in under a minute for a 40-slide deck.
NegativeNo options for selecting specific slides to convert – had to convert the entire presentation and then split the PDF afterward for partial sharing.

form filling feature
Date: Feb 06 2026SummaryHas completed several online rental applications entirely online, as opposed to printing and scanning forms. Most text boxes were easy to fill in, though I noticed that checkboxes required a good clicking a couple of times to get them to register. Being able to save forms was really helpful when I was interrupted in the middle of filling one out.
PositiveFilled out several PDF forms without the need to print them. Text fields function well, and the ability to save a form partway through is actually useful.
NegativeIn some instances, the check box's functionality may require a certain level of clicking, which can be a little irritating at times when trying to go through a long list of check boxes

Reordering pages is smooth
Date: Mar 11 2026SummaryA pitch presentation was created with content gathered from various places, and the pages were in the wrong order after merging. The reorder pages feature allowed the content to be dragged into place visually and then exported in under two minutes.
PositiveThe reorder PDF pages feature has a thumbnail view, which makes the process of rearranging the content easy. The pages were dragged into place, and the new order was previewed and exported with no quality issues.
NegativeThe thumbnail view could be improved by making the thumbnails slightly larger, especially if the content on the pages appears similar. Zooming into the thumbnails would be more effective.

PPTX conversion is decent
Date: Mar 17 2026SummaryGot presentation files as PDFs and needed editable versions fast. Conversion got me about 85% there and manual fixes handled the rest. Not perfect for design-heavy slides but absolutely practical for text-focused content that needs quick edits.
PositivePDF to PPTX did a good job preserving most of the layout, text boxes, and image locations. Output file did not crash in PowerPoint, and most slides only required minor spacing changes to present to clients.
NegativeSlide transitions, especially complex ones, did not convert well. Simple layout is best, which is a drawback.

Smooth form filling
Date: Feb 24 2026SummaryFilling out a permit application used to mean printing, handwriting, and rescanning. This replaced all of that with a clean digital version ready for submission.
PositiveThe fill forms tool was able to automatically detect all fields in a government PDF application. Filling out the boxes felt like typing, and the alignment remained perfect the whole time.
NegativeThe tab order of form fields was not always in the expected order for reading.

Highlighting made review faster
Date: Mar 11 2026SummaryWorking on a 45-page grant proposal with three others means each person had their own section to highlight, and the ability to share those with the others, with no problems with exporting the highlighted document. This process replaced the traditional method of printing the document and scribbling on it.
PositiveHaving many highlight color choices enables me to categorize various kinds of comments visually, even in long documents. For example, one color for questions, one color for approvals, and one color for changes. The ability to add notes to each highlighted section also provided useful information without cluttering the page.
NegativeThe colors available for highlighting cannot be changed, only chosen from the list of colors provided. This would be improved with the addition of the ability to use hex colors.

Image to PDF works great
Date: Mar 11 2026SummaryHad to put together all my product photos into one shareable PDF document to send to a wholesale buyer. Uploaded all images, conversion happened instantly, and it looks professional without me needing to do anything. Definitely bookmarking this page for future use.
PositiveUploaded twelve JPEGs and they converted into one organized PDF in seconds. Image quality remained sharp, page sizing adjusted automatically, and my finished document was professional enough to send to clients straight away.
NegativeNo ability to change page margins or space between images prior to conversion. Would have been helpful.

Password protect feature
Date: Feb 13 2026SummaryProtected client NDAs and project briefs before sending them via email. The setup took only a few seconds per document, and none of my clients had issues opening the files after I also sent the passwords via text. Greatly helped ease my mind on sending sensitive information by this method instead of unencrypted attachments. Nothing beats security when working with sensitive information.
PositiveSecuring confidential files with password encryption is easy and secure. Provides assurance when divulging confidential details that only preferred persons have access to the files.
NegativeIt would be great to have something like a password strength indicator to confirm users are creating strong and not easily guessable passwords.

Works well for splitting
Date: May 29 2026SummaryNeeded to break a 200-page filing into separate case files and reorganize misplaced sections. Tools handled it without fuss. Practical for the basics, though more advanced options would round it out.
PositiveSplitting large court filings into separate case documents is straightforward and quick. The page reorder feature also helped when sections ended up filed out of their proper sequence.
NegativeThe interface works fine but a few tool labels could be more descriptive for first-time users trying to navigate.

Fast merge for client proposals
Date: Jan 22 2026SummaryAssembled a 40-page proposal through combining contracts, case studies, and pricing sheets. ZenDocs handled it seamlessly, and the output PDF document turned out nice and professional. Absolutely no watermarks or quality deterioration. Organized my task of copying all content into a single document through copying and pasting. Very simple process.
PositiveThe merge PDF feature combined 12 documents into a single document in a matter of seconds. The interface is clean and functional and makes it easy to rearrange pages before finalizing. The output is of high quality and preserves all formatting and pictures perfectly without losing their original quality.
NegativeI would find a drag-and-drop feature for previewing page rearrangement helpful, but the system of numbers is satisfactory once you become accustomed to it.

Functional but not fancy
Date: Jan 26 2026SummaryI took the financial document, converted it from pdf to Excel, and started working with the information. The majority was successful, aside from the need to clean some of the merged cells. For basic conversions, this tool should be fine. It is not necessarily the most accurate tool I have used, however, it is free, so I am at least 80%.
PositiveThe free version of PDF to Excel managed to retrieve the table information from the PDF document with fair precision. The “Merge tool” succeeded in merging the documents without making any errors. The free version’s accessibility to most of the essential.
NegativeThere were some issues with accuracy in converting tables with complicated structures, such as merged cells – required some cleanup in Excel.

clean tool for compressing files
Date: May 12 2026Summaryhad a bunch of scanned receipts as oversized PDFs clogging up my email drafts. ran each one through zendocs and got them small enough to attach without bouncing. simple, fast, no complaints.
Positivefile sizes shrink noticeably without visible quality loss on screen or in print. upload is quick, processing runs in the background, and downloads start automatically once compression finishes without extra clicks.
Negativebatch compression for multiple files at once would save time. right now each file needs to be uploaded and processed separately, which gets tedious when working through a stack of documents back to back.

Helpful intake forms
Date: Apr 13 2026SummaryOne tidy PDF packet was needed for several clients on a packed Saturday. Merging and light editing were smooth though the annotation colors could stand out more.
PositiveMerged waiver forms for a bridal party and added a couple of notes before sending them out. The process felt simple, and signatures were easy to place.
NegativeColors for annotations could have been more visible when flipping through different patients' appointments.
