Had to go back and edit a few old contracts that were only in PDF form. Accuracy of conversion was about 95%, which is pretty good considering the documents were scanned from an old machine. Took about 10 minutes to clean up formatting errors in three documents compared to hours it would've taken to retype everything. Highly recommend for anyone with old documents that need to be edited.

Managed to turn a few scanned contracts into Word documents that could be edited, and the accuracy of the text scanning was surprisingly good even for scanned documents from an old machine. Formatting was preserved, which was a huge time-saver compared to having to manually clean up scanned documents.

Sometimes the tables end up a little wonky and need to be tweaked, but at least it's quicker than having to retype everything.

The quarterly budget spreadsheets had to be sent out as locked PDFs for board review. The PDF was an exact replica of the original Excel spreadsheet, which saved a round of reformatting 😊

The Excel to PDF conversion was perfect in retaining column widths, borders, and conditional formatting colors. Even multi-sheet workbooks were exported into a single file.

A page break preview before export would be useful for longer spreadsheets.

I would appreciate it if an auto-save is added on edits.

I always use the JPG to PDF converter when I need to send an image-based mockup to my clients in one single professional file. It's very fast, and the quality of the image is retained. Plus, the merging feature is very nice for putting together different design iterations into one presentation.

I would appreciate it if there were a feature for adding a custom filename before download instead of just having the default one generated. It's a small workflow improvement that saves me a renaming step afterwards.

I'm a college student and ZenDocs keeps my study materials organized. I scan lecture notes, mash them together into one PDF, and put in hasty highlights for exams. Editing is a breeze and I appreciate that it auto-syncs across devices without compromising on quality. It's been a big help overall.

The edit pdf and annotate features are absolutely convenient. Highlighting, commenting, and drawing are easy to use, even on a tablet.

The mobile view could be a bit smoother for editing longer documents.
