The OCR feature was awesome – I could now instantly search for phrases like "payment schedule" or "termination clause" as opposed to going through all the scans again. The accuracy was good enough that I only found a few minor OCR errors when carefully reading through it.

It kept the quality of the images perfect as well as the output pdf that was created automatically by ZenDocs. Could have asked for some manual changes in choosing the layout since it did that perfectly by itself!
