I edit and combine documents of clients on a regular basis. ZenDocs feels trustworthy and saves me time. Shortcuts would be icing on the cake.

It is so easy to annotate assignments within ZenDocs. The markup and pen functions are quick and well-positioned.

Zoom does not persist after turning pages now and then

Could use a small visual indicator for total pages selected when splitting; helps prevent accidental omission of pages in large files.

I deal with sensitive client information, and therefore security is important. ZenDocs gives me an easy way to add a layer of protection to documents without necessarily having to invest in expensive software. It is surely a part of my monthly file management routine now.

For me, it is essential to be able to protect sensitive PDFs with a password. I use it for financial statements that I archive in the cloud afterwards. The encryption appears to be strong, and password protection is set easily in an instant.

More than that, I would like to set different permissions instead of having one single master password to unlock anything; for instance, allowing printing but not editing. That would provide more granular control on sharing protected documents.

Merged several presentations for a client pitch. The procedure was very rapid using ZenDocs.com and maintained all slides intact. Minor lag with many files, but overall very efficient.

Merge did a good job in handling big PPTX files without lag and it maintained formatting; batch files are handled well, too.

I annotated a draft contract for the legal team, and the highlights plus comments made the suggested edits easy to review. Exporting the annotated copy preserved highlights for reviewers who preferred a single file. A set of keyboard shortcuts would make repeat annotation faster, but current tools are excellent for collaborative editing.

The annotate PDF feature features precise highlighting, sticky notes, and drawing tools, making the feedback clear and easy to follow. Annotations remained visible in exported copies and could be toggled for printing.

I'd appreciate having a quick keyboard shortcut map for heavy annotators to speed up common actions like highlight, strike-through, and creation of comments. It is a small request for power-user improvements.

Nothing good about Zendocs. They let you pay 0,99 cents but then charge you 24,99 for a subscription

Absolute scam. No where it says you automatically agree to a monthly’s subscription by paying 0,99 cents. Internet is full of bad reviews. Shame on you for scamming people this way. Customer service is fake and keeps asking for the same information over and over again.

I had several photos from an event that needed to go out to the client. Through ZenDocs, I converted all of my images to a single PDF within minutes. None of the images blurred, and the distribution process became very simple.

The conversion preserved image quality, allowed for batch upload, and output PDFs were easy to share.

I love the split and merge functions of this software. I can take a huge textbook PDF, split out only the chapters that I need for my class, and combine them with my own notes to make one custom study guide. It is very empowering.

The only minor gripe I have is that the page load times are a couple of seconds longer after uploading a very large file, such as a 300-page textbook. It isn't a deal-breaker, per se, but it has been noticed.

I scanned a stack of meeting handouts and ran OCR to make them searchable. For typed pages, the results were excellent, and it significantly expedited searching. Some handwritten annotations weren't captured reliably, which made a quick manual check necessary. Overall, a strong OCR tool for printed material with a small caveat about handwriting capture.

In general, it accurately identified printed text and converted it to a searchable PDF quickly. Multi-page OCR batches worked well and preserved document structure.

Handwritten notes were less consistent-a gentle reminder about handwriting limits upfront would be useful. Also, a preview step for OCR results before finalizing would reduce the occasional small text errors.

I had to file a motion with over a dozen exhibits. I used ZenDocs to merge them all, and then compress the final file to meet the upload limit of the portal. That was a really smooth process; it saved me from having to go to the office to use the high-end scanner and software.
