It can be a big challenge to work with Zoom especially in remote areas where internet connectivity is poor.

I'm using Zoom to make HD video and audio calls. Again, I can send instant messages with Zoom. It enhances seamless team communication and collaboration.

Ability to schedule and conduct successful online meetings. Ease of recording meeting sessions. Zoom enables ease of screen sharing.

Getting disconnected from calls or meetings is annoying whenever I experience unstable internet connection.

Zoom is an idea platform for video conferencing and online meetings. It is simple to chat with my colleagues by sending them instant messages using Zoom.

In general, I consider that I have had a fairly complete experience with the help of Zoom, since this platform has been key to developing all types of videoconferences throughout my company. It is important to highlight that all areas of my company use this platform as software. main to hold group videoconferences for various purposes, whether for negotiations or business meetings. Most of my experience has been quite good, I have been able to establish various types of videoconferences with various durations, I have been able to hold conferences of more than an hour in length, without any type of interruption, this has helped me to be able to communicate with my work team and with different clients, in a very simple way. The prices that this platform has managed during the subscription periods have been very good, I have managed to obtain very good plans at quite good prices, which have helped me obtain a completely stable platform for video conferencing. I will continue using this platform in the long term, since the benefits it has brought to my entire company have been truly noticeable.

Using this platform has become a fairly proportional benefit for our entire company, using Zoom to hold all types of video conferences. It has been a magnificent platform for us and our work team. The things I liked most about this platform are:

1- With the help of this video conferencing system, I have been able to make high quality video conferences, a quality superior to many other platforms that offer a similar video conferencing service, the quality offered by this platform is unsurpassed by any competition. In addition, the audio quality is also important, discard it since I have always enjoyed an audio transmission, totally stable and without any type of interruptions during video conferences.

2- It is important to highlight the excellent quality with which the screen sharing system works within a video conference, this function is essential to share your computer desktop, at specific times, either to show some type of information, or to show something in your browser, this feature is essential and works wonderfully, offering immediate fluidity every time you share the screen of your device.

3- I love the online Chat system that Zoom offers, since it allows us to interact through a text Chat where we can share all kinds of opinions or criticisms, in addition, through this Chat you can also send all kinds of images or emoticons. The Chat of each video conference works in real time, which allows a conversation to be attended within this Chat while the video conference is taking place.

4- The free trial of this platform is fully functional for any user, in addition, the free version to access specific video conferencing rooms also works wonderfully, in general, the free version of this platform works perfectly. We currently use the paid version in our company, however, we are very grateful and satisfied with the free trial service that this platform provided us during the testing process.

In general, this platform behaves excellently for any type of user, in addition, it has given us an extremely complete experience, however, below I will mention some of the negative aspects that I noticed within it:

1- The first negative aspect of this platform is that you must use a good device to access it and enjoy its benefits, since this platform requires a good device to offer good video quality and quality. In addition, you will not be able to access any type of video conference if you do not have a good and stable Internet connection, which limits many people from being able to freely access any video conference if they do not have a good device or a good internet connection

2- The second negative aspect that I could notice within this platform is that there is no type of customization that can be done within the video conferences or in its interface, this is quite negative, since I would like to add a template or a specific design for each of my video conferences, either to make them more attractive or to make them more comfortable for the participants.
