Overall very good speed and stability on mobile. Good telco tool. It used to have a superior performance to Teams or Google Meet but now they are more similar. Still the best UX.

This platform has solved the problems that we had within the company with respect to the long distance in which the employees were from the main headquarters of our company. That made a meeting difficult because it required time for everyone to be at one point, so with Zoom you only have to attend the video conference on the date and time that was scheduled, so you just connect without going anywhere. We have been able to maintain more orderly communication since everyone in the meeting asks for the right to speak through the function of the platform and thus everyone can express themselves clearly and fairly, and there is no distraction that was generated before in the meetings that we held face-to-face form. With Zoom I have been able to schedule the meetings without any problem since I only need to know the availability of the employees who will be in the meeting and since they can participate from anywhere they do not need to carry out a test preparation but in the same place where they are they can enter the meeting without the need to make long trips or leave home. With Zoom we have been able to have more control of who enters the meetings because we have used other platforms and we have come across intruders and it is a bit annoying because we require seriousness when it comes to an important meeting in relation to the actions taken in the company In addition to requiring privacy, we also require security because we cannot have data leaks and Zoom has provided us with all of that.

° It has a good communication system when it is required that the participants have an opinion within the video conference since it has a function of raising hands and this notifies the host that a user wants to speak or ask a question during the call.

° It has a live chat that allows the host and others to converse without resorting to the microphone and thus not hinder the meeting with unnecessary sounds that can distract the audience. In addition, with this chat function, participants can communicate more easily to give a better opinion than raising their hands to be able to take the floor of the video call.

° You can share Prezi presentations while you are in the video conference, this really makes everything more comfortable for the host as they can show themselves and the slide on a single screen without interrupting either of them. This is more intuitive and attracts more attention than just seeing a slide and a mouse going around the slide while the host explains. It can also be set as the host's background using filters to make it easier for the host to explain everything while inside the slide.

° The video quality is excellent unlike other video call platforms, it is useful when I need to see the slides of a meeting and make notes in my notebook of what I am seeing. In the event that the Internet connection is poor and it is only required to enter a meeting to listen to information, then there is no problem because the work that Zoom does is to always prioritize the connection in the audio to improve its quality, so as not to miss the information they are providing through this platform.

° Zoom allows me to make annotations, this function being useful since when a slide is being shared or I am showing the video call, it is easy to explain with annotations on the screen, marking it rather than saying it. Also, for me it is more comfortable to point something on the screen since I use a graphic tablet for these cases for the convenience of making a clean line.

° It always asks me for the microphone settings before I can activate it and it's a bit inconvenient because if I'm walking into a meeting to chat I should immediately have the microphone without having to activate it manually unless the host decides to deactivate it for everyone except him . On other video call platforms this is instantaneous, without the need to activate any configuration and it should be with Zoom.

° I do not like that it asks for a password to meetings that I have already been invited. It is a bit tedious in case I am disconnected from the meeting and want to re-enter, if I have already been invited I should not require the access password unless it was a third party trying to enter the room without permission. Zoom should make that type of access easier to make it easier to get in without so many protocols.

° It has intermittent delays when there are many people in the video conference. In addition, very few people can speak, not because it is not understood, but because the connection worsens the more participants have their microphones and cameras on, since it consumes more data than a video call platform normally does.

° The whiteboard has a unique font style when writing. They should be more flexible with this because there are letters or words that are not well appreciated on other devices and this means that you have to write everything by hand so that it is more understandable for all the users who are in the meeting.

° I would like it to have the noble microphone configuration so that I can increase the ability to listen to the environment in case I need to move and do not have a wireless microphone. It's a negative and I wish it had that feature because the mic settings only allow one mic at a time and if I want to switch between mic and I have to do it manually within the Zoom settings.

I feel like even though Zoom presents its big connectivity issue, it remains a software that is capable of handling meetings that are bigger than usual and it allows me to manage them easily when we are holding meetings with a great amount of people, allowing me to turn off microphones for everyone, turning on the hand gesture to know if anyone wants to say anything without interrupting the main discussion, and more. It has allowed me to share all information with team members and hold many meetings where I can communicate and deliver key information to our business successfully, but it has also helped me communicate with clients remotely when holding an in-person meeting is not possible, and helped me communicate with them and guide them through all the aspects of our insurance plans and close deals with them efficiently.

Zoom is a competent software that carries out all important meetings no matter the length of the meeting. I like that it can schedule all meetings in advance and it will add into everyone’s calendar and automatically set a reminder and ask for attendance, it is very easy to host a meeting and to manage all the members that enter a meeting, it has many functions such as turning off and on chats, creating a breakout room for meetings and having total control over a meeting to ensure that it goes very well, Zoom has the ability to share screen and it is amazing that it works so well and provides good video quality for everyone to see what is being shown in the screen, it helps deliver the information correctly. Also, Zoom has a great variety of interactive tools that one can use during a meeting, for example, the creation of boards in the meeting that the host can use to write and highlight certain information, and these tools usually help discuss anything during all important meetings between team members, it is a great function that Zoom has that help enhance the delivery of information and support the way in which something is talked about to make it more intuitive and understanding for everyone.

Zoom provides high quality video and audio for everyone, however, it requires a great amount of bandwidth for it to run smoothly for everyone, without lagging and without the audio being delayed. This has caused issues within our meetings at times because sometimes, the connection will not be the same for everyone however it will be stable enough for everyone to join the meeting, but during the meeting some people will experience video or audio delay and it is a great issue that has not been resolved by Zoom at all, it still has the same requirements and it is a bit annoying, luckily, we have been able to solve this issue by recording our sessions and uploading them to the cloud so that it is available for everyone that joined in case they missed anything, but nonetheless, it is a big issue within the Zoom platform.

Zoom is overall a great application available on all the platforms for business meetings and seminars. The application doesn't limit the participant in any way to maximize the benefits of any meetings with its useful tools.

Zoom accomplishes to maintain stable audio and video connection throughout the meetings. Along with the audiovisual meetings, zoom also allows sending text in the chat box without disturbing the other participants. The user interface of the application is clean and displays all the important tools on the main panel.
I have used Zoom for professional as well as casual use, and it excels in both of the use case.

The only con is the price for the professional version which is quite too high for an individual, as the free version only allows 40 minutes free meetings the user have to resort to other alternatives for casual meetings with their friend and family.

Most issues that I have experienced on Zoom are due to user error. More training courses would be appreciated, but over the course of the pandemic, more folks have become accustomed to this program. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people are not muted during a larger call, which interrupts others. Zoom has a feature to allow muting of others upon arrival into the call.

During the time of the pandemic, we were forced to take refuge at home and look for alternatives to be able to continue with our work and Zoom, among a lot of alternatives, was the one. If before we had communication or coordination problems when working, now we have solved it thanks to Zoom, the collaboration tools have undoubtedly been a solution to our inconvenience, we managed to keep in touch, synchronize our work progress and keep the projects always updated, meeting each business goal on time.

Zoom is the virtual solution to keep our remote work active. It provides good tools for communication and keeping the team working together, it opens its gateways and messaging through scheduled video calls through our planning and in real time if we need it, the chats can be public or private. Mobile access is essential for our work, it allows us to continue in communication from wherever we are, and gives us flexibility in video calls, in addition to this, the application has a comfortable interface. It has been updating its options and personalization of the work, among these we can have virtual backgrounds which was necessary in case the background in which we were at home was not very adequate. Being able to have access controls for different work groups and being able to assign the corresponding room to each team is a good option to correctly manage all our work. It is not only a good connection and communication option, but Zoom also helps us with our work management, to share files, the screen display gives us an opportunity to make commercial presentations and thus not make excuses of distance / time to carry out commercial agreements, with just a Zoom connection, screen sharing and a video call, it is possible to achieve all our work and be able to connect with clients and business partners. It allows us to carry out collaborative work, interact between teams and advance in the different projects, without a doubt it is essential to maintain a much more synchronized work, inclusive helps us to ensure that nothing is lost, since we can record the meetings and share them to keep everyone up to date. each person who has missed the meeting and allows us so that no one misses anything or is left out.

Without a good internet connection Zoom is totally useless, it would be nice if it could flow well without needing a very fast internet, in addition to the fact that every time we present this problem, it is usually the audio or video drops, and video calls are not effective at all. The interface is quite complete, but I particularly wish I could find something much more manageable and simple, it has too many tools that can take time to understand each use and functionality, and when you finally achieve it you realize that it is too much to digest and use in any conference that we face, maybe we don't need as many tools for what we need to do on Zoom. Zoom has been the platform that we have used as a communication strategy, but we respect privacy a lot and more in this type of remote work, where many colleagues can be at home working, so it has happened to us that the cameras or audios turn on out of nowhere without requesting it, it disturbs the privacy of each person and in my opinion these types of accidents should not occur. We have also faced access limitations that we didn't know existed, once some clients could not enter a call because they were from another country until we were able to give them access and allow us to connect, it would have been good to know about it before without a doubt. Another of the weak points would be the ability to save everything that was discussed in the meeting, if you are not the administrator but a participant you cannot see the chat conversations and the files, therefore you lose everything until the administrator can share it, personally it would be nice to get the way to not erase the chat in case you need it.

Zoom is one of the biggest players in video calls and webinar hosting and it shows. They have a lot of great functionalities that make video calling life easier.

This platform has provided an extremely good experience for all our employees, with the help of this platform we have been able to create a large number of meetings and we have been able to have a much more optimal conversation with each of the participants, I really loved the video quality and the fluidity that I was able to obtain within this platform, in addition, I also loved the organization system of a new meeting room, since it allowed me to send the invitations to various emails, you can also send automatic reminders for each of the future ones participants, in addition, I also love the hosting waiting service, that platform has a waiting service which places the participants on hold if you have not yet entered the meeting room, which helps a lot so that the participants can wait for the arrival of the host of the meeting. In addition, another of the favorable characteristics of this platform is that it has an automated recording system integrated, I love this system very much since it is capable of recording any type of meeting that I have held within this platform, all these recording Videos are stored on my computer but I can also store them within the cloud platform. I really liked this recording system and it gave me an extremely good experience for the meetings that I was able to hold within this platform.

Zoom is an amazing platform to be able to create a video conference from scratch or you can easily hold a meeting, the main feature I like about this platform is the extensive limit on receiving meeting participants, I can create a meeting but it has unlimited participants, in addition, all participants will be able to interact without any type of limit within the Chat available on the side of each meeting. Another thing that I like about this platform is the great fluidity of video that exists within each meeting. I have noticed that all the participants can see me correctly since the video transmission does not have any type of interruption or delay, in addition , the video transmission is consistent with the audio transmission, therefore, all the participants will be able to attend me perfectly during each meeting. I also liked that this platform allows me to assign different administrators or collaborators for each video conference or meeting, it does not allow me to assign an administrator role so that it can help me organize and interact with each one of them. I also like that this platform allows me to use all kinds of tools and functions to be able to expel any type of participant, as well as you can grant participant permissions or allow a participant to open within the meeting, in addition, this platform provides everything type of tools to be able to customize the general permissions of any participant.

One of the main drawbacks that I got within this platform is with respect to its general interface, I consider that the interface is quite basic, which can turn out to be a bit uncomfortable to use for some users, in addition, another of the Negative things is that participants cannot be required to activate the camera and audio before entering the room, which sometimes causes participants to enter who do not interact with the other participants within the meeting. Another of the negative characteristics of this platform is that there is currently no way to change the ID of a meeting room, which means that when we want a group of people not to enter that ID, the only way to solve this is by creating a new room, so that a new address is generated, it would be great to be able to change that information immediately with some kind of function within the platform, but currently it is not possible. The last negative thing within this platform is that no participant can upload any type of attachment within the Chat window, there is no such thing currently, participants can only send and receive messages and can also send various emojis within the window of the Chat, but they cannot send attached files, I consider that this is something negative since if we are requesting any type of attached information from the participants, that information cannot be sent through this Chat window.

This was a great resource for our church to use when in-person communication was limited. We still have groups who will do in-person and online using Zoom. Being able to schedule meetings is great.

It was really easy for us to use when we switched to online small groups during the pandemic. All our staff were easily able to use the platform and communicate with other staff and members of the church. It can be used on multiple platforms and is easy to set up.

There are times when the app needs to be updated to use. This can cause some issues for some people we have found.

Overall, Zoom is an online meeting application which allows lag free audio and video calls with many participants. There are a lot of useful tools like screen sharing, recording and remote assistance available in the application.

3. The screen sharing feature works flawlessly and does not hinder the audio or video quality.

The experience we have had with this video conferencing platform has been perfect, despite the fact that, as I mentioned previously, there are still some improvements in the security of each video conference to prevent intruders from entering it, I must admit that our experience has been very positive. Previously, it was quite complicated to create and manage a large number of videoconferences, since our company is divided into various work sectors, and each sector needs to hold videoconferences weekly, so this platform has been key to their development and to monitor each transmitted session. The quality and audio transmission that we have had with this platform has been superior to any other, previously we used other platforms with many limitations, which greatly limited the video quality depending on our network connection and that had a terrible audio transmission, with this platform it has been totally different, we are happy with the general functioning and ease of use of it, we admit that we are happy with the use that we are currently giving it within our company, we can create meetings with other employees but also with our clients. The monitoring of active sessions is done in real time, just by accessing the main panel, I can see all the sessions that are active. It is urgent that a system be implemented that moderates the number of messages sent within the Chat of each videoconference, this would greatly regulate the messages and help maintain discretion within the videoconference.

Zoom has managed to be one of the most important platforms of our company, offering unmatched features which help to develop quality videoconferences, quite stable, with instant and real-time communication, with very unique features. The most outstanding characteristics in a positive way were:

* The application for mobile devices that use this platform is without a doubt one of the best currently, because you can participate in all kinds of video conferences while the platform works in the background, for example, you can access a video conference at any time and minimize the application, you can access another application and a small window remains open where you can see all the participants as background operation. This is an important feature of this application because it helps the participants to interact in the video conference while doing other things.

* Another impressive thing about this platform is that you can hold several video conferencing sessions simultaneously regardless of the number, for example, you can buy a subscription for your entire company and hold multiple video conferencing sessions simultaneously, they all work the same way and you will be able to have complete access to all the features of the platform, without any type of limit. Having several videoconferences running at the same time helps us to develop different communications at the same moment, and at the same time, within the main platform and the panel I can see the number of sessions that are open within our company.

* The video recording of the videoconferences is an important feature within the platform and that is also where attention is given in an impressive way, because this recording helps us to save all the information that is shared during the video conference held, All these recordings are saved in the cloud of the platform, in this way we can access those videos stored in the cloud from any device, without having to have it stored on our computer or on another mobile phone. Recordings can be activated automatically or you can record manually for each video conference.

* There is no type of limit regarding the participants for each videoconference, up to more than 500 people can enter a videoconference and you will not present any type of problem, this is a very positive feature because I have previously used some platforms that limit the number of participants that can be in a videoconference is quite high, currently that does not happen on that platform, we can have as many participants as we want.

Zoom is one of the platforms that will guarantee your results, it provides a fairly stable platform for video conferencing from any device, its generally easy-to-use interface helps users become familiar with it in a matter of days. I have also noticed a couple of negative things about this platform, such as:

* One of the main negative things about this platform is that it does not have any type of security when it blocks the number of participants that may be during a videoconference. By this I mean that sometimes inappropriate people have entered our video conferences because they have the invitation link. Currently, it is very easy for this invitation link to be leaked within web pages, and sometimes, as I mentioned, they have even entered our videoconferences, I would love for the invitation link to only work for the guest, and that cannot be used by other malicious people, since this would help to have the videoconference much more private and not enter any type of intruder.

* It is not possible to limit the number of messages sent within the Chat of each videoconference, every time I make a videoconference, I have to notify all the participants to talk in a moderate way, so that the chat can be much more fluid and have a reading of all messages correctly. I would love for there to be a system that can regulate the number of messages sent by each participant, since in this way we will obtain greater order within the conversations.

* Transferring files through each video conference takes a long time compared to different cloud storage services that currently exist. To counteract this disadvantage, we have used a cloud storage service in which we can share files directly in a matter of seconds, this way when we make a videoconference and we need to share a file or document with other participants, we do it through this medium, to save time.

Overall, I would totally suggest anyone to use Zoom as a platform for video meetings and/or interviews.

Easy to use, integrates with other platforms very easily, and it seems that most people now know how to use the platform which is really nice. As I schedule interviews I love not having to explain to candidates how to use the video interview platform.

I don't love the feature of people being able to kick others out of the meeting. We have accidentally kicked people in our meeting and can't add them back in.

If you have a tight budget you can use it for free with few restriction.
You can screen share as well as enable real time caption generate.
It is globally acceptable.

- It can handle hundreds of participant, hence mostly used for seminars.
- You can join a meeting via a link.

- The security is a concern as it gives one touch access to meetings, meetings get harder to be protected.

I am a very frequent user of zoom and use it almost on a daily basis multiple times a day. I find this app very useful.

We give webinars and trainings through zoom and find this app very useful in educating clinicians about our product. This platform makes the sessions very interactive.

Zoom is easy to use and is simple interface to allow anyone to join a Zoom call. It makes the issue of in-person meetings disappear. Many basic features are easy to use and easily controlled to make the program work seamlessly for its intended use.

Zoom is super simple to use from the presenter point of view AND from the user's point of view. The ease of logging in makes it ideal for our clients who do not have a Zoom account or have little experience with Zoom, it is still easy to use. From an Admin point of view, setting up meetings and reviewing meetings are easy to do!

There are some limitations on how to share a screen. I want to be able to share multiple documents and still see everything on the guests' screens. You have to choose between a power point or looking at the audience if you are a viewer.

Overall Zoom is a pretty nice video calling software. It has very small time limits which should be extended in the free version.

We use Zoom for both official use and otherwise, for normal meetings and discussions. It is easy to use and versatile.

Zoom has saved our 2020 possible. Without face to face contact during the pandemic, zoom has allowed us to conduct business just like we always have; just virtually. Without zoom we wouldn't have been able to meet with clients and partners or be able to run our business.

Zoom is easy, reliable and has great audio and video. Multi user capabilities and screen share is great. Great for keeping meeting schedules organized. I also love how secure it is. I also love that it can be used on any computer or smart phone.

I would like to see private voice chat within a meeting room.

In 2020 we started using Zoom for work from home applications, but we have continued to use it to collaborate in 2021. Being able to chat face to face with coworkers and prospective clients has been a huge help!

Zoom is incredibly easy to use, took just a few minutes to get started. The waiting room feature is outstanding.

The video quality could be a little better, it seemed fairly fuzzy even on a fast wifi connection.
