The great solution that I had with Zoom is the ease of being able to connect with clients to be able to solve any doubts or finalize the sale of the services that my company offers, it facilitates the connection that I have with clients that are too far away. I have also been able to hold meetings with the other employees to avoid meetings that take time to hold due to the need to meet at a specific point, with Zoom we have been able to solve that problem in which we no longer need to hold meetings at a specific point but only have to schedule the meeting to enter at the time you touch and all from the comfort of each user. To conclude, I can say that during the pandemic Zoom was a key and strongest point to maintain communication and move forward with the company, allowing us to continue working as we normally have been doing, but this time everything digitally, including video conferences.

The interface design was the most practical thing that Zoom can have since it is seen that it is designed in such a way that everyone can understand how it works without needing to see tutorials to understand how to make a simple call through this platform. I am pleased to know that I do not require a great learning curve since anyone can connect without a problem and without me having to explain how to use it in an expert way to the other person, which I am going to connect to speak. It is very useful that it is multiplatform so that I can continue with the call or make one when I want and in the place I want. It allows me to be comfortable if I want to chat with someone with this platform without having to spend all day on my mobile phone or desktop computer. This makes it easier for me not to get tired when having long hours of conversation about a topic that I want to discuss with others. It's handy to be able to schedule the meeting without having to tell others the specific date and time. It is only enough to put it inside the Zoom panel and the users who have been invited can enter to connect in a video call. In addition to being alerted when there is little time left to start a meeting, so in case someone forgets the moment, Zoom will remind you by email or the same application if it is installed.

The security of the meetings is almost zero, we very rarely have intruders in the video conferences and it is a bit annoying to have to be expelling each user who enters without our consent. I would prefer that I could configure through the emails the people who can enter without requiring a password since only these people that I invited should only have access to their emails. The audio quality varies constantly, I can't speak about the video quality since I never had cuts and also the other person behind the screen always looked excellent. I would like it to improve the quality of the audio to better understand people or not to be repeating the same information several times because the public does not understand me due to the poor quality of the audio that is sometimes generated. The mobile application is too essential, it lacks the functionality that the desktop version has, I would like all versions regardless of the operating system to have all the functions available and thus facilitate its use anywhere I want and in the comfort I want , this would give the user more freedom in general than using a lot of Zoom to make their voice calls or video conferences.

I am able to use Zoom at home or at work. I love the feature where you can blur your background so if you don't want to share as to what part of your home you are doing a consultation you can simply blur out the background!

As an attorney, practicing federal law, I can represent clients in all 50 states. Zoom has made this possible in that my clients are able to see me, show me their documents while we have a consultation in regards to their case. Some of my clients who can't see me personally prefer to do a Zoom consultation just to have that "face to face" experience that otherwise we wouldn't have.

Provide more videos or examples on how to download Zoom to your phone. Some of my clients experience difficulty doing this but once they get it they love it!

Love the product. We have been using it since Covid hit. We use it for work meetings, interviews, and a few catchups with friends and family

Ability to invite large number of group. Quick and efficient way to get invites out quickly and easily. Seamless technology that is user friendly even for those who are not technologically advanced. The ability to break off into chat rooms allows for better organized meetings, games, or social events.

Using the system for work from different continents seems to have some difficulties. The person creating the meeting can't always been in a country outside of where the subscription is being paid. This is a little confusing although there seems to be a workaround for it.

I've had the chance to evaluate several different video meeting platforms over the course of the past two years, and Zoom is the clear leader to me. It is simple to use and yet functional for a wide variety of applications. It is easy to install and operate, and has a quick learning curve for both our staff and for my family who used it to keep in touch. Aside from a few frustrations and small glitches, Zoom has performed above and beyond expectations. It provides high quality video call experience and the ability to record and share webinars and important staff meetings with staff who could not attend. Zoom has innovated and adapted to deal with its emerging importance during the impact of COVID and has created a streamlined platform that is useful for both business and personal applications.

Some of the best features I found about this program were its low bandwidth consumption (which allowed two people working from the same home to attend different virtual meetings with no freezing, quality drop, or call dropping), simple functionality on desktop with all commands on the bottom Taskbar, simple installation process, compatible with all the OS on my various devices, Windows, Android, Mac, high quality video and sound, and the ability to record meetings to comply with our company's policy of posting recordings of all board meetings online after they are finished to foster transparency.

I found it prohibitively hard to use web Zoom (which requires no installation) when joining a meeting on a public device where I did not have permissions to install the Zoom client. Also, the mobile app lacks some of the ease of use and it is hard to find command location, screen auto adjusts to presenter screen rather than viewer screen size, and the screenshare function automatically pushes full screen, which can be aggravating when working on a collaborative project in a separate window while on the call.

Zoom is a great solution for universities and other educational institutes that wish to conduct online classes. Zoom also may be used by individuals who just want to meet up and have a conversation in live-time or among friends wanting to show things to each other on their screens.

I'll say this, and I completely mean it, Zoom is the new de facto for online sessions. It is the best out there!!

- Zoom has a breakout rooms feature, in which hosts can divide participants in separate rooms to monitor them individually or to form focus groups.

- Zoom allows participants to share their screens simultaneously, which is a heavy plus.

- Participants can open their cameras, their mics, and interact live with one another.

- Hosts have full control over what participants' permissions are and what exactly they're permitted to do (use the mic/cam or not, share screens, etc.).

- The free version limits meeting times to only 45 minutes.
- Reactions and emojis are just the classic ones; Zoom doesn't have its own set of emojis.

For classes or events the options like screen sharing, white board and break out rooms are great and upgraded uses as an event platform are fantastic.

Beyond the basic use as a video conferencing tool, the analytics available are increasingly useful and the integration with other softwares is constantly improving. Being able to send invitations and build a registration page is incredibly helpful for online events and setting a standard for how long someone has to attend to be a "participant" are useful improvements over other conferencing software.

I actually don't dislike anything in the new version which is easier to use and easier to integrate.

Overall a great tool that we've been using for years as we've had a hybrid office. Our team members find it user friendly. The only thing I wish was that it would force updates because my team isn't good about updating the app.

To be honest, the overall experience we've had with Zoom has been remarkably good. Currently, Zoom is being used in all sectors of our company as the main mechanism for planning and supporting the various video conferences. We are a real estate company with more than 500 employees, and having Zoom in our work area has allowed us to hold more complete meetings, where more than 500 employees have been able to attend through the Zoom platform. We hold video conferences with Zoom approximately 2 times a week, to hold meetings and discussions between employees, however, we also use it to hold meetings with some of our clients and offer our services more directly. I am very happy with the usability that we have given to Zoom all this time that we have been using it, we have not had any type of data leak, there have been various problems that I have previously mentioned, however, they are not problems that change my positive way of see Zoom, it really is a software that is very worthwhile. I will continue to use it in my company, it is fantastic.

In our company, we have been using Zoom for about 1 year and 2 months. There are several things that I have liked about Zoom, this is a fairly complete service to schedule, conduct and manage large-scale video conferences. Here are the features that have been most positively impactful during my Zoom experience:

1.- Scheduling video conferences using a Zoom calendar is quite a beneficial feature for me. This feature helps me to schedule videoconferences without any kind of clash in the scheduled dates, I can know exactly which day is busy and which time is occupied by a previously scheduled videoconference. In addition, this video conference planning system helps me manage the time of the video conference, the participants that will be there, the hosts and collaborators that will participate in the video conference and much more. In addition, the calendar system allows you to synchronize various calendars, be it Outlook, Google or some other calendar.

2.- The excellent video and audio quality that Zoom offered me caught my attention. Since I tried the platform for the first time, and we made the first videoconference, I noticed that I had not seen that quality of video in any other software. Best of all, despite offering such high video quality, its network consumption is not that high. It is true that to enjoy this quality, there must be a stable connection, but Zoom consumption is not so high, it does not interrupt any other activity that requires internet.

3.- Zoom has waiting rooms for all the people who will participate in a videoconference. This is really good, before starting a videoconference the participants can access and interact in the general chat, they can send files and send messages constantly without any limit, this waiting room ends when the videoconference starts and the messages become regulated by us.

4.- It is impressive how Zoom is able to automatically record all the videoconferences that I hold weekly, in addition, all these recordings are accessible from the Zoom cloud, it is not necessary to save the recordings on the computer's hard drive, all that is saved in the Zoom cloud and remains accessible from any device, best of all, you're saving space on your computer by saving all those recordings in the cloud.

5.- Zoom sends constant reminders to the participants of a video conference. When the date of the planned video conference approaches, Zoom sends reminders via the mobile app and via email, this is great because the participants can be alert and remember to be punctual for the start time of the video conference.

During my experience with the Zoom service, there were more positive than negative characteristics, I have really enjoyed my stay and the videoconferences that I have had the opportunity to make with the help of Zoom, however, it is important to mention the negative characteristics that I have noticed during the videoconferences that I have made in Zoom, these are:

1.- There is no way to restrict access to the videoconference only to previously invited participants, anyone with the invitation link can access the videoconference even if they have not been previously invited during the planning of the event. This has turned out to be a real problem for us, since on some occasions, the link of one of our videoconferences has been leaked and intruders have entered who have not been in our previous planning. I would like Zoom to be able to limit access, allow only invited people to access the videoconference, it is a real hassle to have a hard time when an intruder enters our videoconference.

2.- Zoom Technical Support is not as efficient as it seems. When we started using the platform, we thought that Zoom had responsible support, since we saw that there were many help articles for customers, however, several times we have gone to the support team to ask some questions and it has taken more than 48 hours to give us an answer. The support must be more punctual, it would be excellent if they answered the doubts in less time.

3.- The Application for mobile devices turns out to be a bit heavy for some devices. I have had to buy a phone with more capacity since the application is quite heavy and consumes a lot of resources of my device when it is in the background.

The main benefit that we have obtained with Zoom is that everyone in our company has been able to create their own video conferences and attract an audience to our company. All the videoconferences that we have done with Zoom have been successful, and this has achieved a considerable ROI, since we have captured the attention of new clients thanks to the input they made in our videoconferences. We have been using Zoom for a little over a year and a half, and the results are remarkable throughout our company, we hold weekly video conferences through this medium, and customers directly access our video conferences, they can interact with us, ask us questions through real-time chat and much more.

Videoconferences are something that have revolutionized the digital world and that day after day help us to be able to interact more directly with people or with specific clients. What I like the most about Zoom is that it allows me to generate video conferences with up to 1000 participants, this is impressive! when we have a large group of clients willing to listen to our videoconferences, this function is key to be able to develop the conference without limits of participants. Another thing I love about Zoom is that it allows me to send regular notifications to registered participants in the video conference. When a client reserves his place in our videoconference, we can send emails periodically for several days so that the client is as attentive as possible to attend the videoconference at the indicated time. Finally, another of the features that I liked the most about Zoom is that Zoom automatically records all the videoconferences and sends a copy of it to all the participants, this is one of the most important features since all our Clients get a copy of the videoconference that took place at that time, they have a backup of the information that we share with them at that time so that they can see it when necessary. Sending copies of the recording of the videoconference is key for us, all our clients can have information at hand in an automated way in their inbox.

The main problem that I have presented in Zoom is that when we do a private video conference, anyone who has the direct link to the video conference will be able to access it. This is a problem because sometimes there have been intruders or people who try to harm our video conference, and the only solution we have found to this is to expel those people who harm our experience on the platform. Another thing that needs to be improved is that Zoom should have a broader free trial that allows a much longer videoconference to be held, currently only 40-minute videoconferences can be held, which seems very little time to me. They should extend the time as this would help new users to test the platform correctly, this is not an issue that affects us as we have a Zoom Payment plan, however it does affect new users.

Zoom is overall a complete video conferencing or meeting application, as it provides all the necessary features without charging a hefty amount for the subscription.

- Zoom helps in connecting to any meeting on the go, anywhere in the world.
- The meetings are quite secure as the host has pretty much all the controls.
- The user interface of the application is simple, and the best feature is that it is easy to navigate.
- It is available on all the platforms, from mobile to desktop to tablet.
- the application is overall quite robust and reliable to use.

- The mobile version of the application is not as intuitive to use as the computer version.
- The sound gets distorted when the computer is consuming system resources in the background.

Overall experience is quite good. The best features are one of that is screen sharing which works perfectly in every system. So it easy to make people understood to do practicals in the meeting itself.

Very easy to understand and handle. Anyone can run it without any difficulty we use zoom app daily for DSU meetings and other meetings because it is free and can join many members at a time. With its great feature and tools very easy to work on it.

Office meetings have been more satisfying and planned in a way in which everyone has participated no matter where they are. It is important to me that no one misses a meeting, especially if it is to present different key points that are important for the performance and development of the company. That is why we have adopted Zoom within my company to facilitate much more effective communication between all the workers that are within my company.

So I can say that I have saved a lot of time by being able to hold meetings almost instantly, as well as being able to schedule a meeting that suits the time or date of all the participants so that communication is strengthened and everyone participates in the information that is imparted within each meeting within my company. Also interactions with customers have improved by being able to have better communication skills more effective by being more present than a meeting in person.

+ I like how simple and modern the GUI is, it allows the ease of use of this platform, I am not only using Zoom in the business environment but also in my family environment and with my friends. The way in which I can make a call or video call with this platform allows me to connect with anyone of any age without getting lost along the way.

+ The feature that I liked the most and found useful during the pandemic was scheduling meetings with my employees and colleagues from the company. Since for obvious reasons we could not meet inside an office. However, this function was not only useful during the pandemic but also currently it is also useful for us since we do not waste time when an emergency meeting is needed since by simply checking with everyone's availability we can establish a time and there would only be No need to connect at the time of the meeting, no traffic problems or being late for long distances, everything can be done almost instantly.

+ It's very useful how I can share links to connect with others even if the meeting has started. I have had connection problems when I want to connect to a scheduled meeting, however, it has not been a problem to enter since with the simple fact of having the link I have been able to enter without problems.

+ I love the security that I have with this platform by having full control of the links that I share. I can put a security or that only specific users can enter without the need for credentials. This prevents intruders within a meeting since I have used several video call communication platforms and I have had problems with several people who have entered the meeting without any consent and without the possibility of establishing any security.

+ The audio and video quality is one of the best there is, even if the video becomes blurry the audio quality remains clear within the communication. So I liked this because if I don't want to spend data and I don't want to make videos, it's more practical to listen and I know that I have audio clarity without losing quality on slow connections.

I have found very few features of this platform as I found how simple it is to be able to connect with others with a couple of clicks regardless of operating system or device. It's just the little things that annoy me:

- You should be able to have control of what is the internet speed that this platform consumes when making a video call. I say this because it has happened that it consumes almost all the bandwidth of my internet, thus limiting the ability to use other applications or platforms since it slows down the internet when the quality is very high and I don't always need it to look good since just understanding what that the other person is telling me enough is enough. So I can also save data when I use the internet on my smartphone.

- I don't understand why the more people have their web cam activated, the video call becomes blurry. It's annoying because I usually see the participants on my screen as if they were a thumbnail, so it shouldn't consume so much internet from what I understand. Adjusting this and the aforementioned would be ideal for me to be able to manage my data when I am not at home or in my office with a Wi-Fi network.

- I would like it to have augmented reality, it would make things much easier when a client points out something about the video call, this in order to have better communication. With current augmented reality technologies it has many benefits and I don't understand why Zoom which was a pioneer during and after the pandemic hasn't implemented this feature. Although there is no longer such an impact with the virus, my company still uses Zoom for long-distance communication with clients and employees.

- Sometimes it disconnects when I am using Zoom with my smartphone, I don't know what the problem is, but I always keep the application in the latest version and I have checked if it was my device, but everything seems to be correct, I think there is a lack of stability due to I don't know if that part is due to the number of users within a call.

Overall, Zoom is a feature packed online meeting application which is available on all the major platforms. It is easy to use and has an attractive user interface.

- Security stays a concerning issue while using zoom as a primary online meeting application.

Overall, I enjoyed Zoom for the ease of meeting others. It made our days a lot more efficient now that we had the luxury of being able to meet others from the comfort of our own desks.

We began using Zoom heavily during the beginning of Covid and it served as a great way to meet all of our clients when the times did not allow for it.

My only gripe with Zoom was its functionality. At times, it was difficult to find what I needed and there were some features that were simply not there.

Before covid it was hard to imagine a world when important meetings could be held virtually, but here we are. It's the best software I've used for these purposes and a great solution for meetings where it's not common to have multiple people talking at the same time.

Zoom is reliable and so useful for team meetings when everyone can't be together, or doesn't need to be. Almost as good as meeting live.

Software is great but it can be a bit glitchy at times, which I'm sure is affected by Internet speeds. Sometimes audio is so-so when a few people try to talk at the same time because of sound delays and whatnot.

I got to know Zoom because of the boom of the pandemic and because of recommendations that friends, family and acquaintances made to me about how easy it was to use with video calls since its learning curve was not so steep, so I began to opt for it and apply it in all my environments (work and family) and I want to mention that it was and is the best solution I have had for long distance meetings. I can be clear that there are things that need to be polished but that has not stopped me from connecting with my partners, clients, co-workers and family through this platform without any problem in practically the majority of the cases in which I have used Zoom. To train staff within my work environment has been wonderful because it has kept me connected despite the distance of that person to whom I have a video call. Corporate meetings through Zoom videoconference have been and will be one of the best options that I will always have available thanks to how easy it is to exchange information and content. Our long-distance projects have been strengthened as productivity, connectivity and efficiency have improved, helping the company to grow. I also want to mention that within the company that I am currently working for, it has been beneficial since it has been possible to show clients who want to know a property and who are located a very long distance away, to be able to “visit” the place, to put it bluntly. somehow and that they can see the property without resorting to expensive trips or wasting time seeing the place and not liking it.

In my experience with this video conference platform I can say that its strong point is screen sharing, this has allowed me as a presenter to share content through the integration of Prezi with other users within a videoconference. The multiplatform is another reason why Zoom continues to attract my attention since it is accessible for Android, iOS, Desktop, Mac, web version, etc. This makes for a consistent experience for participants and presenters and there is no lack of users as it covers the video conferencing market very well. Before Zoom I have tested the quality in this case with other mobile applications with similar functions but in the end they do not convince me, they offer very little or they simply fail. Zoom has not only allowed me to stay connected in a work environment but also in family environments, giving me the possibility of using it in any circumstance that I want to connect through video calls with other people, having one more feature of not only multiplatform but also that it adapts to any person (regardless of age), topic or environment (work, family, educational). Last but not least, what made me choose this platform as the main one in video calls is the video and audio quality, there is only one small detail that I will leave within the negative points.

To begin with, Zoom has made things a lot easier for me, but there are aspects that need to be polished because, despite the fact that it is the best for me and my experience, it does not make it perfect, as well as the video and audio quality is excellent, so is consuming internet bandwidth, I mean by this that it requires a good and stable internet connection for everything to work correctly, otherwise the video begins to deteriorate to the point of being frozen as well as the audio quality begins to drop until you are inaudible to what the presenter or participants say. I would like it to be given as a type of configuration of some test event in order to learn more about the configuration and understand the environment well because in the past, despite the fact that I understood its basic use, I had many problems because I did not understand certain things that made me wasting time on a video conference.

Zoom is a very efficient service for any company, I recommend it without a doubt for any company that is looking for a way to hold videoconferences without any type of limit on the participants, I have made a comparison between this software and other software that are similar to him, and I have noticed that the vast majority of software that offers a videoconferencing system limits the number of participants, this does not happen within Zoom, this platform is quite optimal when it comes to allowing many participants in a videoconference. The experience that I have obtained within this platform has been good mainly because I am in prison, it is very necessary to have an optimal videoconferencing system, this platform has helped us to hold videoconferences with our clients, propose all kinds of services and carry out negotiations thanks to the videoconference In addition, we can also hold meetings for our work teams thanks to this platform, we can bring together the entire work team and the various employees of the company in the same place to share ideas and emotions. I love the activities that this platform has shown to have, I feel like using this platform as it can manage all the video conferences that are happening within my company without any complexity.

Zoom is a platform that helps when it comes to providing a videoconferencing system, I use this platform mainly to hold videoconferences within my project sector, with the participation of all company employees. The main objective that we had with this platform is to carry out all kinds of meetings and videoconferences and no type of limit of participants. The things I liked the most about this platform were:

1.- Zoom has a plan with unlimited participants for each video conference, this plan is very beneficial for all users, because you can hold a video conference without worrying about how many participants there are in it, you can incorporate more than 1500 participants without any type of problem, the videoconference will continue to be fluid and you will be able to talk with each of the participants without limit.

2.- The Chat that provides zoom within each videoconference is also a positive factor, this Chat allows you to send attached files within each message, as well as you can also send emoticons or stickers within each message, this helps communication to be much more diversified for users. It is also important to highlight that the file transfer system within each videoconference is very beneficial, you can upload a file to a videoconference and all the participants will be able to access it.

2.- The application for mobile devices works great, you can connect to a videoconference through an invitation link or by using a shared code, this application allows you to communicate with all those who are participating in a videoconference, it also allows you to send messages of Similar to the desktop version, the mobile version is available for iOS and Android, works great and consumes very little of your device's performance.

3.- This system offers shared screen starts, this means that within a videoconference you can share the screen of your computer or if you are doing it from your mobile device you can share the screen of your mobile phone. This function is very beneficial for everyone, for example, if you want to show the participants something that you have inside the computer, this is the indicated function.

4.- I also love that this platform offers a fairly large storage space in the cloud to store all the recordings of the video conferences or video calls that you make within it, in each video conference that you make you will have the option to record it, you just have to pressing a simple button will start recording, when the videoconference ends the recording will end, recording will be stored in the cloud and you can access it from any device.

During my experience with Zoom I have had various positive factors, I have obtained a fairly optimal videoconference at all times, in addition, I have been able to manage the participants autonomously, however, I must also mention some negative things about this platform, such as:

1.- By using a high quality for each videoconference, this can result in high consumption if you are using mobile data within your cell phone, for example, if you are making a videoconference from your mobile device, and you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network. Fi, the consumption within the mobile data was quite high. This is a very negative function since sometimes we are not connected to a Wi-Fi network, and if you are one of those people who is always using mobile data, I do not recommend using this platform since it will be a very high consumption for mobile data .

2.- There is no way to modify the quality in which you can download the recordings that you have made of your videoconferences, it is a very negative lack since, as I mentioned previously, all the recordings are saved in the cloud, and when downloading them, there is no way to modify the quality of each of them, having a function to modify the quality would help us to be able to transfer these Videos or recordings to any other place without having to wait so long or get a very heavy video, it would be amazing to be able to get the video in a moderately good quality to transfer it to another place without problems.

Zoom video meeting is a fantastic product with high quality video and audio features. Highly recommended. It has excellent features like screen sharing, useful control features, excellent chat features, quality integration with multiple applications and many more.

Zoom is video communication is an excellent product and can not be easily compared with such similar products due to its high quality audio and video features. I mostly use it for my students to take online classes. This product provides great screen sharing and chat features. I highly recommend this product for use.

Zoom video meeting communication software has few weaknesses. When the participants increase the video and audio quality goes down. Its premium version is also little costly but good.

Zoom is an exceptional video conferencing platform. It is reliable and provides a great deal of administrative control for meetings. Zoom works well on all platforms and has become the standard product of its kind.

Zoom has become the generic word for video conferencing for good reason - it works and works well. Our school has done 1000's of meetings since COVID moved us to remote learning and Zoom didn't miss a beat. Video was fast and reliable even with many participants. Teachers understood hosting controls and how to integrate Airpods and Apple TV's into the meetings with ease. The Zoom client is constantly being updated and Zoom has addressed the needs of school security and restrictions.

Zoom has gone through some major revisions in the past few years. It's been great to see security addressed as well as restrictions for meetings but it has taken time. Being the largest video conferencing platforms does make Zoom a target for mischief but they do seem to be one step ahead of every security issue.
