Zoom has grown many business in a great way, it has been helping many to contribute in progress of the business regardless their absence.
It is a simple to implement software that needs minimal or no training to new users.
It records the conversation/meeting for sharing or later use.

Ability to facilitate one-on-one conversation.
Clear and audible video and audio conferences.
Support online live chat, file sharing and involves all members regardless their physical presence.
Ease of use.

Nothing negative to complain, Zoom software has all we needed under one roof.

Overall - I would highly recommend ZOOM to everyone working from home, taking classes from home, or simply wanting to connect with others.

With the pandemic - ZOOM has become indispensable - and I for one can see why. They have created a system that makes it a breeze to have a virtual meeting with anyone in the world. The setup is easy and intuitive and the features they offer make using the software easy.

If I had to choose one thing that I don't like it would be the lack of being able to have a meeting with others on other platforms. This, however, is not a deal breaker for me.

Zoom has allowed us to solve major problems related to remote work and social distancing. Our work doesn't have to stop just because we are not in the same city, and coordinating efforts doesn't have to wait until we are all together. It is an excellent tool to encourage teamwork. Finally, its extensive integration power with other applications allows us to improve the way our teams communicate and ensures constant access to information which helps everyone stay on top of things. I could only recommend to conference moderators to keep track of who is coming and going. It is easy to monitor attendance and use the necessary tools to keep conferences running smoothly.

Of the video conferencing applications, Zoom has to be one of the easiest I've used. It's straightforward to start conferences, keep track of who joins and stay in. Its feature to record the discussions makes it great for seminars and important meetings that you need to get back to.

I can't say I dislike this program, easy to use, extremely useful, and very few problems.

When it comes to collaboration software Zoom has proven to be one of the most user friendly titles that is turning into a household name.

Zoom is one of the most pleasant collaboration programs on the market today. Most other software requires that you have a full-time administrator and/or IT staff to help support your end-users, but that's not the case with Zoom. I have found that installing the software takes little or no effort and once it's installed your users find it simple to use.

The only issues we have experienced with this software is with the uptime. When it works, it works great but when the service goes down it seems to affect all users/organizations.

Overall most people I've worked with can use Zoom. Even the users that are not tech savvy can figure out its interface. It is a great tool for communicating and I have yet to have a need that Zoom features can not meet.

Zoom beats the competition when it comes to the use of its interface. It is easy to use and the quality is great most of the time. You can have a brief video call with a free account or you can choose to have a paid account that can be cancelled any time. There are free training videos to assist with Zoo features and standard usage.

Much like anything that uses internet bandwidth, If there are too many callers, the quality can be glitchy. Using Zoom on the computer is easier than on the phone or tablet. The menu options are sort of hidden on the phone and tablet and when you slide to open then, often the camera is paused.

It’s a great platform to use and super easy to use! I think it’s definitely better than alternatives such as FaceTime or Skype.

At first there were issues with people intruding on meetings, that has mostly gone away with passwords.

During my COVID quarantine, I relied on Zoom to keep me connected to my loved ones and friends. I was regularly able to attend meetings and did not feel like I was missing out on something (other than the in-person hugs).

On a professional note, when scheduling work meetings, I know the meeting attendees appreciate being able to click a link to join. On a more personal note, I appreciate the steps in place to make sure that the meetings I attend are secure and cannot be easily hacked.

Using Zoom seems to be easier when using a PC versus and mobile phone.

Zoom is an incredibly useful tool and is simple to use. Its functionality is much better compared to the competition.

It is very easy to set up an account and start using it. The user interface is easy to learn and setting up a meeting is not difficult at all.

Sometimes audio issue would occur while chatting. However this may be due to a connection issue not an issue with Zoom.

I have used Zoom for business and I have used it for social gatherings when we could not meet in person. Zoom truly has made it easy for both business and family in all kinds of situations.

I really cannot think of cons - other than when another person in the meeting uploads a background. Sometimes the backgrounds can be very distracting so in meetings I am a part of, I usually ask those joining me to not use a background. Other than that, Zoom is great.

Zoom has been very useful during quarantine, and for catching up with people I can’t see everyday. The free version has a generous amount of features.

Using Zoom became a savior of having meetings and accomplishing the goals of the meeting by following an agenda without being face to face. Inexperienced computer or smart phone users were easily taught how to use Zoom.

Zoom made it possible for my Rotary club to continue our weekly meetings, even though we could not meet in person due to COVID-19. The Zoom meeting were well attended and the audio and video quality were very good. Using Zoom on a smartphone was so very beneficial also.

Using Zoom took effort to become effective, both as a Host and an attendee. It was not comfortable asking questions about Zoom during an actually Zoom meeting.

Overall, Zoom is a great tool to have if you are wanting to hose a virtual 1 on 1 meeting, or a team meeting of 10+ people in multiple locations.

Zoom is pretty easy to use and allows for meetings in multiple locations. Gives you the ability to ask and answer questions in the chatbox.

One major con is that it does not integrate with Outlook, such as Teams does.

We use Zoom to communicate with both our manufacturing partners and our retail customers. Because we are a music store, we require a high quality audio and have attached an advanced microphone setup that allows for instruments to be played and not clip the audio settings. Although this started out of necessity during the pandemic we will continue to use this valuable tool going forward.

Zoom is easy to use and adapt to our specific needs. We were able to attach a high quality mic and camera setup to better communicate with our customers.

While the program is easy for tech-savvy people, it does present some challenges for people who are not used to using technology in this way. In large meetings that can be a bit distracting. I wonder if a simplified user interface option would help with this?

I have been using zoom for a long time now it's very easy to use and connect with just a simple login.
You can also connect as a guest and attend the meeting.

Overall, this video communications tool saved many events in 2020 by allowing virtual meetings and gatherings. The software works well, responds to customer needs, and is easy for everyone from CEOs to Grandparents to use.

Zoom has been a staple during the pandemic for video communications. My family uses it every holiday to "get together," and several companies and professional organizations I work with use it for everything from daily meetings to virtual training classes to entire conferences. The platform is flexible and easy to use, and breakout rooms are great for more intimate networking during a large Zoom call or event.

The only downside I have experienced with Zoom is uninvited people being able to access the meeting (aka Zoom bombing). This happened before Zoom's security upgrades and the problem has gone away.

Overall, Zoom is the best video meeting application for both personal and professional use. The tools are enough for any use case, and also the subscription is affordable.

1. After recent updates, Zoom automatically slows down the screen sharing and creates disturbance in audio to save resource when other application is running along with it.

I liked how easy it was for me to download and start using zoom. The quality of the video was also great!

There wasn't anything I would say is wrong with zoom.

Overall its been pretty smooth, the breakout rooms function is great, and the whiteboard function has been really great as well where we can all share ideas for everyone to see.

Super smooth stream, use it all the time for community virtual catch ups. I rarely experience lags.

The time limit for the free basic package can get annoying, and sometimes I have to rename myself in the chat box due to the name reverting to the name I first used when I used Zoom.
