Zoom has really helped me stay in touch both personally and professionally during the pandemic. It's opened doors of communication that I will incorporate even when we go back to "normal". It makes telecommuting open to everyone and that has been a great blessing!

Zoom is easy to use and easy to install. As a small business I don't have an IT department behind me to make sure things work. I love that I can just log on and have quick meetings were face to face is important. Even in my area where internet coverage can be spotty it is very dependable. I have even had virtual baby showers and family reunions using Zoom!

I don't have anything that doesn't work. All of my experiences have been positive.

Zoom is the most simple and clean out of any online meeting software. Easy to use for older folks for sure compared to other things like webex or skype. Very user friendly.

Very intuitive user interface. Setting up meetings is a breeze, and functions such as screen share, live chat, etc. are simple to use. Plenty of security and host features to allow enterprises to take full control of their meetings.

Very few cons come to mind. It perhaps lacks some of the seamless integration a major competitor has with its teleconferencing platform and its suite of office applications, but Zoom more than makes up for this with its superior user interface.

Since I never go into the office, Zoom meetings are my primary means of communicating with my manager and teammates.

I use Zoom 5 days a week and I love it! I work from home in my office and my team keeps a Zoom meeting running all day.

Amazing software that is very necessary in the modern age. Even with just being spread out, it allows people on our board to meet across distances that normally wouldn't be simple. And while phone calls can happen, seeing people's face is a wonderful return to some form of normalcy. Zoom helps facilitate that.

Running a small business and a nonprofit is difficult in ordinary times, and exceptionally difficult in a pandemic. Zoom has allowed me to coordinate with people and continue meetings as though nothing has changed over the last year and a half from logistics point of view. Working with passionate people who want to stay safe is allowed to bridge those two competing objectives and zoom makes that possible.

I wish there were more free options for NPO size. It doesn't make sense for us to pay for an account when we meet every other month, but we do not fall under the maximum size of a free account

This has been a staple for us for the last 18 months. We have tried other systems and keep coming back to zoom for it's overall ease of use and reliability.

Full featured, easy to use and the image and audio quality is great. We have very little trouble with others being able to join our meetings. The outlook add-in is a great tool.

Not much. The internet connection speed seems to be the biggest issue and that is not a Zoom problem.

Overall, It is a considerable option for video calling meetings and seminars. The customer support is also good with less response time.

Zoom is an all around great product, very user friendly, for all types of people with varying experience levels, and it is easy to open and start quickly which is a really important feature for a meeting platform.

Zoom is easy to use, and also easy to explain to others, even older ones who do not have as much experience with newer technology platforms. I also like the app and how easy it is to login, and to access frequently visited meeting rooms.

There really isn't much I don't like about zoom. I think the functionality is pretty on point!

We have been using the Zoom app for about 2 years now for interviewing applicants in other states but when covid hit last year we found ourselves using much more. I can say that I cannot think of any cons and we have not had any! From the user and user end along with the pricing and specs it's a win win.

Pricing and ease of use. We use Zoom for meetings and doing interviews, Easy to use and set up meeting on computer, laptop or mobile device. Easy for end users with little to no experience on using as well.

Zoom isn't as much fun to use as some similar platforms. Also the 40 min limit can be annoying.

This product was very easy to use ! We have moved our video conferencing calls to Zoom and it has been easy to use, easy for multiple parties to connect too. Support for the product was easy to find, although we didn't need to use much after the first time.

Something that Zoom Meetings manages to do very well, is to facilitate the recording of our sessions, where we can invite as many people as the plan we got (the basic one) allows us, so the interactions in each session are varied, and generally positive in terms of length. We like that the split-screen scheduling feature allows us to do simultaneous operations and show them to the others.

In situations like the current pandemic caused by covid-19, software like zoom meetings becomes essential to keep the team working in sync. The reach we can get with this platform is very high, since we can have many members within our screen sharing rooms, and we can create private conversations.

The zoom platform tends to randomly terminate conferences if there is no stable internet connection, instead of leaving them on hold indefinitely in case it is fixed. In addition to this the video image can freeze, and there can be sound dropouts, so it is important to check the chat room settings before each meeting.
