Zoom giving us a great opportunity to continue to perform daily, monthly, yearly routines. For the last year, we held 12 Board Meetings and an Annual General Meeting for Owners of Condominium via the Zoom platform.

Since the pandemic hit our normal life, we are no longer allowed to hold physical Board Meetings, however, we such a great platform like Zoom we didn't miss any Board Meeting for the last year. Excellent product quality.

I have nothing to write here, everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

With Zoom, we no longer have issues with setting up and conducting online meetings. The tool works well and I like the ease of setting up the meeting and joining.

I like Zoom for many reasons. First, it is easy to use. Secondly, the tool is resourceful in that there are many features.
The tool is affordable.
The quality of video and audio is out of question.
Integration with other software is easy.

They should implement a low bandwidth choice for poor connections because not all the time we and our customers have the best connectivity and it slows us down, sometimes it is difficult to connect and join because of these details.

Zoom is an amazing application with many uses. The general zoom is an excellent video conferencing device. I liked the ability of the host to control meetings and participants. Anyone with a room ID and password can join meeting from any supported platforms. Overall, Zoom is a very practical tool for business meetings.

Business presentation sharing is super easy on the Zoom meeting platform. You can join meeting directly from the integrated calendar app. It has a user-friendly UI on both of its platforms. Voice chat works quite good also screen sharing is great.

Audio stops coming when minimized and opened Zoom platform.

Data security may be a concern! Not sure about the rumours. They need to clear the air.

Zoom has given me the possibility to stay connected with others, helping me to maintain relationships with my clients and work team regarding projects or other work related things. I have also kept in touch with my family and friends thanks to this platform since the quarantine has prevented me from having close relationships, however Zoom has been a solution. Before the quarantine, I also used Zoom for clients in other countries such as China, Spain, Germany, among others, since due to travel problems it had not been possible to set up a day for meetings but with Zoom everything is more direct and simple for me and my clients without having to learn a lot from this platform.

It offers quality in relation to audio and video, allowing me to have a more fluid conversation with people at a distance. Latency is not a problem in any device or for any person, it is stable and also safe since it has administrative permissions that help to manage who enters and who does not. I can use Zoom through browsers or the mobile application and to enter a video conference it does not require a Zoom registration if the owner of the room so wishes. Zoom provides a space in which its interface is friendly for any new user, so I can say that it is very simple to use and to be able to connect with others through a video call. I can tile all the participants who use the video camera and be able to my presentation on a single giant screen for everyone to see and I can also move my presentation anywhere. It is very simple to be able to share a link with others so that they enter the room and it is also very simple to program it.

Many users, which I have had the ease of being able to connect with them through Zoom, have notified me that my video conference with them has been suddenly disconnected regardless of the internet connection, this error has happened to me a lot when there are a large number of users talking and using their cameras at the same time and you have to go back in to continue the chat. At first I have had problems getting used to screen sharing since I see a notification or something that tells me that I am not doing it, it should be a more interactive interface. There is a lot of background noise or hum with some of the users using Zoom, I wish there was an option to automatically minimize that noise and make the audio clearer and cleaner for a smooth and seamless conversation. Sometimes there is poor synchronization with the audio when there are many participants in the room.

The level of interaction we have found with our team of vendors and developers in general has been just what we needed to get our project off the ground properly. Zoom has not only improved the way we communicate, but has also proven to offer reliable and easy to administer security methods.

In Zoom, calls can be as long as you want without overloading the platform, or without problems occurring during the development of a meeting, such as loading information from documents to view them live, or the interconnection of several screens if we are going to work in a group.

Zoom does not have good integrations with sales software, unlike other services that have their own suites oriented to the management and development of seminars or online classes. This does not mean that with zoom we cannot run group classes, but if we do, there will be no possibility of applying research tools, such as tests.

I am overall pleased with all of the services that Zoom has to offer across the board. I will definitely be using Zoom with all my customers.

Depending on internet connection. sometimes Zoom may be laggy.

I dare say most everyone has become familiar with Zoom over the past year. Whether on my phone or my laptop, it's been a great way of staying connected with others.

Easy to use interface allows for seamless meetings with others. Many great features for meeting online and not have to be in person.

The only con I have is the time limit for each meeting. But starting another meeting after the time has ended is no problem.

Zoom has all your tools to help your day to day meetings run smoothly. I highly recommend to anyone.

This is probably the best video calendar service ever. Quality, ease of use, options and web page are great!

I have yet to run into any cons. During covid shut down this was the best life line.

The pros outweigh the cons and I think that speaks for itself. This is a free app that you can use as team member.

- Breakout room is confusing to use. This is the only con, I think there are better ways but not bad.

Overall, Zoom is an easy to use application that can be used by any individual without any technical knowledge required to use it.

- It does not consume a lot of system memory while running can be used on a low-end system smoothly.
- The user interface of the application makes it very easy to keep track and see every participant.
- Screen sharing features works without any lags.

- There are some bugs in some features and it makes the application jittery while using them, for example - using a mic while sharing the screen.
- While using zoom for video conferences there is always a concern for the security.

Overall, Zoom is one of the best software for web meetings. It provides all the features needed in an online meeting. It is also available on all the platforms.

Generally zoom has become the standard in remote meetings-- though it has been used in the professional industry for awhile it has suddenly exploded in popularity due to the pandemic. Feature wise it is rich and easy to use, though advance users will be able to quickly customize it to their needs via sub account management. Security has been upgraded and now with the various subaccount management, user management is easier.

Absolutely love this software. I can’t imagine going through my day without being able to use this software.

I love that it makes remote communication simple. You’re able to have easy video calls instantly and I rely on it every single day.

Sometimes it can be challenging when talking at the same time as someone, but I think that’s just how video calls are.

A software for virtual meetings. Can even conduct webinars with it with admins having rights such as to mute users. Great software especially during the pandemic.

Easy to use. Functions such as virtual background and sharescreen are perfect for meetings. Software is also smooth and rarely experienced lag.

40 mins limit of group meeting for free user. Another way is to start another meeting after time is up.

Zoom really helped us keep the team together and keep everybody connected during these crazy times, not only for meetings but also social events. I believe Zoom had a big contribution in my team keeping an eye on each others mental health while everybody was dealing with the pandemic.

It was super easy to install and get all our team members on the same platform within 30 minutes. The online tutorials are extremely helpful.

The negative publicity surrounding Zoom mid 2020 made it difficult to keep all team members excited about using Zoom.
