Zoom is recommended to the public. It allowed us from the beginning to be able to interact with remote teams and with shared data. Quite beneficial for meetings with a lot of people, although it sometimes sounds distorted.

It is one of the few that has the ability to video chat and also one of the few that allows us to manually change the background image of the chat in which we are. You can share the control of each data presented by each client or advisor to have a better management. We were able to remove the cross-communication obstacles that we had with other software, making the use of Zoom more feasible. We can have live meetings, previously we could not.

We reviewed the mobile version and it has many bugs. They should update the recording function from the mobile version, this function is quite necessary. The web option lacks the zoom in and zoom out options. It is also not possible to share the screen to two users at the same time.

This app is user-friendly including my children that are in elementary are able to use this. It’s very easy to set up and it’s self-explanatory of how this app worksThere’s no problem with this app this app works very well. Will continue to use.

I like that I can use zoom anywhere I can use it on my computer I can use it on my tablet or on my phone. I like that the picture comes in very clear and there’s no lagging. I like that it has the option to mute yourself or mute the camera.

Whether you want to gather a small group of people or a large group of people, Zoom feels almost necessary in this day and age. Without Zoom, some of the problems we would encounter are how to easily contact customers and team members. We like the ability to send links and talk to them quickly. It also seems to have a better participation rate for customers who may not be willing to provide a phone number but want to chat. Having this feature is very useful, and it seems that because many other people are already using it, even if we have other solutions, Zoom is almost considered the preferred platform for calling/chat.

It is easy to integrate with your organization's existing workflow. I’ve integrated it with Google Calendar and our company’s Slack channel, which really speeds up the time it takes me to book meetings. They are also updated weekly to provide excellent new features to help your organization work remotely. It's even easier. It allows us to easily do what we originally wanted to do. With screen sharing, remote access and other functions, collaboration becomes easy.

If it is an organizational account, the administrator can impose many restrictions on what you can and cannot perform with your Zoom account. Sometimes, when using multiple monitors, the window can be a bit strange

Despite the complications that I have presented when sharing files with the participants of my videoconferences, I consider having had a totally complete experience which has helped me to communicate with all the participants directly. Currently, we use Zoom in our company as the main open communication mechanism, to hold all kinds of meetings and to hold videoconferences with clients. I am satisfied with the quality and the guarantee of work that Zoom has provided me during all this time and the stability that it has provided me in each video conference.

Zoom is one of the platforms that has brought the most benefits to my company since we started using it as an online communication mechanism. One of the things I like the most about Zoom is that it has a perfect video conference organization, Zoom has the ability to consistently send notices to emails that subscribe to a video conference, send notices to report how much time is left for start a video conference, in this way all subscribers can have direct access to the video conference at the exact moment. Also, another thing I love about Zoom is that it has a great "screen sharing" system during every video conference. The screen sharing functionality is very beneficial for us because it makes our video conferences even more complete and we can share more information with each of the participants, the quality of the screen sharing is amazing.

One of the things I really don't like about Zoom is the file transfer or file sharing that it offers me at every video conference. For all videoconferences it is necessary to share files or documents with the participants, because in this way everyone can have access to the same information at the same moment, however, uploading files in Zoom is quite slow and causes us to have problems at the time of sharing various files with the participants of our videoconferences. I wish I had a better file transfer system that allows me to share files in just an instant.

Zoom is great and I would highly recommend. They have things to approve but nothing shy of great. Give it a try.

Great for video communication, fun and unique filters to spice up calls. Zoom was a staple for the pandemic communication team.

Can be very confusing to operate the mute button, also has problems dropping calls from time to time.

Let's face it, Zoom was ready for a pandemic while other providers struggled to add capacity for their users. Not a fault to the others, because no one expected a pandemic, but it forced us to switch to Zoom.

Zoom is built for video conferencing and because their backend network is built for low latency video, it can now support their UCaaS offering as well. The interface is simple, easy to navigate, and attractive. Its tech for backgrounds is great. Overall, a focused and niche product.

There are security concerns as it pertains to zoom, and while they have seemingly addressed those concerns, we are hesitant to expand our relationship for now.

I adapted too quickly to all the functionalities of Zoom, I managed to learn in just a few days, how this platform works and what I had to do to be able to communicate with my colleagues in the company where I work. Currently, I use Zoom to communicate with my friends and also for my work area, this platform has offered stability in all the videoconferences or video calls that I have made, and I have also been able to interact with people with excellent video quality and excellent streaming audio.

The Zoom interface is quite comfortable, I can interact with the people I want, with just one click, and I can also hold group meetings with a few simple steps. I am very satisfied with what Zoom has provided me and with the methodology it uses to connect with my colleagues.

The interface structure that Zoom has is quite attractive, its system is very well designed to provide great comfort for any user. During my experience, I noticed that Zoom has the following positive factors or characteristics:

1.- It has excellent connectivity without the need for a fast internet connection. Zoom does not require a lot of speed to be able to connect a call between several people, it is only enough that it is stable, so that the call can be made successfully, compared to other platforms that require a lot of speed to initiate the call.
2.- It has a very attractive and organized user panel, where you can view all the contacts added to the list and you can also view the call history, and on the right side, a chat that you can use with any user from Zoom.
3.- The app for mobile devices is quite compact and has very well organized sections. This App is also stable for calls, the best thing about this App is that you can stay connected to the videoconference or the call, while using some other application.

Zoom is a fairly complete platform when it comes to making video conferences and video calls, however, there are several negative characteristics that directly affect user performance, these characteristics are:

1.- Zoom offers bad file sharing. I have had problems transferring files, always the files that I try to share with someone take a long time to upload, and I have to wait around 5 minutes for it to upload, despite the fact that I have good internet connectivity.
2.- When users are in a videoconference, they have the option of changing their name, I really don't like this, because any user can impersonate a person who is not, and cause confusion. I would like that the name cannot be changed, in order to avoid any intruder in the videoconference.

Zoom has been invaluable to my work during socially-distanced, forced, virtual engagement. I work in the non-profit industry so most of our engagement would usually happen in person but due to the pandemic, have had to shift to virtual engagement exclusively. Zoom has been a primary tool we've used for meetings and events. Likewise, I've also held social events like birthday parties, baby showers, and celebration events on Zoom this year and have been able to simulate many of the same opportunities that in-person events allow.

There are many evolving features that Zoom has to offer. The chat feature is amongst the most utilized and useful of those features. The newly added virtual background additions have really met the need of many people (such as myself) who work from home and like to keep my private space hidden. Additionally, the ability to break out into small groups is invaluable for the types of interactive work and social engagements that I coordinate regularly. Lastly, the poll feature is another interactive feature that helps keep discussions lively and engaging.

Zoom does not have a built in white board so participants have to navigate to other websites in order to participate.

Life saver in the pandemic. We could run our team meetings via zoom and even client calls too without any trouble. It was always seamless.

Of all the video conferencing platforms available, Zoom has the ability to host bigger groups with less interruption and does not require accounts with all attendees but does lack ease of use for menu navigation.

Overall Zoom has been a great tool during the pandemic to connect with both coworkers and friends and family.

Zoom is one of the best tools to facilitate working from home. The links are easy to send out and troubleshooting is easy.

With the ability of most anyone to download and use this software Zoom was a vital tool. Being able to connect to both Colleagues and Customers for a clear line of communication helped us stay in contact and never miss a beat.

When the pandemic hit Zoom allowed meetings to be conducted with minimal interruption. The ability to use this service helped to maintain a communication line that was vital.

Software glitches sometimes meant having to reconnect or download the app again.

Overall, even though Zoom has a really slow file transfer system, I find Zoom still a platform with great potential, because it can communicate across multiple business environments in seconds, and with incredible fluidity. Zoom is very easy to use, its interface is very easy to adapt to all types of users, and it also provides unsurpassed video quality and audio transmission.

I love that Zoom has video quality higher than 1080p, because I can communicate with anyone in my company with truly amazing fluency and quality. Another thing I like is that it adapts perfectly to my mobile device, and I can communicate with my colleagues from my cell phone while being anywhere.

Me negative review goes directly to the file and document transfer system that Zoom offers me during video conferences, because the system is too slow to upload or download any files, which forces me to use another third-party method to transfer files while communicating with my colleagues.

ZOOM came in handy when the pandemic hit! We had my mom and son's birthday party through ZOOM. We were able to see family and eat together over the period of having to social distance. I've been on many meetings and it works greatly.

Great for meetings, events, etc. You can join by phone, tablet, or computer which is awesome and extremely convenient! You have the option to be on or off video which is great because you can still engage.

I honestly don't have any cons for ZOOM. I love it so far and it's very useful.
