Zoom is hands down the best video conference software/platform I have come across. My favorite thing about Zoom is its seamless video streaming during the conference. The digital note tool integration is practically very useful. Its interface is visually beautiful.

No third party integration for meeting attendance.

Zoom is a very productive online meeting tool. We use Zoom to attend meeting flawlessly. It provides a great standard of service. We had an overall positive experience with it. It delivers many inbuilt integrations to attend a hasslefree meeting.

I don’t know what we would have done without Zoom during those last months of the school year...and considering the state of affairs with this lingering virus, I imagine we will soon be looking to Zoom for help once again. Thanks for being there when we needed you!

When the quarantine hit, teachers had to go into emergency plan mode. The problem was that we could never imagine an emergency that would require us to teach and communicate with our students completely on line! Enter Zoom to save the day. Students and staff all learned how to use Zoom quickly and our new way of providing instruction and support was born.

I had heard of security issues with Zoom, but in all the months with all the meetings, I never experienced any issues. Many of our classes password protected the meetings so there was no unauthorized access, but eve when we didn’t use password feature, we were able to utilize the waiting room feature so no one ever entered without invitation.

I love Zoom. Especially recently when COVID has made in person meetings difficult it has been a life saver. Even their free version is very viable if you are looking for a Video conference software.

I love the Microsoft Outlook integration. Whenever I set up a meeting it automatically sets up an email to invite email and add it to my calendar. I also like how well it works even when your wifi or internet is slow. I have used it on a less than optimal Hotel wifi to jump into Zoom calls and never had any issues with audio or video quality.

It can be very finicky to get it to work through your browser. If you dont mind using the desktop app (which is fine by me) it shouldnt be a problem, however getting it run in Chrome has been hit or miss for me.

The Zoom API for your business is huge. It allows you to create Zoom meetings from your website forms, apps, or other services, like G Suite. Our team is now able to easily generate Zoom meetings based on calendar availability. We also allow our clients to schedule future meetings to facility online depositions. One click and done.

Documentation is acceptable, but not great.

The meeting recording features are vanilla and not great.

There is no option to host multiple meetings simultaneously. This means every person can only host one meeting at a time.

The meeting recording feature focuses on the presenter. If a Speaker shares a screen, the meeting will record the Speaker as a small, picture-in-picture window. This happens even if you're setup to use Dual Monitors and can see both the Speaker and the Shared Screen, one on each screen.

For connecting student batch wise, we can create different rooms and can provide meeting code to different students. File sharing also very easy. control the audience and other features are very good. sound quality is fine and integrate with some office software's make it good to use.

In the current situation of covid, zoom helps in managing our operations remotely. It helps in connecting with our students and provide their notes digitally. Its meeting creation with specific peoples helps in communicating all of the students at same time.

Only that good speed internet is required at both ends for buffer free video streaming. No other problem is faced.

Would definitely recommend Zoom as the premier online communication tool out there - works great for me.

Zoom has always been reliable - I never have many issues with entering calls or lag time which is super nice. Features are simple and easy to use.

Cost structure for recurring meetings. It's pricey compared to alternatives.

Overall it is very easy to use and it helps in every situation it has pretty good pricing and it has support available which most of the apps lack in supporting.

I like its interface and other things like all the options which help getting official work done as well as other few things.

It should have better way to share the joining ID and password.

Overall, I would recommend using Zoom for business meetings and looking for another video calling tool for casual meetings.

Zoom provides a very reliable video communication tool for business purposes. It’s consistently delivered a high quality video stream for the duration of our meetings.

Zoom feels very official, even with their emojis. My team is hesitant to use it for any casual meetings because it makes those feel too official.

I have really enjoyed using Zoom. Very easy to use, easy to set up a meeting. Love the integration with Outlook.

There are many things to love about this software. First, the call quality is great. I love the gallery view. But my favorite part is the ease of use; just click the link and join the meeting.

I have tried several and Zoom is definitely the most user friendly online platform for meetings. It's simple to sue and has many useful functions. Much better breakout rooms than Google Meet.

I like the simplicity of this application. It is very easy to install and make the video call. You just need to send the invitation link to the person you want to talk to and get the conversation going. The application have less features compared to its competitors. The application does not feel solid while using and it gives you a feeling that the security aspect is not taken proper care of. It needs strong Internet connection for good quality video streaming.

Overall, my experience with Zoom has been excellent. I know there were earlier security concerns, although those seem to have been resolved. I hope they continue to provide more guidance and documentation as they improve the system, but it's still currently the easiest video meeting program to use.

Zoom is incredibly easy to use, but it's still pretty feature-rich. Providing users with personal meeting room links allows anyone to gather people online quickly, and screen sharing and session recording are intuitive.

While I appreciate that Zoom regularly updates its software, those updates sometimes lead to UI changes that can throw off users. Not all of these changes are explained, and really useful features like the settings to optimize sharing video clips at high quality are buried at the bottom of the sharing screen.

When the pandemic started, I was forced to teach a class for adults at a local art center online. I've attended webinars, but I wasn't sure how teaching online would work. It's been great, people are happy not to have to travel to the building!

Ease of use, very stable, I've had very little trouble with people getting a reliable connection. Everyone is able to see each other for discussions, I can share my screen to do demos and I have students share their screen I and other students can see their work.

Cloud storage for recordings is costly. It would be nice if everyone would share their screen at the same time. My students paint on their iPads, so it would be nice to see their faces at one time and then see all of their screens instead while they are working.

Video conferencing has historically sucked, to say the least. Zoom seems to have solved most, if not all, of those problems

Best video quality of all video conferencing software on the market; great design so there's no confusion on muting and turning your camera on and off. Screen share is very clear

Security is a huge risk right now, especially with the news of them routing traffic through China recently and not even knowing it. Definitely worried that it's a target for bad actors since so many people are using it right now

We love ZOOM. Even when we resume in-person meetings, it will remain an important tool for conferencing.

Easy to get used to and navigate. Not sure how we would manage effectively without its speed and functionality. Appreciate very much the chat function so we can present ideas or ask questions on the side without interrupting an active speaker.

The sound interruptions where an active speaker is cut off and silenced temporarily by another sound can be frustrating.

The overall experience is great, the quality of the stream is standard and smooth even on an average internet connection, has a good range of addons and subscriptions that can suit the users' needs.

It can host meetings with every room supporting up to 10 thousand members(based on subscription), the free tier for 40 minutes per meet is very sufficient for most online meetings and also the pricing is fair.

Only supports 720p max resolution, needs users to download an app.

Having this platform was vital for me moving my pilates classes online during the pandemic.

Easy to use, very easy for clients to connect. I like that clients don't have to make an account to connect with a business.

I wish I could embed videos from time to time so my clients can have access to fitness if I'm not available.
