Zoom is the BMW of video conferencing. They keep improving the experience. I produce a Zoom show every other week, and people trust the platform.

Head and shoulders above the competition in terms of user experience. Best audio for musicians like myself. Best beauty face for vain people like myself. Handles volume better than Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and the rest.

The webinar capacity upgrades are pricey for my budget/uses.

I would certainly recommend zoom to anyone hoping to host or attend a meeting online. Again, has been a great tool to connect with others, professionally and casually.

I prefer zoom because it is universally accepted and I am able to meet with those that I need to, despite their email or where they are. It makes connecting with others easy and convenient.

The time limit can be inconvenient sometimes but helps keep me on track and concise during my meetings.

Zoom is a great tool to host meetings within your company. Whether your staff is in the same building or in different countries, this allows an easy way to get together to share information in a more personal way than an email allows.

Sometimes the voice quality is poor.
Some people are uncomfortable using webcams.

Zoom is the industry standard for a reason: it works. It's great. Sound and video quality are always spot on (as long as connection is strong), screens are easy to navigate and the interface is intuitive. The paid accounts are a good value for what you get. I heart Zoom!

So easy to set up meetings, not confusing with time zones at all, multiple options for sending out invitations and/or adding events to your own calendar. An absolute breeze to work with.

Things got a little more restrictive for free accounts after the pandemic started but nothing that's too difficult to wok around thus far.

Prior to COVID we would maybe do 1 video call a month, now we're doing 6-7 a day and Zoom is a critical piece of our business and we're very pleased!

Like most, with COVID our business is now 100% virtual and Zoom allowed us to easily continued meeting and not skip a beat with clients. Super user friendly and integrates well with our calendars and systems.

Little things like the password and security issues but they are more due to COVID and the rapid growth than the platform capabilities.

Overall, Zoom offers a great platform to organize meetings and webinars with easy and simple UI and comes at a low price point compared to other alternatives.

-The best thing about Zoom is that it is available on almost all the platform so get a seamless experience.
-The UI is smooth and responsive, and you don't get to see lags even with many members.
-You get a ton of useful features, and too with the price point it comes.

There is no major con with Zoom, but it might face some lags while sharing the screen with many members. Other than that, everything works fine.

Overall loved the experience, very convenient, definitely looking forward experiencing more of it, makes it lot easy to share info with many people at the same time.

Helped a lot last year for all the classes and stuff... Very helpful for webinars looking forward for more.

The number of participants should be increased, it cannot accept more than 300.

The clarity of video is the best when compared to any other softwares out there. The support is great as well.

Zoom is a must for the new online international meeting. Zoom should send a how to use video when you receive a meeting notice. I like that zoom has numbers you can call if for some reason your mic does not work. This has to be explained better for virgin users.

This product is great for being able to set up meetings to do online reviews of plans or software. For Classroom and seminars for multiple business locations this has been a great asset.

Some things do not flow as good as they should. Microphones have stopped working and have caused meeting issues.

Zoom is the most used and recommended meeting software because of its rich features and reliability that makes it the best option for every scenario.

The future of meetings with vendors and clients beyond current "physical distance" challenges in conjunction with traditional in person meetings when required.

I dont feel there are any cons with the technology itself.
If there is a way to control peoples poor behavior during meetings, that would help!

I would give zoom a 10 featurewise. The only thing they could consider is price. The paid version is a bit expensive.

I've tried both free and paid versions. Free of course is time limited but does the work if you manage to run 30 min calls.
Screen sharing, recordings and every feature built in is good enough for running web conferences.

The only thing I've seen is that on paid, if you set two meetings with different rooms and for any reason you run late on the first, the second can't be started by other person(s), again, even with different rooms. Would be good to allow people to start the meeting.

It facilitates the social distancing that we have today. It offers us a link which is shared with all the participants, thus easily joining the conference already scheduled, it has no limits on the participants at the time of the conference. It is easy to use and guarantees good communication.

It provides us with the necessary tools to make a real time and productive conference with our customers or consultants in this way provides us an approach with them, so it offers a connection without cuts even when the connection is not stable at all, which does not interfere with conferences, allows us to record and store, either in a file, in the cloud or on our servers. The experience with the software was incredible, with the quarantine issue many of the consultants and clients were limited to come to the company, with the platform we were able to solve that inconvenience in such a way that Zoom makes it easier for us to do real time conferences with the clients or consultants from the comfort of the home or anywhere in the world, It allows us to record the conference session and saves it for those who could not enter on time, which is very beneficial. During the conference we were able to share the screen and thus be able to better explain to our clients and consultants, leaving them satisfied with their needs and offering a better service to them.

Conferences within the platform are free regardless of the number of attendees. They are very limited in time, since they only last less than 40 minutes, if we wish to have a maximum time of 24 hours we must choose one of their paid options. It takes some time to download the application and install it so some of the customers have been slow to enter the conference.

Overall the best video conferencing software out there, would highly recommend. You can add your own backgrounds as well so I'd recommend you do that if you're looking to hide your personal background.

I've been using Zoom for a while, even pre pandemic. Definitely the easiest of the video conferencing softwares to use. Much better interface than Google Meets and I like the rooms feature sets.

They can improve their backgrounds options if you're looking to hide your background. Would prefer if they have a better chat interface to save information that may be shared as compared to information disappearing after a meeting.

It has proved so useful, that even though our business is reopened, we still use it very often. It has become an indispensable tool for our office.

Zoom was a lifesaver during the pandemic. We were able to use it for business meetings and to do remote visits with patients. We loved it, and easy to use.

There really aren't any features I don't like. If you use the free version, you may need to do a second session.
