Zoom has been very beneficial to me for my education as well as keep in touch with friends during these hard times.

Zoom is very easy to use and during the pandemic, as a college student, Zoom has made online classes doable.

The video quality of zoom is poor sometimes and look pixelated.

Zoom is versatile and offers many built-in features, including event registration/RSVP (you can use standard questions and/or add custom questions), polling, reactions (ie hands capping, cheer emoji), chat (1:1 or 1 to everyone), event recordings and analytics/reports. All these features have taken our meetings and events to the next level while saving us time and keeping us connected during remote and hybrid work environments.

Hands down, Zoom is the most reliable in terms of band width and connectivity. It’s rare that we experience glitches during meetings and the video and audio are almost always clear. When clients invite me to non-Zoom meetings, those meetings are often full of issues, so we usually switch over to Zoom. I also like that you can re-use Zoom links for repeat/recurring meetings . We use Zoom for everything from meetings to large scale events.

The features change often without warning. Sometimes this is great because new features are rolling out frequently, but sometimes it can be annoying to have to download updates and learn where all the new settings are. Sometimes, if there is meeting with more than a dozen folks on video, there can be a lag in audio or video, so when we host events on Zoom with more than 12 people, we ask participants to mute their videos to preserve bandwidth and prevent this from happening. Another downside is the email template for events. It would be great if there were more style and branding options.

Overall a good alternative from other tools like Webex, meetnow, skype, teams. You can download the browser extension (I use chrome) for seamless meeting and chat expereince.

Zoom app is great and must have tool. It helps you to easily interact with people in meeting. It has very useful screen sharing feature. The video quality is so smooth and no buffering at all. By a few simple steps you can easily start your meeting.

Zoom is a great tool to start video conference call. The user interface is very simple and clean. The output of video and audio is great. It is very easy to use and by a few simple clicks you can easily host or join meeting. I liked its scheduled meeting option by this you can share your upcoming meeting .

High internet speed required. Sometimes joining button bugs. Customer Support is not good.

Overall this app should available for every student for completing their projects and as well for connecting with their family and friends.

Pros of this software are as follows:
This Zoom app application helps me for my online studies, to complete at my home during this pandemic 2020 we got everything through this software like projects, meetings, chatting, etc.

Personally I don't find any difficulty or issues by using this app.

It is good and free for use.
It works well with poor network also.
It is great for small business.

To join a video call, browser is enough;
We can connect our voice through phone.

In free version, only 40 members can join.
In browser, the quality is not good.

Overall, this platform has been indispensable in the era of Covid. I think it is on par with most of the other video/audio sharing platforms on the market.

5. Able to seamlessly schedule calls via Google Calendar.

1. Bar at the top always gets in the way when I'm maneuvering through a presentation/links/etc
2. Switching into screenshare mode isn't super intuitive, at least for someone like me who is not tech savvy.
3. There have been lots of hacking concerns covered in the media, although we have never experienced any issues.

We use zoom for webinars, meetings, etc and have never had issues with the app or on the web. Will continue to use the app version for webinars and meetings to come.

Easy to create rooms, easy to enter into meetings, functionality is user friendly and sound and image quality has always been up to par for me.

No complaints I have it serves its purpose well for my uses.

It has been way too easy for us to communicate effectively via video and audio calls with Zoom in our enterprise.

With Zoom, i am able to make a free video call that lasts for 40 minutes.
It has a robust backend integration feature that has enabled me to connect it with external software.

I do not have anything that I dislike on my end.

Friendly UI, Great API Integration, Quality of video and audio are always very good and the menu is very polished and really easy to understand.

Sometimes it is not working, and the customer is not able to sign in. I think this is mostly user error.

My overall experience with Zoom had been great. It is easy to use and reliable. The majority of our clients enjoying being able to have a meeting no matter where they are located.

We have multiple office all over the Continental US with clients in over 15 states and Zoom makes it simple to connect and review with clients. It is easy to use, record meetings, and share information.

The only con I have run into is the host is the only one that can record the meeting.

I use Zoom every week to set up meeting and It makes our work a lot less stressful. I definitely will continue using this platform versus any other.

This system is over used and given our time we use Zoom when a phone call would work just fine.

During work from home, Zoom helps in connecting the employee with their supervisors. Demo of various software's done very easily with screen sharing mode and its very good experience. Audio can also connect with Zoom and no need to connect with mobile. Zoom is very easy to install and ready to use. The interface is very nice and easy.

Its simple interface, ready to install and easy to use. User can share the link and schedule the meeting with their clients. Client just have to click the link and VC can be started. Amazing Video Quality, Audio Quality. It also supports screen sharing and sharing of the files.

User has to install the application first to use it. But its good to connect again in future.

Video calling - No buffering, programmed change, and infrequently does anybody need to state "would you be able to hear me now?"
