Great! It's easy to set up, invite people to, and I have not had any of the problems of "Zoom bombing" that others have spoken about. My mother, who is 91, calls it the "zooming machine" and can use it, too, which is also delightful. It's a great technology!

I find scheduling meetings and linking them to calendar invitations is fabulously easy for me, a person of a certain age who is not comfortable with new technology. I also like the way you can make yourself look better and add a background.

My biggest problem with the site was finding where to login. It says "your account" and for a while I was making the mistake of not signing into our account (not realizing I needed to do so and not seeing a prompt) and getting the free version of Zoom instead of the service we had purchased. That could be clarified.

Best user experience. No need to worry when a person is far and we have to set up a meeting one on one just on fingertips it can be done with Zoom.

Best Application Available for Video Calls. Useful for office team meetings and conferences. Easy to install and setup. Secure and Private. Trustworthy. You chat while you speak.

Sometimes problems with screen sharing. Can improve pen scribble Feature while speaking.

Zoom has made my daily life easier --All three of my kids have to do their schooling on zoom since this pandemic started and they are able to easily get on and get there school work done.

Getting on to zoom is. so user friendly. I not only use it for work but my kids use it for school and it makes life so much easier. My 8 year old can use it.

Sometimes they will have issues with connectivity but most of the time it is fine.

I have used many different products when it comes to video conferences and Zoom has been the most reliable one I've used. Very little if any lag no matter if I'm on the computer or even my phone.

Great option for video conferences. Much rather use that google chat or others like it. Very little if any lag in video and sound.

Zoom has good features with easily understandable interface communication tool. It is easy to setup and inviting people for meetings and managing conferences and classes are simple for users.

Well, I like that in the midst of a pandemic we have Zoom to rely on. It works fine for me, but sometimes has minor hiccups.

It was an OK product. Not the worst, but not the best. It is not something I will go to in the future if there are other software apps out there

I didn't like that the video quality was very grainy.

It's a wonderful Video conferencing platform. It provides us every aspect of functionality to make business meetings successful, reliable and effortless. The biggest positive about zoom is its high definition video and reliable integrations.

Zoom has been the very best tool available to our non-profit to continue our meetings and reach our donors over the course of the pandemic.

We love the ability to connect with our donors, volunteers, board members and key leaders within our organization during the pandemic when we can not meet in person.

Slight learning curve in the beginning of using product.

It's a great tool for meetings, and also it's really fun for that times when you use it with friends and family.

I don't like the security issues that they have but since I'm not the owner of any important info on my work terminal, I don't care that much.

Overall I can say that its has a much better UI then other video conferencing apps but the main issues arises with it is security. Otherwise very good user experience.

I like that there are integration options, and apps are available on mac, windows, android, and iOS. Overall the platform is great to use and the call quality is great.

The quality of audio and video we get on zoom is unlike any other platform commonly seen. I love it has many integrations with CRM and other such platforms.

Zoom also allows me to broadcast on YouTube, facebook, etc.

The meeting set up feels like a lengthy process, and there is no quick schedule of meetings.

If we need to have a strong communication tool for organizing a virtual meeting or arrange an online class, Zoom has always works perfectly and done its job as expected.

If you're looking for a quick and easy video conferencing solution, Zoom might be your best bet. But if you care at all about your security, try another solution, like Microsoft Teams, Skype, even Slack's built-in video call functionality, Cisco WebEx, or Google Meet.

Zoom was designed by veterans of the web conferencing industry, and it shows. It's super easy to set up a meeting room, to share the link, to use it with your existing teleconferencing equipment at your office, or with your students. I've experienced using Zoom both for work and for online classes at my university, and the user interface is honestly really intuitive. Zoom makes it clear when videos are being recorded, and whom you're sending messages to (everyone, or a specific person, or the hosts).

If I didn't know about how Zoom handles its security, I'd have to give it 5 stars. But I can't. Because Zoom has a history of messing up security. In summer 2019, the webcam and audio were on by default, or super easy to send a link to a Zoom meeting (there was a Google Calendar exploit at the time, which allowed anyone to add a meeting to someone else's calendar without notifying them by email). Combined this meant malicious actors could snoop in on people's cameras and conversations by sending a zoom link via Google Calendar.
And in 2020, Zoom bombing, caused in part by the Zoom meeting URL being just a string of numbers with nothing preventing people from trying random numbers. Plus allegations of Zoom rolling their own crypto instead of using tried and tested cryptography...a huge no-no.

I enjoy and appreciate the reliability of the software as well as the fact that it can meet the needs of various individuals inside an organization.

It is easy to use with intuitive design features, which allow users to quickly navigate and become familiar with the functions and interfaces.

I wish it would allow a function for larger audiences and increased security protocols as the number of individuals working remotely continues to grow.

Definitely had its ups and downs, but I would say it was a mostly stress free experience with a small learning curve.

The number one thing I liked about using Zoom was its easy to use interface and its relatively lag free environment. Having used it on and off for around a week now, I find it easy to master and tailor the room requirements to one’s liking.

The connections tended to go out for just a brief moment, which didn’t really help enhance the experience when 10+ people were connected. I definitely had some trouble joining my team’s room at times, and the complicated way to set the room private allowed for some.. interesting encounters with participants we were not aware of, basically strangers.

I also didn’t really care for the background elements, as I never had the chance to use them.

It's good for the average person and does everything someone might need to use it for. Especially meetings.

I like how reliable Zoom is. I have never been in a Zoom meeting that has disconnected so it's super good.

I work from my house and this tools is very easy to use and the connectivity its great, i just love it.

Overall Zoom provides many features for conducting meetings and classes and the host has a good control of things to maintain decorum during the sessions.

Pros of Zoom are its clean interface, better connectivity and numerous communication tools with advanced technology. Creating meeting ids and inviting required people is easy and straightforward function in zoom. It is a cross platform application so we can use it on any of our device with ease.

Control of whiteboard sometimes get weird as anyone starts disturbing during important class and annoys participants.

Zoom has really raised the bar for video conferencing software and does a really good job irrespective of the number of participants and is filled with great and relevant features. Although I'm really concerned about the privacy aspects of this software as it is still not completely clear as to how secure it is.

- Works without lagging or crashing even when a lot of people are attending the meeting at the same time that too from various geographical locations.
- It also has some features of remote desktop software which is a really good addition to the video and audio functionality.
- Well designed UI without most of the overhead that apps like Skype had.

- There have been several concerning reports of privacy breaches occurring with the app and it needs to be rectified since people have been using it to exchange sensitive business information.
- Sometimes lags/crashes when on a low bandwidth internet connection.
