Overall, I use Zoom everyday and it’s excellent. It is an essential part of my day to day technology stack.

Zoom has thought of everything you need for remote working. Reliable video conferencing, cloud & local recordings, breakout rooms, webinar functionality, passwords & waiting rooms for security, and much more. I couldn’t do my work as a digital marketer without it.

I wish I could convert or upload my local recordings to the cloud so that I can generate a link for people to watch the recordings when I accidentally record on a local device.

I decided to try Zoom to have a meeting with my friends that are all over the Country that I could not visit during Covid and it was so great, it really felt like we were all in the same room. It really couldn't have been any easier!

It was easy to sign up initially and so easy to use. Scheduling a meeting took no time at all and sending the link to my friends worked seamlessly.

The free trial only allows for 40 minute meetings, though it did allow my meeting to go over the first time I used it.

We needed a solution that would make it easy to do video interviews for our podcast, and most importantly store the video/audio for the interview for re-broadcasting. This was a way better solution than Skype.

The saving of the video interview allows splitting of the audio as a separate file, so that using it in an audio only podcast is great. The quality is very good - I've done interviews with people from the USA who were in Malaysia and it was as if they were in the same room.

Nothing really. Having to pay for it sucks, but that's life right? :)

I loved this app or application. They have lot of features like video conferencing, meetings, screen share option etc.

I like these things the most as I am using this app for the last 1 year-

My major concern is that sometimes My personal data does not store properly.
- They have lot of privacy and security issues.
- Sometimes the Id and password of Zoom software takes too much time to log in.

Zoom gives you very high audio and video quality. It supports almost every operating system so no need to worry about compatibility. The user interface is very user friendly and I had no issue to figure out how to join or host. I loved the recording and screen sharing feature it's very practical and helpful. This app now become part of daily life. My recommendation you must try this app if you haven't it's great to use and feature packed platform.

Zoom conference video calls are very high definition. It supports almost every operating system. This software is very convenient and very easy to use. You don't need to login if you want to join meeting so no need to worry about your personal details. It's free to use but for limited session. There is also record conference option you can easily record and watch later on. The user interface is great and easy to use.

Free version should have more session time. Chatbox is little buggy it freezes sometimes. You need good internet speed for best experience

As my experience i love this software/application, I daily use this software/application to attend my online classes and it helps me to interact with my relatives and friends. Personally I suggest you to try this application at least once for video conferencing and you will also love this application.

I am using this application for last 1.5 years.
It's an amazing app which help me for my studies during Covid.
It's easy to access. and the best advantage is they don't charge anything (free of cost).
The layout of the software is quite good from other software.

It has some cons as follows:
It takes time to login.
For securities reasons it's not good.
There are some bugs.

Overall for coordinating with multiple clients and staff members at a place, Zoom is best. Its file sharing option helps in maintaining records, minutes of meeting, multiple user selection, group chat is some of the basic features which helps in business operations smoothly.

In current situation, Zoom helps in connecting with all the clients and customers without physical meeting. We can easily share the audio, video and even the files. It also helps in screen sharing which helps in technical solution if faced by customer.

Video will be blurred with network strength. Audio works fine. Remote user id saved and can be used later if not confirmed. Privacy issue may arise.

Zoom is a great asset in business, not only due to its flexible and convenient mobile and desktop apps, but because of its many integrations (Slack, etc.) and reliability.

Zoom has been a tool our business has been waiting for quite a while. Powerful functions to manage your conferences and everyone loves how simplified it is. During this time of working remotely this is one tool every business needs to have today.

I really loved when I started using Zoom in our business on how easy and intuitive the entire interface is. Any beginner who never used this software can be up and running in just a few minutes. So far in our business it has been great. When a meeting room is created you are able to interact with each other and even chat. Meetings can be recorded and saved for a later time for review.

There are a few very advanced settings that can be more simplified and more understandable so it can take a while to learn these, but overall once you get the hang of it everything works out very well.

Overall I have gotten the hang of using Zoom. I like that I am able to use the browser feature to get in a Zoom meeting.

I like Zoom because it's a great way to stay connected and be anywhere. I also enjoy the feature that it can easily be used for business or to connect with friends.

What I didn't like is that at first it wasn't very user friendly. A friend was able to guide me through the process.

Zoom has made it possible to conduct meetings in an efficient and clear setting, without any type of technical interruption. Zoom's interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The platform interface is very straight forward, and it is fairly easy to see who is talking at any given point. Zoom generates a very easy to share link to join the video conference and I'm consistently impressed with the video quality.

The way that video calls are displayed in large meetings can be a disorganized and awkward. At first it was a little confusing how to make the sound work when you're on a video call, there are several different options, and sometimes it can lag when entering a very large meeting.

My overall experience has sometimes negative some time on the positive side but at the end of the day, I'm happy with this cloud video conference solution.

For today's online business meeting culture, Zoom is ultimately the best cloud meeting tool available in the market. The software's UI is basic and very simple, new users can start using this solution in a very short time. The cloud phone call, messaging and video conference work as expected.

In my experience, I faced mic sound issue, can't able to join the room and video freeze issue. But every time I restart the software these problems disappear.

Best App till now. As it works on Laptops and mobiles, I was able to share my screen with a friend and he helped me to resolve my issue with ease.

Screen sharing is quite easy and joining/creating meetings is also simple. It can be installed on mobile and Laptop it helps to share details asap without any extra settings.

As of now, nothing. During a video call, if all members or top 5 members screen/face should be displayed

Wonderful and user friendly platform that should be utilized by everyone in their business to move things forward. Telehealth is a great example of how platforms like Zoom will be an everyday necessity in the future. I will be continuing to use Zoom in my daily business.

Zoom is incredibly easy to use and understand, the options available for sharing a screen, commenting, viewing, etc. are extremely useful and easy to understand. As a professional, it has allowed me to stay connected to my co-workers and to review documents with them. It has also allowed me to continue networking and building professional relationships.

To clearly hear what others on the Zoom call are saying, it is better to have them both appear visually and then separately call in. This is at time confusing and participants of a call do not understand why they are asked to do so.

Zoom is good for multi users video communication and team conference calls and I highly recommend it to people.

Zoom provides very impressive solution for video communication and has many extra additional features in support for conducting online classes.

Session time for one meeting ID is time bound and disconnects after specific time, although it also allows users to join the same meeting again.

I definitely recommend this app. There is no other app right now that gives the level of ease that zoom gives. It had its fair share of problems but it has been fixed and the free version is a boon to small industries that cannot bear the cost of those bulky/expensive video sharing apps

Ease of joining meetings: You can join a meeting within seconds. Just click on the invite link and you are in. No need to remember another account.

Breakout rooms: This app lets the moderator to divide the participants into breakout rooms for discussion among a smaller set. This can be handled automatically by zoom too.

Hand Raising feature: A nifty feature that lets the mod see who is willing to speak.

Attend meetings via calls: Don't have an app? No worries. Call one of their international dial-in numbers to attend meetings

Security Issues: A lot of users have faced Zoom bombing where unwanted participants join the meeting. This happened due to integration with Giphy and has been fixed.

Whiteboard: A whiteboard to throw some ideas on would be a nice feature.

Overall Zoom provides us well managed and secured platform to take virtual courses and classes with very good and innovative functions.

Zoom works well to take online classes and courses as it provides many functionalities which are very helpful to conduct and control a virtual classes. Zoom also provides a good solution for the routine business meetings with its video and audio functions.

Zoom gives limited time period for a single meeting code and disconnects after forty minutes, but we can reconnect with the same generated codes for the continuity of the meeting.

Overall for connecting with multiple person at a time, Zoom application is good. Multiple Chat helps and sharing of files are also good service. user has to just download and start using. It's working from anywhere in world.

During current situation, to contact with my students, vendors etc, zoom meeting helping a lot. Its simple interface helps in connecting Video chat and message services. The video quality is good. Multiple person can connect at a time. Chat service, mute and other related service helps in good conference and meeting.

Server is outside region and data theft chances can be there. Video quality sometime blurred due to low network.

Overall for connecting with the system and people, zoom can create meeting ID which is integrated with MS outlook and other calendar system for notifications. It also used for sharing of files, folders and even control the PC by share screen feature. Full version helps in many users to connect at same time.

During the current period, Zoom evolves as a life saving software in the market and very helpful in connecting people virtually. Its simple meeting id request and interface helps the new user also to use the application with ease. It works with low internet strength. Nice collaboration feature and appointment id generation.

It data safety is dilemma as per the market reviews, but it is completely safe and ready to use. No problem at all.
