Overall it is better than other apps for video conferencing, meeting place, private room as well as pricing. Ease of using to children as well. but should improve its share screen option.

Zoom is an excellent service to bring people together, and especially useful for educational purposes. I’ve used it several times in the context of a classroom setting, and it’s wonderfully professional and accessible. It really helps instructors express their points, especially when classes cannot be held in person due to COVID-19

Since the pandemic began it became quite hard to conduct meetings and coordinate with other colleagues. This app came into work as it provided a vast set of features so we can do a virtual meeting with ease.
I would say features like guest login and one-click access to a meeting helped a lot, as it was very easy and convenient.

I've been using this tool for the past 1 year and never faced any problem. I have conducted coaching sessions, business meetings, and friendly video conversations using the Zoom application. It is one of the most versatile video calling tool in the market. It does not require a strong Internet connection to work properly. It adapts easily with the windows and the android system.

There might be some security issues that the zoom team needs to check. The User Interface is very simple in look and needs some improvement in terms of aesthetics.

The app is easy to use and with the pandemic situation, the app has become widely accepted. The break out rooms feature is great.

It does not work well with a weak internet connection and there is lag. Meetings with large groups of people require a stable connection.

It's great, simple, stable and everyone seems to default to it. But there are competitor options out there that will cost you less (or totally free) with licenses you already get if you're a small business or non profit.

Even non tech savvy users on multiple devices know what zoom is and have adopted it as their video call platform. This gives it an edge over some of the free options out there though Google and Microsoft Teams.

Within a small team or business, it's not clear that the subscription pricing for licensing is worth it. In our non profit we try to avoid unnecessary monthly expenditures, and google and Microsoft offer such generous licensing discounts, that we already have access to video call / conference tools at a drastically reduced rate.

Overall experience is quite good! Best platform to share our views and also best way to create meetings during this pandemic.
