We use Zoom to make conferences with our groups while working on blackouts or maintaining home windows. Being able to see the person you are offering allows you to build an instant connection. In addition, you can see your possibility of communication greatly increased, much less complicated to choose the acquisition indicators when being able to see your link sent to those involved.

We use Zoom for video conferences and computer system calls and several other devices. We use it to connect all internal groups within the company.

In fact, it has been exceptional to date to work in the IT group, and also every time there is a maintenance or failure window, we develop an area and each colleague signs up and we also share our dedications. I still haven't found a negative point in the program.

I used many different platforms, but Zoom always turns out to be my favorite. Zoom brings communication and ease of attending meetings on different platforms. It helped us attend meetings while working from home.

We can join meetings on the web, computer and mobile platforms. The video streaming is smooth and clear. I liked the record meeting feature, it practical when you are busy and want to watch later. It also integrates with Outlook and Gmail for instant joining.

Its mobile platform always gets glitched. It doesn't let me join the meeting ever filling the right credentials.

Our experience has been very positive - once we started using stripe and moved away from the conference by phone, it really improved our processes internally.

Zoom offers ease of use as it pertains to setting, scheduling, and recording meetings. With many of our team members working different hours, Zoom offers us the flexibility to record our calls in the event of an absence.

I currently don't have any cons. Occasionally I will experience an audio issue where I'm unable to access my microphone, but this is on rare.

Overall I love using Zoom, it keeps me connected in a good way. I think I will continue using it regularly even after COVID-19.

When our foundation signed up for Zoom I thought we would only use it occasionally and then COVID-19! I use it all of the time and cannot imagine life without it now!

Sometimes I have difficulty starting a meeting since I am not the admin.

It's a great app that pretty much helps in my daily life. Supports multiple devices, file sharing, screen sharing etc, So serves its value.

Great for meetings and conferences.
The free version pretty much can be used for around 100 users pretty well.
Build in screen recording.

The main concern with this is the security and the user privacy.

I think Zoom is a better option than Google Hangouts. The updates have been good as they have been rolled out recently.

- Having to make a Zoom account to join a meeting.
- Wish I could change sharing screens from one screen to another without releasing my initial shared screen.

To counter your privacy concerns, the app could be used in audio-only mode. But still, given the numerous issues regarding safety and privacy, it is not recommended for confidential board meetings. If security is somehow beefed , then this is an app to beat. Till then, better stick to MS Teams and Google Hangouts Meet.

Zoom has become ubiquitous in 2020 and the virtual / Work From Home life wouldn't be possible without it.

Zoom has been great, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It has allowed our company to maintain face to face interactions with one another, even though we have all been separated physically. Highly recommend as a virtual meeting platform!

As with all things, they should continue to work on their user friendliness for those less adept to technology.

Fun to use overall a good package for not having to pay anything. User friendly and great meeting place for friends as well as formal gatherings during these pandemic times.

I really enjoy the fact that it doesn't crash unlike others while conferencing. helped a lot with my online classes during pandemic. User friendly as most of my teachers were able to use it without much trouble. Easy interface has its own benefits to the people. Many people can join all at once.

Sometimes it's slower and that makes device slow. Other than that it requires time to load at first but not always.

Great app for meetings and video calls. Has many features that other conferencing apps lack. It is also cross-platform, which is great. Paid version isn't very expensive either.

Overall we've had a great experience with Zoom. It's easy to use, a great tool for connecting with clients from a distance, and will help us expand our business.

ZOOM has allowed us to continue to see and service clients throughout the pandemic and restrictions. It has been great to be able to be with a client "face to face" but stay safe. We will continue to use ZOOM after the pandemic is over because it is convenient, a time saver, and allows us to reach clients beyond our local clientele.

As with all internet based technology, there are always minor issues, but I'm not sure that's completely Zoom's fault.

With zoom i can easily communicate with my clients and colleagues with the help of video conferencing.
Also it is very quick and easy to use since it normally saves a lot of time when working with it.
It is the best when it comes to online business especially meetings.

What i like most about zoom is it ease of use.

Zoom is really a powerful feature for setting up meetings especially online, and i have no complain towards it.

For the masses, it is ok. There are better options out there.
The company needs to fix their fat-client, and their policies around political censorship.

The interface is stable, and you can have lots of users in your meetings, with a good price for a subscription. The free plan also has good options, for the occasional use. There is a fat-client available.

- Zoom deleted accounts of people who were critical of the Chinese regime. So censorship of its customers is a major flaw.
- The user interface is very clunky, and needs a total re-design.
- The fat-client is buggy, and difficult to use.
- Customer support failed to reach out to us when we cancelled or subscriptions.

These past months, I've used pretty much all possible video/teleconferencing/communication software available out there, including Webex, Skype, Hangout, Teams, and of course Zoom. Zoom is by far my favorite. It's simple, yet complete. It's elegant, yet sober. It has a lot of features that makes your live easy.

Some of the pros: Share multifunctional screen, Connection with multiple calendars, Annotation tools for everyone, Whiteboard, Continuous security improvements and updates. It offers also a good range of meeting options. and has a very nice video and audio quality (so far).

The way video calls are displayed when there are too many people is a little awkward sometimes.

Also, the user experience in scheduling is far from being the best. For example, every time schedule or modify a meeting I have to manually export to a Google calendar. Also, it makes me re-authenticate my Google account each time. Finally, when changing the meeting options, you have to re-export to your Google calendar to have the latest meeting info in your calendar.

Would 10/10 recommend Zoom not only for business but also for personal use. It has made video conferencing a breeze and we have never had a client who is unable to figure out how to use the software. We use it all the time in our firm and have no major complaints.

Zoom is so easy that even young children can use the software. The software can also be customized based on preferred meeting settings. We love the custom background settings for those situations when you're not in the most professional setting (i.e. kids in the background or a dirty bedroom) to remove any distractions.

Sometimes invitees randomly have trouble joining via URL links. The mobile app can also be a bit glitchy and will randomly disconnect at times.

It was very easy to use, very intuitive, and looks amazing. I can do so much more with it and am happy to tell people about it.

It has been unbelievably helpful for me to be many places at one time and get so much more done - highly useful and recommended.

I would say there is NOTHING to not like about it, its the best on the market. It is awesome.

Overall experience is good - powerful and effective communications tool with lots of features. Higher level business plans even have transcription options available that can be useful for creating content from webinars or conference meetings.

Free plan places 40 minute limit on calls of 3 participants or more...(gotta upgrade if you want to look professional)...
There is this glitch where when scheduling a meeting through Google Calendar with can confuse your participants into joining the meeting via Google Hang-outs rather than Zoom...i.e. your invitees will jump on a Google Hangouts meeting, when you scheduled a zoom meeting and you'll be confused and out of sync (granted this is probably a flaw with Google Calendar, and can be remedied once you figure out what is happening)...
I wish I could figure out how to add Zoom meetings invitations that were sent to me to my Zoom meeting schedule, that you can view within the Zoom app (rather than search out the Zoom meeting link in my calendar or email)...if this is possible, I simply haven't figured it out yet.

Maybe the price can be still cheaper and the meetings can be more secure.

Overall, I had a good experience using the features within Zoom and it will be my go to source for virtual business meetings.

Video quality and ease of navigation are what makes this tool top of the line. I was able to share screens and present very quickly.

I would like to see better directions or tutorials provided after installing the app.
