Some security issues with random people hopping to open meetings, but not terrible as long as password required upon meeting is set.

It is fantastic webinar tool which gives you tons of features to play with. The video quality is outstanding. The word " outstanding " I used because it gives me very high quality video experience and it's far better than its competitors. The tool is very reliable and trustworthy. Due to clean interface you can easily navigate and learn to use. My office team already adopted this tool and we had great experience.

Simple UI makes easy to navigate. Wonderful support and feedback experience. Gives essentially power to host to manage its meeting. Well optimized mobile and desktop version. It helping to maintain social distancing by working remotely. Setting up process is reasonably fast.

I don't find any cons on this tool but I would be happy if they increases conferencing time of free plan.

Zoom is becoming one of the most used communication tool, specially for E-learning, webinars and business meetings and in response they really provide very secure and reliable communication solution. Zoom can be install and used on any OS without any problems.

Web interface is not so attractive and if we click the meeting invitation link in email it redirects to zoom download page instead of starting meeting right away.

Overall, Zoom is a great software for video calling. I mostly use it for office meetings and conferences due to great quality and features.

Zoom provides a great video calling application which is easy to use and works great for simple to conference level video calls. It has greatly helped me and my team in connecting for meetings without any hassle.

This is an excellent and easy-to-use program with great reliability and excellent audio/video quality.

It's easy and it just works. I can invite others easily and the reliability of the connections is excellent. Video and audio quality are excellent. They stay on top of security issues and resolve them quickly.

It seems like some non-essential features aren't fully baked yet. For instance, I have added multiple users from my meetings to my friends list, but can't really do anything with the friends list. When I try to invite them, they don't ever seem to receive the invite.

We're generally happy with zoom conferencing but it might not be our first choice if we had to choose again.

Sometimes this app gets automatically closed and it's very disappointing because when you are in the middle of any meeting then it causes disturbance.

Overall there are some issues but it is the best software to use while I am attending online class. Looking at other software it seems cluttered and a mess to use.

I really like how it allows me to connect with my teachers and education. It is easy to use and allows to re-upload past meetings. This is a nice feature that I use to go back over lessons when I might have missed something.

When using the past meetings feature I notice that it is very glitchy. Having to scrub though the video to find a certain part has a ton of lag.

Overall, I feel ZOOM is a highly effective tool to bring constituents or family together during these unprecedented times!

I like the screen sharing and scheduling feature most I can easily schedule an event. It supports every operating system so no issue with compatibility. As being a student it helps me to easily interact with my teacher and classmates. My University Viva test did in this Zoom only. It's a must having tool in this pandemic.

Mobile app should be more stable, while scrolling it shows some lag. Something it throws connectivity issue even you are on good connection. Support should be better.
