I use Zoom regularly now and have never experienced issues with it, the audio and video clarity is excellent.

Zoom is excellent for having online meetings whether they are via audio or face to face.
There are a number of functions such as chat, screen share which are extremely helpful when having group meetings.

There is nothing negative about Zoom at all, very good system.

Good service but it can be better. I use it daily to chat with my pals I'm a gamer myself and I use it with my friends to chat online.

Easy to use, wide range of features, great platform, good video conferencing, audio configuration up to mark.

Host can make any changes unanimously, network issues.

For business meetings, nothing beats Zoom. I would highly recommend any business to use this with their employees!

My business is way more productive from the power Zoom offers. It has a robust set of features and great UI.

The only con is the potential to bring this software to ordinary people instead of just business use.

I experienced first time the Zoom, but I'm convinced with its "humanity".

Very "live". Who momentarily speaks, will appear in the main screen. It's like I had turned to the speaker. :)

You can easily join the meeting no matter where you are. It makes it effortless to host meetings and webinars from its intuitive zoom platform. It's a better and best alternative to Skype.

Had a license check error on my mobile app. But got fixed after communicating with customer service.

Zoom is just okay. It seems over-priced and could be more generous with its offerings. The sound quality needs work, the filters sound very annoying,

It works just as any decent conference software could since the last 10 years. Easy to use, loads fast.

No new innovation, very bad sound processing. The plans seem expensive.

Overall, I've had good experiences with Zoom. My first experience was for one of my college courses. We had technical difficulties in the beginning, but we taught ourselves how to work Zoom and since then we have been full sailing. I now have a job in the IT field, and Zoom has become one of the top 3 applications we use on a daily since we all work remotely. It has allowed me and my team to stay connected, all the while enjoying one another's company and staying safe.

I love how you can add as many people to a Zoom call.
I also love the different backgrounds you can use and how you can create your own background!

I really dislike how a "free" zoom account only allows you to meet virtually for 40 minutes. I believe it should be at least 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

All in all I really like Zoom for meetings and business calls it's been a great tool to use in order to communicate with others. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a software that allows you to video chat and host meeting through video calls.

What I love the most about this software is that it's really convenient and easy to use as well as the fact that enables me to share my screen with the people that i have a call with with no buffering or lagging. Add to that the possibility of recording my calls easily. It also have many feature that help organize and manage a meeting such as the raise your hand feature which I find really handy.

What I like the least about this software is the fact that the non-paid version only allow a limited number of persons in one session.

It's surely a better app than Google Meet, or Skype, and with everyone using it, it definitely reduces the hassles of installing other apps. Could be better though,

1. It's definitely easier to use
2. Table type view is creative and presenting PPTs and ability to control how the presentations goes (muting, chatting individually)
3. Everyone uses it, so it's no hassle to install 5 software for 5 different meetings

Rumors about this product, sending snippets of chats, vc to China. Maybe stop doing that which I think that they have, after all it's an American company.
I wish that they add tags and comments on files in coming updates.

I like Zoom. I used it for school initially but have even used it for lots of family meetings etc. Very popular app for a reason!

Doesn’t lag. Meetings can hold A LOT of participants. Had about 500 people at once. Easy to use. Can use on lots of different types of devices. Good privacy due to passwords. Breakout rooms is a nice idea.

When you use the pen tool on your screen, it goes on everyone’s screen as well... learnt that the hard way. It would be better if only you could see it.

Zoom is very reliable and easy to use, even for people who are new to video conferencing. Their interface is user-friendly and very simple. Their pricing is upfront and honest. Our organization is very happy with Zoom.

It has been mentioned in the news that their security features may have been lacking, but we have never encountered an issue. We always require a password for meetings and it is not difficult to send out meeting requests with that information included.

I’d say it’s the top video call that I use. Everything else has a learning curve that someone has to learn.

Love that there is a way to get us all together! Sucks when others have devices that don’t connect.
