Downtimes are faced at some times in Zoom application, which would be a bottleneck specially if it happens during any important meeting.

Nothing, they corrected the feature that allows people to randomly show up in your zoom calls by adding passwords.

The quality is unrivaled. I'm on a gotomeeting call right now and the quality isn't the same as Zoom. It's really easy to use, easy to integrate, use for webinars is easy.

With the increasing use of software like this lately with COVID, they've had to pivot a lot with zoom bombing and activity like that, so I understand it, but they have changed the software and settings a lot which keeps me on my toes as someone leveraging the software for webinars.

Over all it is a good software for working from home and doing you job effortlessly and effectively. Perfect way to communicate among the employees and my colleagues. There are just a few limitations of this software but over all a very good software for me.

1. The only problem is with Zoom bombing. Sometimes malicious attendants share the meeting link with random people on the internet and this causes unnecessary interruptions in the middle of calls.

One of the most significant features that Zoom offers is its presentation and slide sharing. This feature fulfills every requirement for remote meetings. The ability to participate in the meeting from multi platform devices is great. The quality is also amazing.

Zoom meetings really helped accomplish several tasks that needed to be discussed in person even though our team couldn't meet in the same room it still felt like we were.

It is very easy to connect to calls and send invites to others. Communication was organized and simple.

During the covid19 shutdown, we could use this tool to host trainings and even have internal meetings. With google meet not having record options and limit with people, Zoom really really helped us a lot during these trying times.

2) Dual screen recordings are a breeze where only the screen where the shared content gets recorded. Option to record both screen available too.
3) Setting up the meeting/webinar is very easy.
4) Does not appear to pull much bandwidth.

1) The option of not letting people with gmail or personal email register to meetings or webinars should be present. As of now, we have to manually look at email addresses and approve/deny them.
2) There also should be an option for the host to send a message in chat individually. The only options available are everyone or specific person.

With the ongoing situations and the colleges providing online classes through Zoom, Zoom has not only helped me stay up to date when it comes to my studies, but also helps me stay in touch with my family and friends who I miss meeting up with in real life. So much fun with changing the background too works absolutely amazing on my phone and laptop. A must have application.

Sometimes bugs out due to inconvenient network but thats okay since it works most of the time.

I am using this software from 2 years and it is quite awesome for crystal clear video calls. i can easily join meeting and very easy to enter, and it is quite simple and awesome as compared to other video calling apps. i can easily join conference meeting easily.
I love the screen share feature of this app that makes easy to explain projects and personal chat feature is very good as we can send text to a person without disturbing others.

Personally i love this app but the screen share option takes more time which is very inconvenient and there are also some cons in security and privacy field.

I first found Zoom from the free trial when COVID hit. I am so glad our company discovered Zoom. We use it daily and it is a great tool to connect with clients (and friends and family).

Super user-friendly! Our real estate business has really thrived with Zoom during COVID. We can meet with our buyer clients, seller clients, and team meetings.

There are occasional glitches where the video will cut out, but I think it is more internet issue related.
