Overall we can say that this is an amazing tool for Video calling which is available at free of cost. It's very reliable and productive from business perspective.

It an amazing tool for Video Conferencing. It gives a real experience in video callings . We always use this tool for our interviews and the recording facility is amazing.

Sometimes we feel issue in the recording section. We need to work on this. We need to work on background image as well.

Great when we have less number of people. Sometimes issues happen and we had to move the meeting due to tech issues.

Easy to access by all devices. The app is easy to download in the cell phone and tablets. Sometimes the app may take time and I have to opt for phone or the browser.

Bandwidth issues happen sometimes with audio and video issues.

It has been nothing shorty of fantastic. I have been able to maintain my workload and my teams have been able to perform as if they were working together in a conference room rather than virtually.

With the Pandemic limiting direct face to face meetings, creativity became necessary for on line meetings. While there are a number of programs available, it was ZOOM that has stood out as the leader. It is easy to use and the various features allow for greater interactive sessions including polls, chat, and breakout teams to work together then come back to the entire group. Has allowed for enhanced project development. Verbal communication comes through very clearly.

There were times when it appeared that the connectivity was slow, but that may not have been a ZOOM function, but more of the server issue.

I would highly recommend and will be using for business purposes for client communication and other important calls.

The ability to screen share, create breakout rooms, decide who can or can not speak (Useful for classroom, courses, and similar scenarios).

Easy links to connect to and ability to connect with multiple people.

I do not feel like there is one thing I do not like.

Great program and it is very simple to use with very little room for user error. It makes meeting with others quick and easy.

It has a free version and the time that you are allowed to use in just the free version is plenty of time. And it's very easy to use.

There are so many different companies that offer the same service. It just gets confusing when people send so many links and they all work for the same time. More of a user issue not an app issue. People just don't understand how to cancel old appointments.

Zoom has everything needed to serve large team meetings that have different types of devices to communicate, as the software adapts better to the screen type of each device than any other similar service we have had the opportunity to test. Zoom is stable, reliable, and easy to configure.

The strength of a software like zoom lies precisely in its deployment capacity, which allows it to be run on low-end phones. This is excellent for being able to directly adapt the image quality to our screen pixels, or to our internet connection, so there are no performance problems.

Zoom does not have a proper organizer that serves to enter meetings directly from the calendar entries. This hinders the accessibility that everyone involved in the meeting has to enter it, and forces us to constantly share links to the meeting manually.

Many better alternatives have popped up with better features, functionality. For enterprise users, would still recommend Teams, as it is more than just a calling app and does the job 100x better.

Ubiquitous and easy to use, Zoom is now a standard for calling, like Xerox for photocopying! I use it regularly.

Very, very dated UI. It feels anachronistic. Zoom should make it better looking.

Very convenient and has become my tool of choice for virtual meetings throughout the pandemic. Would recommend to anyone needing a video conference tool.

Easy to use software that has just the right amount of functionality. Consistently works for a number of users and is priced just right. What more do you want when it comes to video calling?

When your product becomes the generic name for an activity then you know they must be doing something correctly. It's the new Google or Shazam. Going to have a meeting, yes, then lets Zoom and everyone just knows what you are talking about. And it is so easy to use. And not that expensive when you consider what just the cost of driving somewhere would be for a meeting every day let alone the cost of airfare and hotel rooms if you are in other states.

Okay, yeah there were some security issues. But, they are working on that and some government agencies still won't use it. But, that will change and what product out there doesn't have some security loopholes. The fact is they are working on it and getting better every day.

Whether you are in a corporate setting, connecting with family, or chatting with friends, Zoom is the #1 way to go. From the ease of use, quality of video, and features it has, Zoom will always be my go to.

Overall, Zoom is a great suite of video conferencing to make your meetings professional and flawless. I liked being a lot to connect on meeting rooms from remote.

Zoom makes attending meetings remotely a breeze. It's the best video conference for professional usage ( business meetings ). I love working and attending meetings with Zoom. The messaging/chat and pie chart sharing in the meeting is excellent.

Loved everything except its interface, It's slow.

I would recommend Zoom to my friends as is it really convenient, easy to handle, and call your friends and families. They have been doing very well in the market and are trying to be leaders in the offers they service.

I loved the way it is designed to make lives simpler for people, a very convenient app to use even without making an account and by just using the login credentials received from the host. The application has reunited friends and family throughout the pandemic and has played a major role during the pandemic that none of us could notice.

The free version does not allow to be used after a certain time limit for a certain call. Not as user friendly as other apps.

Zoom has made our distance learning readily available for our students. The students are able to maneuver around the platform easily.

Zoom is a very simplistic approach to group learning. It is universally utilized and very user friendly.

The only drawback I had was when there was a 45 minute limit to the free version.

Overall Zoom is good and rich featured communication tool with very powerful basic tools required for any such software. Conducting meetings and taking virtual classes are very good experience provided by Zoom.

Zoom have many features which make it well placed among the market of communication tools. Organizing and generating personalized meetings are very simple and secure with the zoom. It also provides basic tools for classroom functions like raise hands, white board, screenshare etc. The audio and video chat function and control of mic by the host works great with Zoom.

The limit of 40 mins meeting time in one go is a big con in my view. The other drawback of zoom is it takes lot of internet bandwidth for video calling.

Overall great experience. A daily user and attend daily meetings on Zoom. Available for both mobile and PC.

Found no cons after using 6 to 9 months, works great for me.

Overall it was a great experience and I will be using it again tomorrow! Great in this time we are in right now where I can't visit family!

I really liked how you can see multiple screens at once. This was really nice to catch up with family! We will be using this again

This product saved everyone's sanity during the pandemic. Though many of us had never used this product prior to March 2020, we all became experts by the time summer began! It's great to be able to see your family, friends & colleagues .

We've experienced connectivity issues from time to time. Also, with the free version, it often cut our meeting off in the middle of someone speaking! (However, some may consider this a "pro" because it was often times quite funny!)

Overall decent software to start out with but if you are looking for software packed with options this is not it.

It was easy to setup and the functionality of the software was what I was looking for to start out with.

I wish it offered more features to collaborate with other people.

It does bugs out sometimes when other users have a weak connection and also backgrounds sometimes crashes the apps.

I have had to use this platform a lot with COVID. It’s super easy to use and has so many fun features.
