I think Zoom is a very user friendly, I would recommend just to have in account that for free users the limit per call is 40 min.

Great for meetings, very easy to use, you can take meetings from anywhere!
A great option for business during the pandemic.

Sometimes I have issues when I share my screen, the image doesn't show in the right quality or the sound stars to break.

Definitely my favorite to use for meetings. I like the backgrounds and my camera view is clearer than other meeting software, very easy to use.

The sound, video, and recording features are excellent. Another fun feature is that you can enhance your appearance (smile) which comes in handy when you are not yet camera ready.

I think it is a little expensive for small businesses.

After using similar products in the past, we switched to Zoom in 2020 due to COVID. There were several hiccups in the beginning but most likely were related to scaling. From the middle to the end of 2020, the Zoom system has been very stable.

2. Views of others in the meeting are limited.

Overall experience with Zoom is incredible. We have connected easily with clients and colleagues across the organization. The ease of using it and joining meetings is better than our prior solutions. The UI is so much better with powerful, tons of features in place to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Zoom quality is amazing. We have not experienced any lag or poor connection since we started using. Even on locations with troublesome networks, it still works great. It has brought remote teams together since it offers collaboration tools. It does scales as we grow as a team. Not only that, but it is a user friendly video conference platform and all our users have easily adapted into using it. Furthermore, it is easy to use and joining meetings is seamless without having to download anything. I love that it connects to any devices of our choice like desktops, laptops or mobile phones.

The mobile applications have limited features compared to the desktop version.

Overall, I would recommend Zoom for companies who are looking to safe time and costs on traveling for meetings. Having the option to do meetings virtually is moving business forward.

Zoom allows meetings to take place regardless of one's location. This makes it easy to collaborate on different projects with talent all over the country. Zoom is user-friendly and cost-effective, this means win-win for our company.

At this moment, there are no issues that I have experienced using Zoom. I will update this review if issues occur in the future.

Overall, Zoom's platform has been an absolute god send for our non-profit association. We switched to completely virtual in March of 2020 and didn't skip a beat thanks to Zoom's efficient and user-friendly interface. We're hosting more webinars than ever and have been able to access more members than ever. It's a wonderful product and I'd recommend it to anyone seeking to host a virtual meeting or webinar.

Zoom is so user friendly and has really smart, useful features! Have you ever used their chat feature? Or the polling feature? It takes engagement to a whole new level. And what about their breakout rooms? So easy to use, you can pre-assign them in advance of the meeting or assign them randomly with one click of the button. It's that easy. We held a webinar that involved shifting groups into different breakout groups in a 3 hour time span. On any other platform, it would have been impossible. But with Zoom, it was so easy! I absolutely love the platform and recommend it over every other video communications product.

It would be an added bonus if Zoom could reconfigure their breakout groups so that moderators could chat with just one particular breakout group (as opposed to making an announcement to all rooms). Additionally, it would be ideal if breakout groups could view screen sharing in the main room. Finally, it would be great if there was a music feature (jazz or instrumental) to play for participants in the waiting room.

Value for money software. Made virtual classroom reality during the pandemic period. Multi platform support makes it easy to use anywhere.

This is without a doubt an essential tool now, and with how many people have begun to use it it is clear that this will continue to be used outside of the pandemic.

Had to start using it during the pandemic. Instantly became a household name. Allows many users to connect, and the room admin tools and security keep getting better over time...they have to!

The raise hand feature has gotten worse over time. The blue hand was the easiest to spot, now people get missed all the time. Bring back the smurf hands!

Great product with a clean, easy to use interface at an affordable price point. Used it for both personal/ business and couldn't of asked for anything better to help navigate keeping connected during the pandemic.

Zoom has done a really good job putting together a program that has helped our business navigate this pandemic. Here are some of my favorite reasons for continuing to utilize this product.

1. It's simple to use for people who aren't computer savvy.
2. It has a clean look.
3. It's inexpensive.
4. It doesn't take too much computer resources to run.
5. Plenty of different tools and options for presenters.

I spent about ten minutes sitting here thinking and trying to come up with one and I had zero luck. For our purposes there isn't anything that this software can't do.

Zoom is by far the best video meeting application for every scenario or need. There is a ton of useful features present. It also provides free meetings for up to 30 minutes.

Overall Zoom is hands down leading the industry in their space, plus covid helped to that boom but I was using them before everyone started working from home.

Break out rooms are awesome, having the ability to share more than one screen, giving the ability to the user to control your desktop. Also all the cool meeting settings you can use.

Trial version has a limit on how many guests you can have. Once you pay for it you can scale up how many users you can have in a meeting plus other features.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this tool! No issues, and it does what it is supposed to do. It also lets you break out into smaller sessions within a big meeting, which is great for training.

Zoom is simple and easy to use. There is very little lift with installing this tool, and the quality of calls is always good. It is intuitive, and it does what it is supposed to do!

Is especially good during the "lockdown" and when that is over, I/We will probably still use it for some occasions.

Strong with its connections and much better than even a one-on-one with Skype. Link connection is easy to use. The ability to start and stop the video and the audit. The extras like the emojis makes it special.

Pretty costly. This is basically the only con I can name, but it is significant.

Overall user friendly, budget friendly solution. Would suggest adding a few features to improve the overall experience :
- Gridlines to help the speaker position themselves correctly
- Improving audio / video experience by providing a meeting option like Webinar where full HD could be supported.

Overall, it has everything to make a webinar having huge participants go smoothly. Tools, as well as quality video and audio, make it ideal for webinars and public meetings.

The free trial version has every feature you need. You can use it and, after getting completely satisfied, can opt for the paid version.
The video quality and sound clarity they provide for free are appreciated.

Usually, if someone has a meeting link, he can bargain in the meeting, which is a security flaw. Nothing else is an issue to be counted as a con.

I am meetup host and we have online event every week. Everyone in our group uses zoom. Free version will be great enough.

It's a great app. Functions of free version meet nearly all my needs. I like the recording and changing background features.

I've used it for more than 3 years, no complaints for a free video app. But there is still room to improve background changing function. Hope the data science / engineering team will develop a more accurate human image edge detection algorithm to improve the whole experience.

Like many people forced to switch to a remote work operation, I was reluctant at first to bother with video calls. I thought phone conferences would suffice, but after a short while I realized that face-to-face communication keeps people better-engaged with the conversation and flow of ideas.

High quality video and sound; smooth operation overall and plenty of customizable options to fit the video conference sessions to your specific needs.

Many of the initial issues such as giving call managers options to remotely mute people, etc. have been solved!

I use Zoom to produce my tv show, a documentary and to have family meetings. I also love the fact that you can share the screen.

I love the virtual background filters and the ability to be able to upload images to be used as background.

Sometimes based on your computer you cannot see the virtual backgrounds.

I love using Zoom and prefer it to the other options out there offering the same service. It's free to use if you are not hosting but just joining a meeting which is a huge benefit.

I love how easy Zoom is to use. Very intuitive interface making it user friendly for everyone no matter their level of "tech." The computer and app versions are very similar as well, so no troubles getting confused with one platform or the other.

It does require good internet service to function properly without glitches in the video streaming, but I think that would be an issue no matter which web-based meeting software you use.
