Zoom is an excellent tool for the development of videoconferences or seminars, in our case we use it to carry out constant training of our employees, through seminars that promote the productivity of the company and it has given us very good results.

Zoom allows our users to make live calls to coordinate meetings and even negotiations with our customers, its connection management system ensures a secure environment with a fairly fresh interface, which promotes interest in the topic under consideration.

Sometimes we have had to try to connect many times, there is a kind of bug when connecting in the calls that took us out, however, we have not received any response in this regard, extremely useful tool that should be improving over time.

I love Zoom. It has allowed us to stay in touch with friends around the world, from San Francisco to Liverpool to Swansee to Los Angeles. Could not be happier.

Zoom is so easy to use and it's FREE for 40 minutes. This has been a great way for us to see our grandchildren during the pandemic.

I wish that you could have a meeting longer than 40 minutes but of course I understand why they have a limit.

Overall Zoom is a great product and can be used for both business and personal. it's been tremendous to have during this time of the pandemic.

I love Zoom because I can easily schedule meetings and invite people, the software allows for large and small group discussion and it's easy to use.

Competing rooms can sometimes be an issue, and I wish that there wasn't such an abrupt ending to breakout rooms.

Great overall experience. Love using it to keep in touch with my family who are far far away. Use it for school as well and it's a great way to attend class.

So simple to use! Great way to communicate with others and share screens. Good for family/friends and for business.

I wish I was able to upload a pic for my laptop login but have only figured it out on my phone app.

Zoom is polished to cater to professional users, and it does its job. You get many functional tools and features all in Zoom is a great application with a justifiable cost.

-The best thing I found about zoom is the layout option. While having a meeting or conference, you can change the layout to see many participants.
-The video meeting experience is smooth and can handle a large number of participants without crashing.
-Zoom is rich in features; you get all the necessary features and tools for a great user experience.

Other than rare crashes and auto shutdowns, there are not many cons in the zoom, and I had quite a good experience with zoom.

Zoom has taken off with the pandemic and work from home, and is almost the default tool used. However, it lacks integration with other software such as Microsoft Teams, and it's hard to use other applications on top of Zoom apart from the sharing screen functionality.

My overall experience has been amazing! I never really had to use it until the pandemic and I was able to figure it out very easily!

So easy to use, great way to have meetings, kid friendly, and great asset to my direct sales business.

The chat area could be set us a little differently for easier access.

In business I used Webex for most conferences but in the last year I used Zoom for everything from business meetings, to Church meetings to gathering my friends on line. It literally saved the day through the pandemic!

The ease of use! In the last year so many people had no choice but to communicate virtually and this system made it so easy for everyone from young kids to seniors to stay in touch.

I don't believe I had any negative experience using Zoom.

Zoom is nothing but pluses and positives in my book. It is so user friendly and the design of the features are seamless.

Zoom is a wonderful way to have team meetings or training virtually. It is a secure platform and I don't know how there could be any negatives with Zoom.

There are no negatives with Zoom that I am aware of.

Overall it's a worthy software, i love to use it for my office work as well as to get connected with my colleagues. Must give it a try.

User interface is quite attractive, easy to use, able to process voice as well as video chat to other.

Delay in recording, sometimes lag. Doesn't work well while recording a video conferencing.

Overall, a great tool for team collaboration when multiple people from multiple locations need a quick meeting , offering current features and the services is available for free.

Ease of use. Can meet with many team members across the states without spending time & money traveling. Good audio and video for meetings. Able to share your screen with members.

Must have a good internet connection. Sometimes the audio lags.

Overall it’s a great tool to use for whatever type of meeting that you are trying to have, not really many complaints here.

Very convenient, smooth and doesn’t really have issues when on a video call. I also love how I can go from device to device and not lose my spot.

Zoom does a great job of making it easy to schedule and enter virtual meetings. I have tried a number of apps and none match up to the overall quality of Zoom.

I don't like how when you accept a Zoom application it asks to open up the app every time.

I have used Zoom for a very long time and therefore I can say I have tested it thoroughly. I can confirm that it works and it makes web conferences a breeze thanks to the many features and capabilities.

First, Zoom is affordable unlike the competitors.

This software never buffers and joining and exiting a meeting is easy.
The audio and video quality is amazing.

I have used Zoom for over 5 years now and I can barely list one problem that I have experienced in the period.

Definitely a must-know tool for private and business video conferencing use. Small, stable platform, that has room to grow with additional integrations and functionality.

Zoom is generally glitch-free and gets the job done. I find it best for one on one meetings, and it also works for one speaker style engagements. I'd avoid zoom for mid-size groups/meetings.

Zoom is easy to install, easy to use, and generally works without and technical issues. I've found competitors to have a greater learning curve and increased chance of technical issues that can cause delays. Typically with zoom it is quick and easy to log on and get started with a video chat/meeting. It can scale up to accommodate groups, though I find it more aligned with one on one meetings. It also works well for larger webcast style experiences, where there is one single speaker and many viewers.

I'm sorry to say I just don't like the zoom experience. I'm not sure there is much to be done when digital glitches like a slightly delayed/misaligned sound/video happens. You also can either look at the person's face (and then to them you do not look like you are looking at them, or look at the camera (but then you don't get to focus on their face). This is inherent in digital communication and not specific to zoom. Additionally, scaling up to medium size groups with zoom becomes cumbersome, where each participant is waiting for their turn.

Overall, Zoom can be used by anyone who wants to have quick meetings without any hassle. The UI is smooth and responsive

Great value and always seems to work. Menu for meetings is easy to use. Hold large meetings with everyone on video. Flexible to configure how you like and to integrate into your tech stack.

Easy to set up and use. Integrates with Google Calendar. Works on any device. Customize a URL for your business and easy to share for meetings like giving out your phone number. Free plan has lots of function to test out before you buy.

Too many settings. The amount of configuration is so much you end up missing features. Hard to find features. Account settings menu is difficult to navigate. Takes up a lot of your CPU when in use.

Zoom has been a life saver this year. Our business went from in person trainings to completely online in order to continue providing services, and zoom was able to make that happen. The quality of online meetings is SO much better than other products (google, microsoft), and it's been quite easy to use overall. We've not only been able to conduct our previous trainings via zoom, but we've actually expanded our reach across the state of Louisiana, and have been able to start new training options and sign a new significant contract because of how we've been able to pivot to online trainings via zoom.

Overall zoom is a great product and I don't have any major complaints, but here are a few areas where there's room for improvement:
- chat: having an option for private chats to appear in a separate window. in large meetings, they tend to get lost in the main chat, which can be very confusing when trying to respond
- updates: love that things are updated regularly, but would be great to get a notification via email or the zoom app that an update is available
- waiting room: it would be great if there was a way for people in the waiting room to message the host
