Zoom has helped us tremendously over this past year, and honestly will still be useful once covid is completely in the past. It simply makes meetings easier.

Zoom made it possible to have a functioning meeting connecting people across states and countries. Breakout rooms are especially useful for seminars. The most critical feature is the ability to share screens, so that the presenter can easily demo while everyone else watches.

Most Zoom issues can be attributed to less tech-savvy user error.

Very user friendly and intuitive. It is a bit pricey for individuals or organizations that only host one meeting a month. I wish there was a plan that allowed for that vs 15 for unlimited.

I love the ability to record meetings, to share all or a portion of the screen, to change presenter, to have the chat window. I love being also to rename call in parties. I like being able to set up reoccurring events with the same login credentials.

It is annoying to have to do either waiting room or passcode. I know it is for security but some folks have a difficult time pulling up the passcode if they are calling in from a phone and can't see the invite while dialing in.

I also wish there were settings for hybrid meetings (some attendees on zoom and some in a physical room). We have had lots of issues with audio in these cases. If we could control the volume of call ins, or other controls, it might help. I realize the problems are user error, but any help from zoom would be good.

Zoom is easy to use and the video quality is great. I wish that it was the platform used for my organization!

This software is incredibly user friendly. It is by far the best platform to use with people who are not part of my organization (which uses Teams), as most people are already familiar with it or can figure it out easily. The platform is great for one on one calls and big groups. When I used to teach remotely, I always had my students use Zoom to collaborate for class include group recordings.

The only time I recall having trouble with Zoom was when I learned that recordings were cut off at 30 minutes for people without a paid membership. This was not a big issue because you can just begin a new call.

Overall Zoom is a top notch product with great features and allows for vital business meetings and interactions from a distance. Throughout the last year especially, Zoom has been key to conducting business process seamlessly.

Zoom has great product features and technology to aid in agile video conferencing. The service and overall product experience are near perfection and have been vital throughout the covid-19 pandemic.

Near perfect user interface and product experience. Sometimes experience some lags but that is not Zoom's fault - generally caused by bad network connection.

I was unaware of Zoom prior to the pandemic. When all travel stopped and we were forced to do things virtually, I had my first Zoom meeting and have used it as my go-to virtual meeting software ever since.

Zoom is a great product. It's easy to use and hardly ever has issues. The upgrades are seamless, quick and never cause issues. This is a fantastic product!

I have not noticed any issues with Zoom, it has functioned perfectly - especially throughout the past year when everything was done electronically.

I have Zoom on my work and personal computer and even have it on my phone for those meetings when you are on the go.

It is the best big group meeting software I have used. Works great across different business models as well as my children's schools.

The connections can sometimes seem inconsistent but I believe it is due to the individual users connections.

My experience is excellent except for The green background. I like the new improvements like the designs for the image and the easy way the app works. Everything works fluidly without complicated configurations.

To use a green background to use backgrounds is absurd, primarily when most similar platforms work ok without that requirement.

Zoom is a great system that accomplishes exactly what it's meant to -- reliable video conferencing calls for internal and external meetings. Recommend!

Great experience, I think this is now the standard to hold meetings. It is very easy to navigate and the screen quality is better than the others that I have used.

I love that this is one of the most easiest virtual meetings now. Im sure everyone has used Zoom by this time. The interface is very easy to use and I do like that you can see the other persons screen much clearer than others. The quality is great!

The only con is that audio picks up on everything but if you have a good external mic, that should fix the issue.

Zoom is an excellent tool for the development of videoconferences or seminars, in our case we use it to carry out constant training of our employees, through seminars that promote the productivity of the company and it has given us very good results.

Zoom allows our users to make live calls to coordinate meetings and even negotiations with our customers, its connection management system ensures a secure environment with a fairly fresh interface, which promotes interest in the topic under consideration.

Sometimes we have had to try to connect many times, there is a kind of bug when connecting in the calls that took us out, however, we have not received any response in this regard, extremely useful tool that should be improving over time.

I love Zoom. It has allowed us to stay in touch with friends around the world, from San Francisco to Liverpool to Swansee to Los Angeles. Could not be happier.

Zoom is so easy to use and it's FREE for 40 minutes. This has been a great way for us to see our grandchildren during the pandemic.

I wish that you could have a meeting longer than 40 minutes but of course I understand why they have a limit.
