Despite Zoom's terrible way of sharing files during each video conference, I think that this platform offers excellent connectivity when it comes to communicating with people in one place. I am very grateful to Zoom for allowing me to communicate directly with all of my colleagues in my company and for helping me to videoconference with my clients in just a few steps. The platform is very fluid, easy to use and offers comfort when using it.

Zoom has a good methodology for connecting with all types of users. I love the way Zoom connects me with each the people together, making all kinds of videoconferences or video calls simple. One of the characteristics that I liked the most is that Zoom sends consistent notices to all the people who subscribed to a planned videoconference, in this way they can be kept informed about any changes in the videoconference planning. In addition, I really like that Zoom has an incomparable video quality, a video quality to have a wide view of all the participants what is in the video conference or video Call.

I do not like that Zoom Meetings has problems during the transfer of files, this platform offers excellent connectivity when it comes to conducting all kinds of videoconferences together, however the theme system detects files will always be very slow, files take a long time to get on the shared file area. The files always appear at the top of videoconference so that all participants can access the files, however, it will take a long time for each file to be reflected in that section.

I think this is an excellent recourse and would suggest giving it a try if you haven't already. It's simple to use.

It's a very straightforward design and I love that you can change your background. The chat feature and being able to break out into different rooms is very useful.

It can be difficult managing a larger group where people can talk over each other.

Overall, Zoom is one of the best software for video calling/conferencing. It has a ton of features that makes it versatile to use.

I recommend Zoom for any quick and easy conference call. It is quick, works flawlessly and allows tech illiterate individuals to easily participate. The call quality is fabulous too! I am so happy they released their software for the public!

Other than for the meeting originator, participants do not need to have an account. I have used so many video conferencing services for work, school, and family. You name it, I am sure I hav used it. However, after many family Christmas calls that took hours to get everyone on, Zoom was released and I can now send a simple link to all of my family without having connectivity problems, and account creation problems. The single link without an account is amazing for getting grandma on the call, without her struggling too much!

The time limitation is hard for the free version. However, now Zoom is so common I always have a family member with Ana count now,

We've used Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting, and now are using Zoom and I like it the most. Some of my clients are using Microsoft Teams... And it's just painful. Zoom is a leader in the market and I don't know anyone who ever had issues with it. Great app!

Super easy to use, updates come out often, lots of settings for any use case, secure, and supported by many platforms.

I can't really say anything - there was a small UI bug last year that got fixed in a few releases. Nothing else.

Overall, Zoom is a go-to software for having or conducting any type of meeting or webinars or conferences. It is feature rich and really helps in increasing the productivity.

- Zoom also provides 40 minutes sessions in the free version, which is enough for casual meeting or for individual use.
- The audio/video quality remains consistently good throughout the meeting.

- The top bar that appears during screen sharing is really annoying and prone to accidental clicks.
- The user interface and navigation bar seems a little confusing initially.

Zoom has kept me in touch with colleagues and family as due to the quarantine I have not been able to have much face-to-face human interaction. With Zoom I can also keep in touch with my clients at all times, so I can maintain business relationships and continue working from home.

Zoom has been for me the best platform to maintain communication with my work colleagues. It has functions to share the conference link, the person who receives the invitation will not need a Zoom account to enter, they only need to enter their name, Screen sharing is very useful for those who need to share information with slides. I can control who speaks or not within a video conference. Easy interface for almost instant use without any problem.

I have no problems with Zoom at the moment, I can only say that the audio and video quality of this platform has an excessive consumption of data if the mobile application is used.

I would say you cannot lose with this product, there is a free option so you can try it before you buy it. Great for business meetings.

Great program to use in general. Since its the universal "go to" program during Covid-19, its just great that they have made it so easy to use, especially for people who aren't that technologically savvy and its free to use!

I don't really have any negative thoughts about this program. Everything has been wonderful.

The hassle-free video recording makes it easy for users to store video clips for future reference and also cuts on costs because there are no third party devices needed to capture coverage of meetings.
It is reasonably priced and brings a smooth experience to all online meetings.

It's amazing how quick I invite other participants to join webinars through a URL link that is generated by the software and can be shared through social media platforms or by email. HD video and voice functionalities and with a system that supports dual screen for viewing both the presentation screen and the panelists screen.
I like the unique functionality of Zoom that allows me to record virtual meetings directly from the mobile device of through the web.

When conducting large virtual meetings with many participants it gets difficult to control them as the voice chats overlap. I took time to learn how the dial-in function works and it helped me handle huge number of participants without any difficulty.

If your focus is on dense participants it should be your first choice.
It has all the decent features for a successful meeting but also give you the best video and audio quality in the market.

It accomplished what it's there for. No complaints. It was necessary, and I appreciate that they had the infrastructure in place to support so many business and personal needs during a national shut down.

Video conferencing software is very easy, intuitive to use. You could set security settings as high or as low as you need for them to work for your audience. It transferred well between work, church, and personal life.

I feel like we used it by default simply because it was what everyone was familiar with. I did not appreciate the 45 minute cap on calls with more than 3 people if you weren't paying for premium service.

Overall, Zoom is an all-in-one software for all kinds of online meetings, webinars and video calls. The UI of the software is user-friendly.

Overall the platform does what it says, and has helped us out while working remote. If you can spend a little and upgrade to paid, it's all the more worth it.

I like that there is a free plan that makes it accessible for everyone. The audio and video quality are really nice and it's available on iOS, android and PC.

The time restriction for calls is something I do not personally like. It could have been extended to an hour or more.

We’ve tried many alternatives in the market for conferencing and so far we have found Zoom to be the best (featurewise), most friendly and complete.

Zoom has been in my life since early 2019. It has improved over time amazingly. It has functions like sharing screen, recording, multiple screens sharing, sound only sharing and many more! I don't think any other communication and meeting service comes close to Zoom. I use this on a daily basis since I work from home and setting up meetings has never been easier! I'd recommend this app over any other at any time. I'm giving it 9/10 because I'm sure they've yet to reach their full potential but trust me, I wouldn't choose any other meeting app over Zoom!

The main con comes with not being able to assign cohosts or hosts in breakout rooms, but that was partially fixed when they added an "Assign host" option whenever the host leaves the meeting.

Zoom is easy to use, convenient, allows automatic recording of meetings and presentations and, frankly, has been flawless in its design. It does exactly what we need and especially during the interruption of normal business by the pandemic. We love Zoom!

Overall the application is quite good for personal or professional use, the customer support is amazing, but the learning curve is high for beginners.
