Returning to the concept of the live stream with followers, something that Zoom does facilitate is the ability to perfectly record our session, and even invite other users to participate with us and make the session more interactive. The split screen function is ideal for simultaneous activities while in a conference or a simple video call, and the best thing is that the application allows us to edit in real time what we see on the screen.

Zoom is the perfect alternative to the distancing and difficulties that are currently occurring due to the covid-19 pandemic. With this platform you can hold conferences with a very high reach and with many people in the room. You have all kinds of options to develop communication, either to create and organize private chats, small groups or large conferences. When it comes to staying close to the people you work with and securely Zoom demonstrates a good balance between quality of communication and a good degree of professionalism in each conference. The platform is highly recommended for video conferencing with groups or privately, and also for managing content about work, which would help to keep management error-free.

Sometimes the platform tends to close the conferences or leave the image frozen, and there is also loss of sound. Another very important flaw to highlight is that the platform does not have an audience analysis system at the time of making a live stream, nor does it allow us to keep track of the behavior of the stream.

When the company implemented Zoom we made the transition to online conference calls and we have been able to handle and sustain growth. Our guest have now a platform where they can meet from any location.

I think ZOOM was revolutionized during Covid Pandemic. Life shut down and everyone social distanced and Zoom kept everyone on task and together. For me, I used it at work and my kids used it at school.

It is an alternative to an in person meeting. I am old school and like in person meetings.

Zoom has great features that most people are familiar with. This means you won't have to explain how to join a call or raise a flag for a request to download as most people already have it installed and are familiar with features like breakout sessions, raising hands, etc.

Zoom is still a widely used solution, well known and most likely already installed on many computers. It has a free version available, allowing for intensive testing before making an upgrade decision.

Zoom became clunky and now distorts professional microphones that had never had any issues before. Their support is nearly non-existent for the free solution and slow for the paid version.

Overall Zoom is controlling the market by offering the best product at the best price and working to add new features all the time.

We are using Zoom for our gym group classes, team meeting and more! Zoom is very affordable compare to others, have integration with almost any other related platform in the market, they also offer a cloud storage for recording and very easy interface.

There are literally no cons for using zoom! Highly recommended.

Anyone with a meeting link can join a meeting, making it high venerable if the link is somehow leaked.

Sometimes there can be streaming issues if your internet connection is bogged down.

Overall this is a great way to communicate with people especially when I cannot be with them in person. I am able to regularly meet with my friends and co-workers.

Zoom allows me to see and communicate with people when I can't go and be with them in person. I've been using it regularly since the beginning of the Covid lockdowns back in early 2020. It's simple to use and understand.

I really don't have any complaints about this software so far.

Overall, this is the best videoconference service out there IMO. I use Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for various functions, but Zoom is by far my most regular application and favorite.

Simple to use. Breakout rooms make the experience better for large groups as well. The UI is the most effective, as even less tech savvy people can use it with relative ease.

It is a pain to set up a meeting sometimes. I wish there was a quick link like with Google Meet.

I have been using zoom online conferencing platform for more than 2 years. I mainly like its UI and video conferencing features that zoom offers.

Despite the low optimization of screen sharing, I find this platform to have excellent potential for video conferencing. Zoom has helped us a lot to be able to hold meetings with a large group of people and thus be able to dialogue in a very stable way, thanks to Zoom's videoconferences. In addition, this platform is quite easy to use, I can transfer images, documents or any file through the communicative chat of each videoconference. The mobile phone App is also very well optimized and helps me communicate with many work team no matter where I am.

Open communication within all areas of the company in which I work is very important to us. I love the great video quality that Zoom offers me in all the video conferences we do, this platform is capable of providing me with unsurpassed video quality, which helps me to be able to see all the people who have joined the video conference. In addition, I also like the way in which Zoom allows me to invite new members to my videoconferences, without having to send emails with the invitations or by sending a link for those people. I love the way Zoom connects me to other people in just a few steps.

The negative aspect that I noticed in Zoom Meetings is when I used the screen sharing service in video conferences. Screen sharing isn't something that is fully optimized in Zoom. During my video conferences since using zoom, when I have used screen sharing, I have been told by video conference participants that screen sharing is quite slow even though they have a good internet connection. I would like to be able to enjoy this function, many times we need to share the screen with the members of a videoconference and it is something I cannot currently do because screen sharing is too slow.

Overall, Zoom helps in organizing interactive meetings. It has all the features required for a productive meeting.

Makers have not concentrated on security, a bit of more security along with the quality video and audio experience they give. It could be perfect.

I would prefer the feature set be more consistent. If I join someone else's Zoom, it may or may not have the ability to call me, which can be problematic when joining a call remotely or on the road.

Easy software for online meetings and learnings. Been using this in both my jobs as a program director and school administrator, and I am happy we have it. You can organize people in groups/rooms, share screen, video and audio, and easy to use and set-up

Multiple people can't talk together - for like singing or reading out loud. The zoom chat is not very friendly - when it is heavily used you can get lost because the private chat and the main chat are showing on the same window and it can be confusing/ sending messages to the wrong people.
